Awesome place for tire and car care needs. Had a minor car incident in bad weather the other day, which resulted in a tire blow-out, and some other minor car issues. This business opens at 7:30 a.m. which was very helpful. These guys were awesome. They were honest, able to order and have delivered within 45 minutes the parts/tire needed for my car. The prices were fair. They carefully checked my car over making sure no additional damage had occurred during the car incident. They took me out to my car and gave me a detailed explanation of everything that was easy to understand. Definitely will go back and highly recommend!!

These guys are awesome! I had had a flat and ordered a used tire online to match the other three existing tires. All I needed was to have one tire mounted. I called a few places and even a mobile service but wasnt able to get anything same day. By this time it was already about 3:30 in the afternoon, but thought Id give Best-One a call (I hadnt tried them because I thought they only dealt with commercial/professional trucks). They said yes. I went down. They mounted my tire. And $27 dollars later, and about 15 minutes I was back on the road. Thanks Best-One!

We have had to get several repairs to my husbands Cadillac over the last five months and took it to Best-One each time. I have to say I am beyond impressed by this shop!! Everyone is super friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The work is done timely and is reasonably priced. Mike has been the biggest help to us with his extensive knowledge of Cadillacs. Its impressive to find a shop with honest people that do honest work and that genuinely care about their customers.

Awesome guys work here, they are honest and reasonable. Another shop in town told me I needed brakes so I came here for tires and brakes, they were honest enough to tell me I still had 50% left on them. They did a temporary repair for my wheel to help me out. Recommend to all my friends. Won’t go anywhere else!!

I called for an appointment as one tire was losing air quickly. They had me come to their facility immediately and fixed it right away. Friendly, polite, and even gave me the tiny metal piece which caused the leak. It was interesting to see.

I recently purchased some new tires to replace the ole Bologna skins. My experience was very pleasant, the price was reasonable, and the tires seem to be as round as promised. Great place to get tires

Used to be my go to tire shop but now its like no matter what I do they wont change my tires all call ahead by days get everything set come out at 3 like they told me get there and they tell me its gonna be 3 hours (they close at 6) it would have saved alot of time to go to literally any other tire place after multiple days of waiting on them to tell me basically to go screw myself.

Took my RV in for service, Danny and the guys were great to work with. They got me in and out quicker than expected. My RV drives and rides great!

I have been doing business with Best One over 16 years that I been driving for my present company and have always been treated fairly and with great service. The tires run quite and smoothly down the interstate, the break room could use some heat in the winter. Lol

Found a slow leak in rear tire due to one of the 1,000 construction zones I drive through in East TN on a daily basis. Everywhere else I called or stopped had 2-3 hour wait. I called here and they said its first-come, first-served but they werent busy. I showed up 15 minutes later and 45 minutes later was back in my car with a plugged tire.While this was minor work, I appreciate the speed at which they got the job done, their customer service on the phone, and the reasonable cost for the work.

I have used this place on several occasions. Prompt friendly and knowledable and the best part economical! I have a small RV and would recommend this to anybody. AJ and Danny took good care of me.

Good service and decent price

We were driving a Penske truck and got a small flat. The Penske Roadside Assistance got in touch with Best-One Tire and they got over to us in Strawberry Plains within 45 minutes. As soon as the gentleman got here, he got to work and had the tire changed on our 16 ft truck in less than 20 minutes. He then came over, had us sign a paper, told us what specifically happened with our tire, was very friendly, and we were on our way! Wonderful experience.
