Nothing but the best to say about the folks over at Halls Service Center. I have a heavily modified suspension on my truck and these guys were able to get me aligned. Had some parts that needed to be replaced and the pricing and labor was more than fair. Kept me updated along the way as we were waiting for parts to come in. Thanks!!

I was on my way home from picking up my kiddos from school when someone stopped me on Emory Rd and said I had something in my tire. That “something” was a 6 inch long metal spike. Tire pro was the closest to me so I headed there. It was close to closing time for them but they still went above and beyond to make sure my and I kids got home safe. They put on my spare so I could drive on home and ordered me and new one and had it ready the very next morning. The customer service is impeccable. I will be going back again.

Out of the blue, 60 miles from home, a tire got a nail in it and was about flat when I saw it. Googled the nearest tire repair service and Halls Service Center was only 6 miles away. I drove there slowly and was helped within minutes! Patched, not plugged, and put the tire back on. I am one HAPPY customer!!

I had bought headlight on line that were to work in my Jeep. My husband and I tried to install them ourselves at home and just couldn’t get them to fit using the original rings and screws. I saw at Halls Service Center getting an oil change on a different vehicle and asked if maybe a mechanic could see if the headlights could be installed by them. Long story short my headlights are in and work beautifully! I am so happy and I feel the price to have the work done was very reasonable to me. Thank You Halls Service Center you all rock!!

Ive took all 3 of my vehicles here for past few years. They have a customer for life with me! I always recommend them. They are honest people and they look at your vehicle, call you to tell you whats up and price before they go any further. You wont be disappointed with these guys!!

Kind of disappointed. The main thing that I asked was could you check the tire pressures in all of my tires before I leave to make sure they are the same and everything is balanced right. The service was quick and I ordered my tire very fast. But I only got one tire put on and they apparently didnt even look at any of the other tires and the one tire they put on had seven pounds of pressure more than the others.

Was told about them from a close friend because we had just moved to Halls and needed a mechanic. So I brought my van in to be fixed. They were very professional and kind. They did a great job and really quick. I will be using Halls Serice center from now on.

They got the job done. but it costs you 100$ an hour. to me thats high!!

They are expensive and charge a $100 diagnostic fee if you dont agree to the repairs (even if you didnt need a diagnosis to begin with). Basically, they hold your car hostage until you pay them so DONT have your car towed there.They are rude and talk down to you and lie about how difficult of a job it is.-Edit-My boyfriend literally replaced the fuel pump in under an hour with NO lift, no special tools, in 30 degree weather. The part cost $116. They wanted over $700 for the job.Guy on the phone said it was a multi-hour job.LIES don’t believe a word they say.

We have used Halls Service Center for a few years now. They are always fair in pricing and very knowledgeable. We used other service centers before them and had terrible experiences. I would recommend them over and over!

I drive all the way from Maryville to get my tires from here! They are a great shop that quickly turns work around! They have always been very fair and honest! I have bought tires for I am wanting to say three vehicles I have owned! They take good care of me and my family! The last one they checked the alignment for free and it needed it and they did the alignment at a fair price and immediately when I picked it up I could tell a difference! My latest vehicle was a 2000 Silverado and they installed Uniroyal tires and they ride really good! Thanks to everyone at your shop and the care you put into peoples vehicles! Very professional and nice people!

I had stopped taking my cars here because of a problem my car came out with that it didnt go in with a while ago. I wanted to give them a second chance. I wont do that again. I took my sons truck in to get new tires put on it. They wanted to do a front alignment on it if it needed it, I agreed. When they called to tell me the tires were on but they couldnt align it because the ball joints were bad and the right u joint was bad. I asked how much it would cost to fix those things. They called back with a new estimate and I told them to go ahead and fix it. Now the man never told me it was on top of the tire price, when I realized that was not enough to fix what they said I called back and they corrected it and said it was on top of the tires but added the other u joint which is brand new which cost me more. I was upset but said okay thank you and hung up. Their phone called me back and on the other end of the line my daughter and I could here them mocking me and laughing about my reaction to their news. When they realized I was on the phone they got really uncomfortable when I told them I heard everything. I picked up my truck without the extra work done and will not take it back again. 2 chances and they made me feel like I was a joke to them. As a person who works in customer service I would never speak about my customers like that to their face or behind their back. That is very unprofessional. I wont give them a third chance

