I just switched from Verizon to U.S. Cellular. I am 2 weeks in and very pleased with the phone and data service so far. My bill went way down due to the special they were running. A.J was the employee that handled my switch over. Can I just say....”Awesome”. I wish every company had people like AJ working for them. He did an awesome job and went above and beyond through the entire process! I would highly recommend this store to anyone. The management staff also went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable! This was an A+++ experience all around! Keep up the good work!

I just got a new phone with AJ Wrights assistance. He has helped us with multiple phones and internet since we moved to Tennessee. He is technically very proficient, very personable and just an exemplary customer service adviser. Wont go anywhere else. Samantha his co-worker is also great.

I am glad I researched the site before I went into the store. I was not offered the plan that I had read about. I cut my bill in half and now have unlimited data, if I had gone with the associates plan I would have had 2 g and only saved 34 dollars.

Soriah answered all my questions over the phone and was incredibly helpful and professional when I called in. When I went into the store, she found every promotion available for me to get my account set up and get my new phone at the best possible price. Then she helped me choose my accessories while transferring all of my data from my old phone to my new. I recommend working with her if you can! A great experience overall. EXCELLENT WORK!

Just recently switched from Verizon, customer for 15 yrs. I was told about promotional plan ( bring your own device) for unlimited internet for 2 lines 40$ a line. Three days after switching I happened to look online at contract and realized no discount had been applied. After calling us cellular customer support I was told that promotion takes affect after 3rd month and was only good for 24 months. Also if I was to purchase a new phone discounts would be voided. Just 3 days and I have been lied to and miss informed of the plan details just so they could make a sale. The customer service supervisor said she was sorry but would not do anything to attempt to make it right.

Poor customer service. RUDE . Also dont believe their No Hidden fees the service was terrible, and they treat you like youre an idiot when confronted with their lies. I immediately switched carriers.

Worst U.S. Cellular store in Knoxville or Blount County. Always understaffed and what staff is there are usually not very friendly! Waited 20 minutes just to ask a question and finally had to leave!
