😍 LOVE this place!! Bonus you may not believe (I didnt even know until my 2nd visit) everything here is vegan! Its so delicious! Everyone I have brought here loves it as well and can not tell it is vegan.

I just had the most amazing interaction with this company.I went in to grab some cookie dough for an event at work. I got 4 tubs marked that they were 1/2 lbs. I paid, not paying attention to the total, and went home. I checked my credit card app and saw that I was charged twice what I expected to pay.I called and talked to the manger who was truly a professional. I was, in fact, appropriately charged for my purchase, which was to my surprise, 4 lbs of cookie dough and not 2, but the packages were mislabeled.The manager owned the mistake and THANKED ME for bringing it to his attention. I was refunded the difference in the two sizes due to the labeling error.Thank you to this company for knowing how to provide customer service! It’s such a lost art and incredibly important for a business’s success.

Oh my goodness, you have to go. I’m a vegan who is not from the area and am simply not used to being spoiled the way I was in this amazing bakery today. It was truly a highlight of our trip to Knoxville. My non-vegan husband devoured his pizza roll and brownie, and the Great Smokey mountain roll I had was to die for. The ladies working behind the counter were so kind and helpful and I truly enjoyed my time in there. I can also say that for all we bought, (I took cookies, cookie dough and brownies for the road too!) the prices were entirely reasonable. I will be back in any time we are in the area, guaranteed. Thank you!

Ohhhh myyyy GOSH!!! This place needs at least 5 more stars! This little family owned business has the most amazing pineapple dessert and they take cinnamon rolls to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! We tried both the cinnamon rolls and their secret pineapple dessert and it comes about as close as you can get to the Disney World pineapple dessert. *without having to go all the way to Orlando to enjoy! We bought the THIRTY too (great way to boost advertising for businesses who are struggling to come back from Covid)Now Pigeon Forge needs to get the pineapple dessert goin....JUSS SAYIN!

First time trying their plain cinnamon roll with classic icing. First impressions walking in, the aroma of maple in the store made me reflect on breakfast as a kid eating cream of wheat...yum! The classic cinnamon roll was worth the indulgence due to the icing. Real buttery flavor and a pleasant grit from the real sugar or brown sugar that was used to make this icing. I would recommend this place for your sweet treats for any occasion. I rate this cinnamon roll in its overall experience as close to my mothers baking worthy...and thats saying something if you know my mothers baking skills. You wont be disappointed. The friendly and high energy from the store employee who was a light to my day as well.

Went back yesterday and had excellent customer service and plenty of baby buns to be bought!!Original review:I have 2 kids that are allergic to milk and 1 of them is allergic to eggs as well, so when I heard about this place, it was a destination event! The cinnamon rolls did not disappoint! They are delicious and the vanilla frosting was delicious as well. I got 3 different big ones and a half dozen baby buns to try, they were all fantastic!! You wouldnt think a lot of sweet stuff on a cinnamon roll would be good, but IT IS, ITS VERY GOOD! Well surely be going back. They arent cheap, but allergy friendly food never really is. I have this 4 stars instead of 5, because I did feel like the customer service was lacking just a little. I think the girl at the register may have been new, but the other gal was not much more helpful. I had intended to buy a dozen cinnamon rolls for my kids since we live far away but for some reason she only had 6 rolls..... And didnt act like she had any plans to make more or offer to make more, she had 6 period. This was in the middle of the day and other people were coming in behind us. I just felt like she lost a sale there, because I would have bought other things to try but I just was turned off by the lack of engagement with us as new customers to a niche customer base. Anyhoo Im definitely going back, because the rolls are delicious and my kids deserve something delicious! 😉😊

This place holds a very dear place in my heart. This was my sons favorite place for cinnamon rolls. It was the place he went to for his last birthday. You see he passed away about a week later. That was 4 years ago and I make apoint of driving to the nearest Cinnaholic store and enjoy his favorite cinnamon roll with strawberries. I shared just a piece of my story with the young lady who worked there. Her name was Lilly. She prepared my order but before I left she disappeared for a few minutes. When I got back in my car I noticed that she had written a special note on each box and gave me a gift as well. I had to go back in with tears in my eyes and thank her for her words and her kindness. So anyone who goes to this location please thank once again this amazing young lady with a huge heart. As for your managers. You need more employees like Lilly. She is a star in your shop and earned you 5 stars from me.

Quite possibly this is the best dessert Ive ever had. With every bite the flavor seems to enhance. The only downside-- is the amount of sugary goodness. It will overwhelm you fast. May I encourage the reader to therefore be wise, and split one of these delicious treats, or eat half at one setting and the other half later. ***** Recommended x 100!

This place is incredible! I love the old fashioned cinnamon roll with none of the bells and whistles. If this plain jane roll is this amazing, I can only imagine how much better it gets when you add things to it.I also love the dole whip floats! My favorite is the pineapple dole whip with the pineapple juice float. It’s amazing. They also let you taste the other flavor in case you’re thinking of branching out. Definitely hit this place up!