I posted on Knoxville Car Enthusiasts and was referred to Brad at Halls Service Center when I was looking for 2 front tires for my 2010 Versa. I’ve had the car since March 2016 and have put over 100,000 miles on it. I currently have 204,000 miles. I had been noticing the steering wheel shaking and the car interior vibrating so loud I couldn’t make Bluetooth phone calls. It had gradually gotten worse over the past few months and started noticing my tires up front going bald unevenly. I knew I needed tires and thought my car was out of alignment. I do private duty home health nursing and wanted to get it taken care of to make it to my client. I went in on Tuesday and spoke to Brad and his co workers. The tires were put on and he let me know I needed new control arms before the alignment and I was happy to know what was causing the bad shaking/rattling. They let me take the car so I could make it to my patient on Wednesday, let me bring it back Thursday for my control arms , and worked on my rotors as well. I’m thankful for Brad, his co workers , and Halls Service Center. I was so surprised driving home. It didn’t feel like my car anymore; it drove smooth and quiet. I was so surprised at the quality of the ride I took a little joyride up the interstate and it drives better than it did 4 years ago when I first got it. Hopefully I can make to 300,000+ miles.I’d recommend them to anyone who needs their car worked on, are unsure of what the problem is, and for a great experience.They are professional, courteous, efficient, fair, informative, and have great attention to detail. Worst experience ever, would not recommend!

They fixed my turn signal and had me out the door quickly. They were busy but very thoughtful to their customers.

Every person who works at Halls Service Center are all very helpful and straight forward. We have had a few vehicles worked on and it is always done efficiently and professionally. What they quote you on price is very fair and never a surprise when you pick up your vehicle. They keep you posted on what is going on and are very honest. No where else we would trust for repairs.

They have GREAT customer service, more than competent and knowledgeable mechanics and installers, all with reasonable prices and detailed communication before and after any service work. But the biggest positive for me is TRUST. Theyre on your side.

Always able to work me in to get me back on the road. They are very busy; every time I have taken my vehicle there for service. Their being very busy may be misconstrued as not friendly. Definitely will continue to use them.Also forgot to add; they have found the problem on two separate occasions that two dealerships misdiagnosed.

Always a bad experience! Years ago my grandfather took his Mercedes-Benz in needing a new radiator. Once home we found that fluid was leaking into the floor of our garage. We took the car back to them where they said he needed a water pump for about $1000.00. We declined and found out that the coolant that was leaking from the automobile was from a pinhole puncture in the radiator overfill tank. This was approximately ten years ago and the water pump is still functioning properly. If they can tell youve had work done that they did not complete themselves you leave their facility with an issue that was never an issue before. I took a vehicle in for an alignment and the gentleman who runs the place came out of the garage asking me if work had been done to my vehicle recently. When I told him who had done the repairs he gave a disgusted look and I have had to fill my power steering fluid twice per month ever since. Against our better judgment we took them yet another vehicle that had been repaired at another shop but needed a simple front-end alignment. Said vehicle made it to my first stop and would not restart. Being an honest and optimistic person I gave them numerous chances. This negative pattern has completely lost them our business and we will warn anyone of our experiences if ever needing repairs or routine maintenance.

Had my TPMS in my wheels replaced. They did a great job, had fast service, and was polite & professional. Great people to deal with.

Many years ago I would not keep a vehicle past 100,000 miles for the simple reason I did not have anyone I could trust to do the maintenance that an older vehicle requires. That changed once I discovered Halls Service Center. They have always proven to be completely competent, professional, and trustworthy in caring for my vehicles. I now drive a 2002 F150 with 177,000 miles and plan on keeping it for the foreseeable future. I also have my kids vehicles serviced there. They also go the extra mile by providing personal service; calling to make sure all work has proven to be satisfactory. It means so much not having to worry about vehicle maintenance issues.

I have used Halls Service Center many times. They have worked on my 2001 Xterra several times over the past year. David Lowery, the owner, is totally awesome to work with. I felt very comfortable working with Halls Service Center as a female. I do know some things about cars and never felt like they were taking advantage of me. I always felt like a priority and got personal service from them. Andy, the service manager is great to work with as well. It was also convenient that they offer a shuttle service. I could drop my car off in the morning and they would get me to work and come get me at the end of the day so I could pick up my vehicle. I tell EVERYONE about them and the excellent service they provide.

