We bought an older truck and asked if there was any repairs in the near future we should be aware of. We were told it was bulletproof and ready to go another 100,000 miles. We were planning on towing a fifth wheel with it and expressed the need for a safe truck at the price they were asking. They barely budged on the price. 3 weeks later and $7000 of repairs (transmission, rear bearings, ball joints) here we are. We attempted to contact this dealership and was bounced around for days. In the end they said the truck came from their sister location so they cant be reliable for the status of the vehicle. They did not care of our concern that we were told it was ready to go. Very poor integrity and untrustworthy. Avoid the facade they put on. Aweful experience.

I sent my money with cash to buy a car from them that was represented as great condition. Upon a test drive the oil pressure light came on and the motor started making noise. They tried to tell me that it was just full of oil and that they should pay no attention to the light. The owner who I spoke to is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have spoken to in business in my 50 year career. He would not even let me ask a question before he started telling me that if I didn’t trust him did I shouldn’t buy and that that if my boy wanted to come down and buy that car he better come quick. Turns out he’s just a high pressure sales person who has lost his BBC accreditation

I purchased a Honda Fit from this dealer. They had done some off the books repairs, which they admitted were not shown on carfax report. Part of those repairs included a new radiator which was installed incorrectly and lead to a coolant leak and ultimately to a damaged engine. Always have an independent mechanic check a used car before you buy it.

Went to look at a truck and it wasnt as described. Engine swap they didnt know about. Scratches and dents everywhere but listed as Clean

These guys worked with me on a price that was good for the both of us. However, when I inspected the car, I found that part of the exhaust pipe under the car was broken, and the emergency break didnt work. Also, I found out later that the engine was misfiring and so I had to replace a couple of coils. My experience with these guys was good, I just recommend really checking out the vehicle you are interested in before making a final purchase.

Its shocking to read these reviews. I bought a 1996 Chevy Tahoe from these guys about 4 years ago. We drove it over two years trouble free. Then gave it to my 16 year old as a daily driver until he crashed it. Totaled the SUV but my son and his friend came out of that crash without a scratch. Thanks North Knox Auto.Now. On 9/11/18 I drove and liked an 07 Silverado. I bought it and love it. It has some things that I would like to repair. But, I have been driving it back and forth to work and everywhere for that matter. I will buy another vehicle from this establishment with confidence.Remember a car or truck is a machine. Machines will fail eventually. But, with preventive maintenance and repairs as needed most machines will give you years of good service. I am truly satisfied with this company!

Seen several of my buddies get burnt on trucks from here. They buy em at auction and dont even halfway look them over before placing on the lot. Lots of rust covered in paint and trucks that go off the lot and break after the “as-is” deal is done. Id highly suggest staying away from here.

Lots of bad reviews floating around, but come on guys, it’s a USED car lot. Dealt with Greg at first and he was great. Super patient with me driving 3 trucks in Bristol, and deciding against them. Then dealt with Taylor in fountain city to check out two more. Both were great to deal with, and Taylor was patient with us while waiting on the bank. Do your homework and check the vehicles out top to bottom, then make your decision, as you should with ANY USED CAR. Yes, the truck needs some minor things, but again, it’s a USED TRUCK. I’ve bought 3 cars from them for my teenagers over the last several years. Two Toyotas and a Honda. All 3 cars are all still running great after nearly 3 years we haven’t had a single problem with them. The prices we paid were right at what kbb said they should be or a little lower. The sales people and the owner have always been very patient with us and no pressure and let us test drive a ton of different cars. I’ll be going back there again when my youngest turns 16.

I was there twice Saturday to look at a truck. First time I was there just looking over the truck. I asked the salesman what the bottom Dollor he would sale it for. It was listed for $9950 and he said he would take $9250. I came back and test drove it. I decided I liked it. They gave me a bill of sales to give my bank Monday morning because I could get a better interest rate there. As I was leaving bank and being approved I get a call from them saying they sold it Sunday when they are not open. Dont waste your time with them. They are a joke!

I knew when I purchased the vehicle there was no warranty and they didnt make me any promises. The truck was the exact type I had been trying to find for a while .If I didnt get it quick someone else would have bought it before the week was out if not before.

I live out of state so I offered to put money down on a truck for them to hold it 5 days. Greg said no because he had someone else interested. Ok, no problem. 30 seconds later he called and said he would take the down payment. Greg proceeded to lecture me about how I would lose all the money no matter what if I didn’t follow through with the purchase. I told him if I got there and the engine didn’t run right or trans didn’t shift proper I would expect my money back. However, I didn’t Even finish the sentence when he angrily said NO and hung up the phone. Very strange behavior for a salesman.

After only owning the car I bought from here for 6 months (it was an 05 Honda Accord Hybird with only 77k in miles)I had to junk it. Spent 2k in trying to fix it in months 5 and 6. Only got to drive the car for 4 months because the other 2 months it wasnt driveable. Took it to Honda in west Knoxville and it need over 7k in repairs. The car wasnt worth it or that much. Review would have been higher if the car had lasted more than 6 months.

