Froyoz always has excellent flavors of frozen yogurt to choose from and fabulous array of toppings! The store is clean and has a friendly, helpful staff. The best thing they have done is stop charging per ounce, and now they charge just for the size of bowl that you choose. You can have as many toppings as you want, and that makes me very happy!

Frustrating bc of Covid we cant pour our own or try samples of anything. That was the fun for us. The girl was great that poured our yogurt and it was DELGHTFUL as always!

Wow! Had the coconut lactose free and it was amazing and refreshing. Hard to find lactose free and this was great!

I am always excited to treat my kids to Froyoz. The staff goes out of their way to make personalized treats and engage my girls. If we need cheering up on a dreary day, Froyoz in Fountain City is our first stop!!

The minute we walked in we stood patiently at the front door, the blonde lady behind the register was quick to ask if had been in since they’ve reopened. After giving us the run down she rudely told us to come to the register to pay beforehand then had us make our flavor choices. I would’ve minded her tone before but made us feel like we needed to make our decisions quickly. Her tone was very condescending the only positive thing she did was her job which was to make our frozen yogurts. I understand the codes restaurant’s need to follow but customer service should be a consistent rule of thumb.

Absolutely love this place. I frequent it weekly. I love sampling all of the new flavors. Some are definitely better than others. This store is most definitely in better hands than it was a while ago. Staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have. The blonde that works there is an absolute delight to deal with. Always has a smile on her face and is very eager to make every experience a great one. Would definitely suggest checking it out. Especially if you had bad experiences before, you’ll be happy you went back. As far as the pricing goes, it’s not all that bad. It’s $.55 an ounce, so obviously the more you get, the more expensive it will be. But one of the staff did inform me that the pricing will change come spring and I believe it’ll be a new flat rate, so definitely more affordable. Great job ladies.

Went there last night was very surprised to see how well they are handling covid with the distancing and mask restrictions! they are killing it!! my froyoz was amazing and I ate it all!! they actually make it for you so you dont touch any of the stuff to transfer any germs!!!

First time I have ever been here. It was AMAZING. My nephews loved being able to pick their own flavors of and then their wall of toppings were certainly a kids dream come true!! Great place will visit again. Happy Eating!

Excellent! Menchie’s, our previous go to yogurt shop, closed recently. We talked about never going to Froyoz, but I’m glad we did. They no longer charge by the ounce and you can’t beat the price! Plenty of options, plenty of toppings, plenty of value. Highly recommend.

No way to sample the numerous choices. You get a bowl or two sizes of waffle cones. 2 machines I had interested in were showing low mix alerts. I wish I had chosen regular chocolate custard as I did not care much for the one I picked that did not have a blinking light

When you walk in the door you suddenly feel like your a kid in a candy store. This place is awesome! We recommend stopping in for a nice treat on a sunny day.

Terrible customer service. Yogurt was great but who wants to go for a sweet treat where the workers are not friendly and actually a bit rude. Also maybe Im mistaken but arent samples a normal part of the experience. It was as if we were horrible for grabbing the sample cups and when others entered they werent asked if they wanted to sample a few! How do you know what flavors are best if you cant sample a few! We would go to Menchies or Sweet Frogs before we go back just because of the service. Its supposed to be a fun and relaxing place. Train the staff better maybe. Becca Fowler

Weve been here before when it was priced by weight, but the new price by the bowl is far superior. The froyo choices available were tasty and the toppings were excellent choices (though I miss pretzel M&Ms). Topping it all off with hot fudge was delicious, but in the future Ill add hot fudge in layers - froyo, got fudge, toppings, more froyo, more hot fudge, more toppings, and then Ill try for a third layer...

This place used to weigh by the pound but now you just buy the cup!! Way better deal!!!

Its always good to go in there and look at the flavors. Sometimes they dont have flavors I like so I have to leave but I like it they change the prices to where you can get a medium or small for one price plus all the toppings you want

It was neat and clean. There were buckets with crayons and the froyoz character to color which they immediately hung up for my nephew. There were a lot of toppings to choose from. They also had a waffle cup option.

What you see is what you get. Of course Ill always prefer Menchies with its cute little mascot and their chalkboards to draw on but Froyoz is closer and its more convenient. My sister treats this like a second home, she is an ice cream addict really which is dangerous at the age of 4. What do they put in the icecream here? Oh wait sorry frozen yogurt. Its almost the same thing, just shaped differently. If youve never had frozen yogurt and expect something completely different from icecream then you will sadly be disappointed.

It’s ridiculous that they have gone to a flat rate instead of weighing. Then you charge another .99 for a cone. You need to go back to your old system. When you are older you don’t eat as much.Don’t fix what isn’t broken.

Teenage girls working there, playing on thier phone instead of attending to the place. The bar was empty and when I requested an item, I was told it would be frozen solid and I would have to wait 10-20 mins for it to thaw out. By which time my ice cream would melt. Unless I wanted to sit there and wait. No manager around. Was told there wouldnt be one for atleast a week. All around bad experience.