Took my F150 in for new tires and had some issues with vibration once I drove the truck at freeway speeds....took it back in and they had to replace one of the new tires at no charge to me. Still had some vibration (Im just OCD about things) but they had me bring it back in and made a couple of adjustments and now it drives like a dream. These guys (Ron in particular) are great to work with and I would trust them with any of my vehicles. I highly recommend you do your research and youll find they have great tire prices as well as great service!

WOMEN BEWARE:If I could give them less then one star I would. I went here for a simple alignment check and estimate knowing that my alignment was off due to hitting a pot hole and there was a possibility that there could have been more then just that as far as the alignment goes. Once they took a look at it they presented me with an estimate for a little over $2,000. Turns out they just looked at the mileage on my car and said I needed all this engine work done plus all the alignment stuff. I mean really.... Little did they know I had my timing belt, etc. changed a few months before I came there. I guess just because I am a young women they thought they would pull a fast one on me. I was so mad I just left went down the road to Autoxtend. They fixed everything that needed to be done with my alignment and were honest with me about everything. It only ended up costing me about $250. I would NEVER use this place!! They are nothing but money hungry and dont care. But highly recommend Autoxtend.

Thieves.Took my vehicle in to have a flat fixed. They supposedly patched it. My tires were brand new and all the same brand when I bought the vehicle, not even a year earlier. Some time later, my tire light comes on and when inspecting the exact tire they supposedly patched, I found that it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, much poorer brand with NO tread on it... They had STOLEN MY TIRE!! When I called about the apparent mix up, they denied it, of course, and didnt offer any help to fix the situation. I cant remember the last time something has made me more FURIOUS. They are thieves. I would never ever recommend this place.

I brought in my 05 Nissan SE-R nothing was wrong with it except for the power steering and they brought up this list of things that were wrong, I went with it expecting to get a fully functional car back. It took a total of 4 days to work on it, 2 days just for an alignment. When I first got the car back the clutch was squeaky and a little hard to push in to start, I asked for a fluid change so of course I thought it was clutch fluid pumping through I went about my day. It drove fine the first few days until I was getting off an exit shifted to nutural and couldn’t shift to fifth going 45. As I slowed down I realized I couldn’t shift into any gear. I got that problem resolved after 30 mins and didn’t drive it the rest of the day. The next day I was stopped at a 4 way and as I was switching from 1st to 2nd the same issue happened. Halls Service Center said nothing they have done could affect the clutch and all they can do is look at it. Well now here I am not even 2 weeks after having got my car out of the shop about to take it to someone else.

Poor customer service!! Damaged my wheels when installing new tires and attempted to blame me, problem is one of the wheels was brand new/ never installed, they were the first to touch it. Long story short, too many good tire shops in Knoxville to risk going there again.

I had a car problem and called your shop at 5 minutes before closing time. I was asking if I could have it towed there even though you would be closed and just drop the key off the next morning. I could see your shop from where I was broke down but just couldnt get there without being towed. Your very polite receptionist answered the phone, I explained my situation and she put me on a brief hold. When she came back to me she got some general info from me and followed that up with Im sending someone to help you, hell be there in just a minute. I was floored, I certainly did not expect that response. When your employee Andy arrived he assessed my problem very quickly, told me what my problem was, fixed it on the spot and told me I owned him nothing. You just dont get that kind of exemplary service very often these days. I will defiantly be a return customer.

Went here to have a radiator repaired for my mother in law. I dropped the car off and 6 hours later it still hadnt even been touched. They offered no apology so I took the car down to Free Service Tire on broadway where they had it fixed and ready to go in an hour.

First time @ HSC and it was the highest price ever charged for 2 front hubs and wheel bearings on my 2001 GMC truck. I was charged over $500.00 for the 2 hubs and bearings and almost $500.00 for installation. There was a $19.00 charge for hazmat and another $19.00 for misc. 2 Wheel bearings and hubs costed me almost $1,200. The people seems kind, but the price will never let me go back.Roy S.