I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from them. Im very happy with it, and I got it for a good price. They did not pressure me and they were very professional.

A week after buying my truck I found out the head gasket was blown in the truck I bought from them. I called and I was told that I should have had a mechanic take a better look at it before I bought it. Ended up paying 6600 to have it fixed and now the truck will never be worth what I have in it. After buying from them I hear a lot of people have had the same experience. I would not recommend any of my friends or family but a vehicle from them since I have regretted buying from them since the first week.

Recently purchased a 2003 ford ranger from them for 3200$ the staff were friendly but here are my problems first off I looked at the truck and took it for a test drive as I was driving it I was going to turn around to head back and I noticed the signal lights were not working on the truck when we got back to the dealership we checked and noticed the brakes lights were not coming on either the guy told me that they drove it to the dealership when they purchased it and said it drove good and that it did. But they had to have known that that was not working if they drove it so anyways the guy said proubably a fuse so he grabs the owners Manuel and and pulls out a fuse from the truck that was blown I ended up getting the truck and going straight to the autozone for fuses turns out the fuse number he pulled it from according to the Manuel it is not used!! So anyways o found the right one replaced it and it worked for 2 mins and blew so now I’ve got to find out a way to pay for this wiring to be fixed which is very expensive this is my only vehicle and I can not safely drive it I’m very irritated that they would do this especially let me test drive a vehicle that was the safely suded for the roads not to mention it’s very busy where they are at.

This is my families 8 or 9th car from them! I had gotten the younger sons car and guess what it Shook in the engine compartment there response was it needs a torque converter and it will cost 425.45 to get the part and we will cover half the labor cost! Half my butt. Tall Can have the durn car back Ive contacted my lawyer and Im still within the law of 30 even if it was a deal made as is

Holy COW! I bought a 1997 jeep Wrangler. Great condition ran great good price. Didnt make it home with it and it died. Cost me 80 bucks to tow it home. Called Greg and his reply was they tried putting an alternator on it and maybe it was another bad alternator. He didnt disclose any of this before the purchase. They were super cool to deal with until they got my hard earned money then they said they couldnt do anything for me. DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT HOME! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Not even refund me the cost of tow. Seriously people read the reviews, Im not the only one that had been done horribly wrong. Please take your money to someone who has a soul.👿. 3/22/2018 His response was they put a battery in it and 20$. Funny because the gas light came on before I had driven it 4 miles on the test drive and the car was filthy!. Have never seen a grown man act the way the owner(Greg) did. When asking questions about the Carfax of a $14K vehicle, he got defensive and accusing me of gaming him. When I told him I was leaving, he chased my fiance & I out of the parking lot calling us names and swearing like I couldnt believe. Once he knows hes not getting the sale he does a 180 and goes off the deep end. Would not shop here without bringing a friend with you or some sort of protection.

This is the worst place to try and do business with! The first time I went to their dealership to see a truck I drove 2 hours to see a truck that wasnt there and wasnt told this until i was 10 minutes away from them. I had dealt with them for a week getting everything together and getting approved. They refused to work with me and did nothing to try and remedy the situation. Mike did offer to fill my gas tank up though so that is the only positive thing I have to say about them. Greg is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to. I had been emailing and talking to him throughout the entire process only to have my head chewed off when I called to ask a question. Thankfully Mike informed me the morning I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to work with them that the deal had fell through. This is a horrible place to try and do business with and I will never try to do business with them again.

Drove 3 hours to see a truck and it wasnt there after getting an email stating that it was there. Also was stated that the truck was local. Upon reviewing a Carfax (that I got from a dealer friend, not the seller), it spent its entire life as a commercial vehicle in New York. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Owner was insanely rude to me from the moment he laid eyes on me. I put 2 gallons of gas in a vehicle I test drove that was sitting on empty out of fear of running out of gas. When I decided to put gas in it, I did not assume Id get paid back but the nice salesman insisted. When he asked the owner to reimburse me, he immediately got angry and treated me like I was trying to swindle him (I was just standing there not saying a word waiting to see if I was actually going to get the money). Then he asked me why I wasnt buying his vehicle and wanted to argue and got even more angry when I didnt immediately agree with his guess on why the vehicle was running so poorly. He acted more like someone trying to start a fight than someone trying to sell a car. Im sure he doesnt treat all his customers this way all the time, but its obvious he has a very inflated ego, acts very insulted if you dont take every claim he makes as fact and is very quick to anger to the point of getting up from his chair and coming at me from all the way across the room looking like a ruffled rooster and posturing like he was going to hit me. I didnt go there to fight, I went there to see if it was a car I wanted to buy (it wasnt). This is not someone Id ever recommend buying anything from, especially something as expensive as a vehicle.