Having a dairy allergy, I really appreciate finding places that cater to the vegan community and have so many options! I love that all of the menu is dairy free, including the beverages. The only thing was the cinnamon roll is a bit firmer than I like, but still good. They make all of the toppings in house, so I was happy that I could get vegan peanut butter cups that were delicious! I will definitely look out for them again in other cities.

Mmmm goodness!The iconic Disney Dole Whip is THE reason I searched Cinnaholic out! It has been three years since our family Disney trip and this hit the spot. After reviewing the Facebook page showing the menu items and creations, we had to come try it as much as we could.Were hooked!Pineapple Dole Whip swirled with mango was perfect. The serving size was great for our little family to share while waiting for the rest of our order.My husband ordered the campfire smores roll. He isnt great with descriptive words for my reviews but warm and gooey were his choice. He did note that the marshmallow topping would have been absolute perfection slightly toasted.My daughter created her own cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting and sprinkles. She loves the roll by itself and with the toppings. I hate sprinkles myself but this was absolutely amazing. I could eat a tub of the frosting alone.I also ordered cookies n cream cookie dough single scoop. This also was a nice serving size that I could have easily shared with my daughter. The cookie dough was perfectly filled with chocolate chips and the frosting was delicious.We drove nearly an hour away and Cinnaholic did not disappoint. You will see us again soon!

We had some issues with our order and Gave them a poor review originally. The owner contacted me right away to find solutions to our problems. I changed it to 5 star because she shows she cares and was very professional. If there is something wrong with you order just talking to them might solve the problem with this specific store. Great idea, tasted good, a little expensive for the size of bun you get but tons of toppings... Best thing is they take Allergies VERY seriously! I was very impressed they went above and beyond! They even have gluten free options too!!! The staff was Amazing!

This place was recommended by a friend who has been a cinnaholic for some time now. Unfortunately I feared I would not be able to eat here due to a milk allergy in my breastfed son. To my PLEASANT surprise this place is VEGAN! I did a customized bun with a Carmel iced coffee and took home a couple of brownies and cookies to try at home, but I will be back! The customer service was also suspiciously friendly lol.

My husband and I came in there last night after we had dinner. I got the cinnamon roll with apples, caramel, pecans Im not sure what else but IT WAS AWESOME. We were able to watch the older gentleman (no disrespect I didnt catch his name) make my cinnamon roll, we even had a great conversation with him and it was the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. I 100% will be back too get the same one lol. It was warm, the apples were not squishy they were perfect and the caramel sauce was even warm!! Thank you so much for the respectful employees, also being 35 weeks pregnant made it so much better and my night.

We got three of some items. This was amazing! The blueberry cinnamon with vanilla topping slid while in the car but it looked amazing like this strawberry topping vanilla that is on the other cinnamon.My favorite desert dish was the cinnamon cookie because it was absolutely amazing! It tasted so good that I wanted three or four of those.My family like the white chocolate mocha the best that has cocoa powder instead regular chocolate in the bottom. It tastes amazing and is so delightful. My daughter did love that hazelnut mocha a whole lot also!We had four people in our party so dont think I ate all of it by myself.Our first visit was Monday and we will be back today!

Very good cinnamon rolls as is and the toppings just make it better. The Cookie Monster roll was very good but it is very rich and may be too much for some. The strawberry cheesecake roll was a great balance of toppings and cinnamon roll flavor.

AMAZING! We got the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll and it was delicious! The most amazing thing was that it’s completely vegan! Very thankful we stumbled upon this gem on our way back to Michigan from the Smokys. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful and friendly as well!

Wonderful staff and fun experience! Cinnamon rolls are totally novel and delicious! However, you have to view it as an experience in order to justify the price. Across the board, the rolls are an approximate $6 average, and by the time you add a well-deserved tip, youve easily spent what a small lunch would cost. BUT...its definitely something fun to do while youre out-and-about. There was a steady stream of customers while I was there, so its obviously a reputable and well-established business.

Omg its amazing! Thats truly all you need to know.It was so good Id probably not complain even if the price was a little higher, but its not! We got the cinnamon roll and the coke (which was in a cool glass bottle) for 8 bucks. Highly recommend you check this out!

A local company that offers a variety of cinnamon rolls with all kinds of various toppings and flavors. It satisfies your sweet tooth. And mine was big enough to share. At over $5 (and I dont even want to know the calories) its an occasional treat.

Dole Whip and Cinnamon rolls are fabulous but neither compare to the staff. Friendly, helpful and made our visit a delight. I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on the menu but “Old Skool” is my favorite. Make sure you swirl your Dole Whip and get the best of both.

