This place gave me a straight up answer and an accurate price quote. I didnt actually get service here because they offered me a better and cheaper alternative rather then they actually fixing my problem. I would recommend this place because the staff is honest and very knowledgeable for whatever your needs

I have used service King two times in the last four years both of my vehicles were hit while parked by drivers who did not leave a note my first car had almost $8000 in insured damages service king repaired the quarter panel hood headlight assembly and suspension well this took almost a month they kept me informed every step of the way when I receive the car back I could not even tell that I didn’t been damagedMy second experience was with my dream car a 2014 dodge challenger SRT eight that somebody hit on the passenger side causing extensive damages this repair took almost 3 weeks and again they kept me informed every step of the way and it was promised and delivered on the day they said and I could not tell that the vehicle had ever been involved in a parking lot incident I would recommend service King to anyone that appreciates their cars

Service King was once of the providers selected by my insurance company to repair my car. The bumper was smashed in and the tail light was broken. Service King did a fantastic job making the repairs. They were able to pop the dent out of my bumper and reuse and repaint it of replacing it. Everything looks like new and was done much faster than promised. They even vacuumed my car for me. They were also very good with keeping me updated on progress and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. I would definitely come back.

My car was hit. In working with the person’s insurance of the car who hit me I was to drop my car at the location and time that was convenient to me because of my work schedule. Service King refused to let me drop the car because we hadn’t booked an appointment. I was told take it somewhere else. The insurance co. Was even on the phone with them an giving all need information that it would be taken care of. It was more likely they didn’t want our business because it was 30 minutes before closing.

As a former employee it is nice to hear it from friends that they took their vehicle to Service King and where treated with level 10 customer service.Thanks to Robin and the crew for always keeping customers informed and performing quality repairs. Although I work at a another collision center when I come to say Hi Jesse always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like I am still part of the family. And Phillip the area manager sent me a text message on my birthday. Just goes to show you that we are all in this together. From front to back I thank every one of you for what you do for our industry. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic place!! I took my car in for an estimate and they started repairs that same day. Peter was very professional and sent me updates on my repair status almost every day! Met expectations. Only 4 stars because the guy there told me it was impossible I recieved 2 different quotes on my vehicle then stood over my shoulder while I located the 2 different emails I received, each containing different quote amounts and different items being repaired. They also did not replace a panel that was damaged and couldnt speak to it. When I pointed it out, they took it back and just buffed out the scratch. Not a huge deal, but makes the difference in 4 or 5 stars. Definitely did not feel like it was above and beyond, but on par for the area.

Service King provided an exceptional service experience, and did an excellent repair of my Tesla. Robin Arnold is a highly professional service representative, and did an outstanding job. I wont actively try to incur additional damage on my Model 3, but if it happens, I will have no issues returning to Service King for another repair job.

I was rear ended and state farm said that this was one of their recommended locations. I meet with Robin Arnold, who immediately explained the process and procedures of getting everything fixed. She was upfront and honest about everything thing. She called and gave me updates along the way. Also, they fixed another part of the car for me for a decent price. I have had bad experiences where I have been taken advantage of with other auto repair shops due to lack of knowledge regarding the vehicle and a belief that the experts know best, but this is not the cause with Service King. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs help getting their vehicle fixed.

Took way longer to get my car from towing company then for repairs, didnt even order proper parts to reinstall my front bumper. Now ive noticed thin paint spots on repainted parts. Have to give some credit to the girls in reception, they sure know how to blow smoke... Excuses, excuses, excuses! Wonder how long it takes them to train their employees this?!?

***PLEASE AVOID KINGSTON PIKE LOCATION***4/19/2019 - Hit and Run wreck. (due to character limit this is all ill say).5/15/2019 - I get a voicemail from Peter from Service King saying that they have the frame in the shop and are going to prep and start the swap process.5/22/2019 - I get a voicemail from Peter from Service King saying that they have the frame in the shop & are going to prep & start the swap process. They sound almost identical. So, since I am hearing the exact same thing I heard a week ago, my wife & I drive by the place the next day. And, as we started to suspect, the Jeep was in the exact same spot it had been in. By this time, we got a general text saying the schedule completion date would be that Friday (this happened for weeks, keep in mind).5/29/2019 - Again, one week later, I dont hear anything & am not clear on any update. So, I take the time to reach out to the center myself to see what is going on. Peter then explains to me that to do a frame swap, you have to use a lift and that they only have one lift at the facility and that it was being used. This sounds troubling to me..does that mean someone has had to wait even longer than I have to get their vehicle back? Anyways, I am told at this point they are going to begin working on our Jeep THAT DAY & send me daily updates with pictures & everything daily. At this point, its been 40 days. But, whatever, if that is true, then it is what it is.6/1/2019 - Remember, Wednesday I was told they would be working on it that day & I would receive daily updates. And...no updates. No pictures. Nothing. So, I drive by to see if the Jeep was in the shop. And again as I suspected, the Jeep was still parked exactly in the same spot it had been for a month (or longer). Still keep in mind, I had been receiving texts from the general number stating I would get it on a Friday.6/3/2019 - I reach out to Peter at Service King & ask why I keep getting told (As of 5/15/2019) they were going to start working on the Jeep, & why it hasnt moved? So, first is was the lift situation, NOW he proceeds to tell me that they had an employee who was not motivated to work with Service King & that they had to deal with that situation internally. In a nut shell, they had a lazy employee who didnt like working and they had to fire him (He never used the word lazy, he just said it in a professional round about way). Peter then tells me they have assigned a technician to it who is SOLELY going to work ONLY on our vehicle & that he would send texts & pictures daily. I asked Peter, is there ANY situation we wouldnt get the Jeep Friday, & he said no.6/7/2019 - I had been getting updates and pictures daily from Peter. But now he tells me it will be the 11th (after stating no scenario would it be past Friday). I call manager (Phillip). Voicemail. No return call.6/11/19 - Day 52. I call Peter at Service King asking what time I can pick up my Jeep. He seems baffled. Said after talking to the manager he understood it as the manager would take over and that he was under the impression the manager talked to me. Nope. So I myself called manager back. He says we wont get Jeep back. So I call HIS boss who is on vacation so I talk to the director over Nashville (Sean) & tell him I want nothing to do with Service King. Long story short he says they will pay deductible in a settlement if I dont post on social media (hush money). I refuse. He immediately calls back & says that they will pay the deductible at their own cost & I can review. After all this, I finally get the Jeep back 6/12.All that to say this, they lied to me weekly, & just flat out didnt work on the vehicle but told me they were. The director admitted himself this was a disaster & not normal. Go at your own risk but I wouldnt take the time to write such a long review if this wasnt a real life scenario. I dont know about any other location, but do NOT go to Kingston Pike. Had to make 2 car payments for a motionless vehicle because they kept our Jeep for 2 months, & never worked on it once when they were saying they were

Although my car was irreparable, Ill use and recommend Service King on Kingston Pike in the future. Collin consulted multiple outside sources to try and figure out what the issue was and kept in close contact with me throughout the process. They would have continued to work on it, but my insurance company didnt want to continue to pay.

Online scheduler was unable/unwilling to schedule a time for their technicians to even look at my vehicle that was in an accident for over a week! If you want your car back before next year, you may want to look elsewhere.
