Greatest selection of meat makes me drive 1 hour to this store ! Friendly ,local people !

B&B’s a fantastic grocery store with lots of regional meats and produce, and serves the Rocky Hill area wonderfully. During the pandemic they took COVID protocols seriously, but I’ve been a bit concerned over the past few weeks by decreasing mask participation, and today’s visit prompted this review, as two unmasked employees had audible hacking coughs.Again, great local business—but I hope social pressure isn’t putting employees and customers in harm’s way.

I dont shop here for regular groceries, however if I need quality meat and seafood, I head here. This place has an excellent butcher and deli that is surprisingly under the radar. If youre looking for USDA prime steaks, high quality chops, knowledgeable staff, and good prices, go here.

One of the most friendly and hospitable local markets in all of Knoxville. They will greet you by name, and engage in conversation. The store is always kept stocked and clean. The butcher is very helpful with those cuts needed for that special recipe. I love this market and the employees.

Great selection : Bentons bacon, Cruze Farms milk, and Sweetwater Valley cheese.. what else could you want?

Best grocery store in Knoxville area. The meat department is second to none! I dropped a case of glass water bottles after I had purchased them and it made a giant mess. I felt terrible but the staff was SO KIND and gave me a replacement case at no cost. Amazing place, products, and people!

I like to shop here occasionally, but I dont like the checkout process with the socially awkward young cashiers. Its a very silent and off-putting experience almost every time. Otherwise, B&B is a great small grocer.

Usually when I shop at Butler & Bailey I have a positive experience until today. The girl bagging my groceries was very rude. I don’t know what her problem was but if you hate your job that much you shouldn’t work there. On a positive note, the guy ringing me up, Joshua, was very kind. I always enjoy their meat selection as well.

This is the old school homemade local grocery store and in the day & age of Walmart and Amazon its so nice to be greeted and valued and the food is amazing

Great parking. Small store so quick to get in and out. Fast checkout. Nice people. Good butcher. Some really nice options like house smoked salmon which has no weird ingredients and a nice Boston creme pie. Good produce.

My two sons and I don’t shop at Butler & Baileys neighborhood market all the time.The prices on must items are a bit higher than my weekly grocery store prices.What I do enjoy about shopping Butler & Baileys neighborhood market is their amazing fresh baked cakes in the bakery.They have a huge selection of cakes made from scratch each week.

Really good mid sized market. They have good prices and lots of good brands. Not to mention a reliable source for Bentons bacon.

Love Butler and Bailey Market. Theres only one complaint. We fell in love with their Boston Cream Pie. But over the past 6 months, their BCP is very disappointing. Super thin layers of cake with a tiny thin layer of filling. So sad. 😕

Best place in town for meats but beware of other goods sold here. Have gotten molded taco shells and cheese several times. I called to let them know and zero efforts made to fix issue. Save time and just get your steaks here and go else where for most other things.

Small, well stocked grocery store concentrating on quality items. They have a butcher for personal choice of cuts plus a bakery for fresh, different breads. Service is always top priority here.

Very convenient to where we live. Easy to get in and out. Pricing is competitive but pricy on some items. Be a wise shopper. Meats are king!!! Fresh and top quality. Love the deli and pre-made meals and sides. Delicious. Quick check out. Just love this place.

Didnt have Cajun roast beef in the deli. Had a bad smell.

Great selection of food, from basics at reasonable prices to the best fresh meat, seafood, dairy items and produce and an amazing array of specialty products not even found in bigger chain groceries. Excellent gluten free options. Delicious ready-made foods, from barbecued ribs to tiramisu, a small floral section, great variety of beer, wine and soft drinks. Not only is this the perfect neighborhood store, its a great destination grocery.

Great service and a decent selection of produce and local items. I love that they have people working at the check-out counters and provide paper bags as a bagging choice. I drive out of my way to shop here.

We love this local grocery store. The produce and meat are always high quality and delicious. Everything you need without having to search a giant store. I noticed some of the negative reviews on here were about price but one must realize that a local business cannot get the price discounts of a superstore. There are very few locally owned grocery stores because of this. That being said for a non-chain grocery store the prices are reasonable. I really appreciate this store as a part of our community and you will too.

The best quality meats bar none. Fresh ground sirloin makes burgers to die for. So much better than the tasteless ground beef at the big boys. Chicken and Steaks are all higher quality too.

Arrived right after 5 and was told I had to be there before 3pm if I wanted steaks cut. Then I ask if they have any lox smoked salmin the butcher gave me a slack jaw stare and stated the stupid looks are free! Wow he attempted to try and make me and my fiance feel stupid because he doesnt know or care to help find an answer. Sub par place. Save your money and ship else where.

Overpriced on just about everything. If I shopped there regularly, I would end up spending about $600-700 a month extra for groceries. Their meats are good but way overpriced. I only buy it when its on sale. I pretty much only go there for sale items or if Im out of something a have to have for a recipe. If I need a few things, Ill go to Kroger. My weekly grocery shopping destination is Aldi. Their prices cant be beat and their quality is good. Ive shopped there for about 8 years and only returned two items during that span. Gives you an idea of the quality at Aldi.

Limited selection, expensive, staff that appear not to be happy. I go there only because it close to home.

My many shopping trips have been so positive, it is hard to say any thing bad. The one thing I would like to see is a bigger selection of fresh bread, such as pumpernickle, sour dough, and french bread.This is the most complete store, I rarely have to go to another grocery store .The help is very and friendiy, always aware of the stocks location which makes shopping a pleasure. That includes the magamen.

Great independent grocer, very good meat department, easy to order special cuts of meat any time of day throughout the year. Many Brand names offered but a slightly smaller overall selection than at the big chain stores.

They have the best meat and vegetables, especially locally grown, in town.

Racists! I was watched the entire time I was there. I was the only african american in the store, no one else was being watched! I saw that the milk was overpriced and checked to see if they had blueberry oatmeal and they didnt so I left. I was watched as I walked out and the whole time as I drove off. I will NEVER be back and I will let everyone know of my experience!
