This place has some of the absolute best macaroons I’ve had by far!! They’re always fresh and tastes absolutely amazing. The texture and flavor is always immaculate. They aren’t to sweet and the flavors don’t taste artificial . The perfect balance of flavor and texture really! Never disappoints! One of my absolute faves!! 10/10 recommend.

We visited on June 26th and got a variety pack. My husband really liked the red velvet. I loved the birthday cake and rose! We were from out of the area, and macarons can be harder to find where I am, but the employee let me know that they ship! I plan on ordering again in the future. :)

Definitely one of my favorite spots in the mall! They are always stocked with such a wide variety and Toni is extremely helpful with cookie selections! Their macarons are absolutely delicious! If you’ve not tried them, what are you waiting for?! Great for bridal/baby showers, birthdays, holidays, basically any day!

The couple there selling the Macarons were awesome. Not only were these the BEST cookies I have EVER had, they explained how they were made and all the effort that goes into them. It was an absolute treat and I highly recommend trying them no matter the cost. Worth it!

This company is amazing! We are from Colorado and just recently moved here and they were one of the first local companies we tried out (located in West Town Mall in Knoxville). They have a large variety of macaroons from flavors from Tiramisu to Lavender honey to blueberry cheesecake; there really is something for everyone. The people were also very friendly, we enjoyed talking to them and our first experience at Woops!

Seriously, the BEST macarons in Knoxville, TN. All different varieties of flavors and honestly which ever flavor you get, you will NOT be disappointed. Not only they have great macarons, but don’t forget the chocolate covered marshmallows. FREAKING DELICIOUS. Overall, 10/10!

I was in Tennessee for the weekend on a work trip I stop by the mall and found the woops and they gave us excellent customer service. They were very patient with explaining all of the flavors and took very care of our order I definitely will recommend to go shop with them and the whoops were very delicious!!!!

I really like woops macarons and the flavors they have. Theyre always friendly. Their macarons taste good and never fail to disappoint me. If you want a sort of tarty flavor, then I would recommend the strawberry.
