Haley and her team are so incredibly knowledgeable, on top of your needs and luxuriously professional. They sell liquor and cigars, they have local beer on tap, etc... Better even, they deliver! They can also bartend your events. And deliver gifts and flowers. They are very flexible: the best way is to call them and let them know what you need/envision and let them work their magic. Awesome store! They have some exclusive drinks and products here that I haven’t seen at other liquor stores. The flying pandas are the BOMB!

They say that they open at 11 am, good luck with that, now they have a sign on the door that says you have to wear a mask to enter. The last time I checked, there was no.mssk mandate in knox county, heck go up to total wine and more, they may not deliver, but Im willing to bet it wont cost you as much. Besides if you go to total or even Campbell station liquor youll save money, cause you dont have to pay a delivery charge.

Unlike any liquor store Ive ever been to. Good selection, good prices, cool vibe, and great service. Definitely my go to for spirits in Knoxville from now on.

The most helpful and kind people ever, and the service they provide is top notch! They even called to help us make sure the coupons were applied properly so we could get the most off. Am writing from California where, in a panic after forgetting that today was our dear friend’s birthday, we contacted Knoxville Room Service. We texted the phone number from their website and in a few minutes were ushered through the very easy process of ordering fine alcohol, nicely wrapped, and delivered within the hour. The woman, who I believe may be the owner, was nothing short of outstanding. She was responsive, informative, funny, and prompt. I only wish we had a place like this in our part of California! It is so rare to come across such quality, kindness, and convenience. Thank you KRS.

Haley not only made the process seamless by communicating through text, far more feasible during a work day, she also made spot-on choices that we knew our friend would love. She was mindful of our budget and put together a gorgeous delivery for us, sending us photos of products, providing us with options, and showing us the final package.I felt great supporting a small business that delivered on personal touches, rather than being disappointed as I have in the past with poor quality and wrong items delivered by a large corp. I love, love, love this place. Every person I have met is always so kind and friendly. The interior is super cute. The prices are great. They offer locally made beverages and liquor treats as well. Also, you can sample from soooo many choices. Who wouldve thought peanut butter whiskey would be good? I wouldnt have ever had the urge to buy a bottle, but with a sample, it was surprisingly persuasive. They also have a rewards program now. I definitely recommend this place. Also, they deliver!

I ordered from out of state and she went above and beyond from helping me pick the bottle, to wrapping it to even texting me transaction updates. A small/local business that is a hidden gem. Very friendly staff, awesome doggo (Pappy [no relation to the bourbon]), and a decent selection considering how small of a space they occupy. Prices are very fair too!

I have used them twice and they get here quickly... all according to traffic. Both times my car was being serviced. What a rescue. I would like to see some type of menu, so that I might buy different things and brands. Great service.

What a great Selection of Liquors and Wine. They offer cheese boards,chocolates, They delivered to your front door so you won’t have to go out. They each have a Almond champagne that is amazing.

They are fast and friendly. Its worth paying for the delivery to stay off the road. Intelligent and kind employees is the standard. If everything else in Knoxville worked as well my life would be easier.

Great selection of liquor and cigars. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Upscale and welcoming interior. This place is a wonderful find and really conveniently located right next to Turkey Creek, while being just outside enough to avoid all of the messy traffic associated with it. I will definitely be going back again, and have already recommended it to a few friends.

I stopped in tonight by happenstance and met the owner. Great people. They have a good thing going there!

Friendly and accommodating. I was outside the delivery area but they did it anyway for a very reasonable fee. Talked to the owner and she was great at answering my many questions.

This place is awesome! Cute and well put together boutique style with everything you could need for your boozey parties/events... It’s a nice and intimate experience from a liquor store and not intimidating like other places I’ve been. The staff is personable and super helpful! I’ve heard they also DELIVER which is amazing and I’ll definitely be taking advantage of that!