First time going to Cinnaholic, and the food, coffee, atmosphere, and customer service were out of this world!When walking in, Todd greeted us and walked us through the steps of the different items that we could order. I was blown away with how great the customer service was! You could tell that the staff really enjoyed working at Cinnaholic, and that they care about their customer.We created our own roll with coffee icing, cookie dough, coconut flakes, and caramel drizzle, and it tasted like an elevated Samoa Cookie! Todd made our order, he got silverware for us, and brought our food/coffee out to our table. We love Vienna Coffee, and it was awesome to see that Cinnaholic sold their product!The price is very decent for a cinnamon roll that is decadent enough to share with someone else and still feel full, and its all plant based. The environment is clean, minimal, and warming. After this great experience, we plan to make Cinnaholic our regular sweet treat stop!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this bakery. The rolls are huge and every combo I have tried so far is delicious. I get these for my bday instead of a cake. If you love sweets like me you need to visit! Mamaw’s pecan pie is one of my favorites.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good Cinnaholics cinnamon rolls were considering they are all vegan. Typical price is 4.75 add frosting flavors for .25 ea and toppings for .50 ea. The coffee is okay their main product is the cinnamon roll. Its worth a visit!

Expected cream cheese icing for the traditional cinnamon roll and thought everything tasted odd. Then I looked on their website and realized all their baked goods are vegan. Ick. Im glad vegan places exist for those who want it, but unfortunately vegan sweets usually just arent very good, and I wish they advertised that they are vegan more prominently.

I waited in line for an hour and a half for the opening event because $1 cinnamon buns with flavored icing and toppings are a very good deal. The cinnamon buns arent complicated but they are about all you can ask for, sweet and warm and soft. I recommend the fruit toppings because the other toppings make for a *very* heavy cinnamon bun.

It did not take long to appreciate the name of this place! These rolls are so addictive, I sometimes wonder if they should be legal. There are a hundred different options and you won’t be disappointed in a single one! (Although I am partial to the berry cheesecake) Such a great place for a special occasion treat or if you need a sweet-escape on a random Tuesday. Their hours are very considerate and the staff is always nice. Very lucky to have this spot in the neighborhood!

Non-Dairy! No sign, warning or advertising that this is a vegan place. If you like it, great. I ordered a Mocha and was not informed that they used oat milk. If you like that, like my daughter, great, but when you order a mocha and expect a mocha, which includes steamed milk, and get oat milk, which tastes nothing like milk, it was a waste of money. The original cinnamon roll was tasty(6/10), which is why they got a second star. I dont mind a business having a focus, but have a sign or notify your customers. The sneak attack only makes customers angry. I will NOT go back.

Why do you solicit tips for basic fast food counter service? The solicitation is structural to your checkout process .. for a high school kid pushing buttons on a register? What a slap in the face to actual service industry employees. Pay your employees a living wage and stop asking the people paying $5 for a cinnamon roll to pay them. Sad situation. PS your food is weird. More like a puffed chemical packing material than a cinnamon roll. Waited 20 minutes .. Spent $20 on fake food and another $4 for the gal that pushed the buttons. Threw 90% of it away (best decision of the night) Terrible on all points.

Reasonable prices, great quality desserts, good customer service. Absolutely fabulous food and over-the-top customer service!! We visit frequently to enjoy the BEST cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had. The kids think it is sooooo much fun to customize their own signature rolls or scoops of cookie dough! We love it so much that we had them cater our daughter’s wedding dessert buffet. The cookie dough bites were a TREMENDOUS hit and gave our dessert bar a unique, fun flair! I’ve also ordered mini-buns and cookie dough bites delivered to our kids’ schools during teacher appreciation...again, a HUGE hit! I honestly am so thankful to have a fun, unique, delicious place like Cinnaholic in Knoxville!

Not special. Over-priced. Catchy name and gimmicky- but poor quality. To add insult to injury. The attendants take about 12 minutes per order, so do not be in a hurry.

YUM!I tried both a cinnamon roll and the cookie dough - loved both! I took the cinnamon roll home, planning to leave it in the fridge until breakfast the next morning.....that did not happen. The cinnamon roll was warm, with just the right amount of frosting for each bite. Ill definitely be trying the pizza roll at some point too.The cookie dough lasted slightly longer - I put it in the fridge until the next day. It was also delicious! I tried the pb&j version, but I know Id be happy with any rendition of this cookie dough - including plain.Bonus points for selling non-dairy milk options in their fridge!!

Definitely just okay cinnamon rolls. The chocolate syrup on them tastes like just plain sugar with chocolate coloring. The frosting was a melted foam and wasn’t appetizing at all. Pricey for something so subpar in my opinion, way too sweet. Won’t be returning.

My wife and I visited for the first time. I can relate to being a Cinnaholic. It was a very busy night but the staff was extremely friendly and made great suggestions. We got one Old Skool and one Mamaws Pecan Pie. We really enjoyed the one with the toppings but noticed that there really wasnt a whole lot of cinnamon. The plain one was... plain. Really not enough cinnamon until you get to the very center. I will definitely go back and try some other toppings, but if I want straight up cinnamon roll, I will probably get cinnabon.
