This group did a fantastic job! My Honda Odyssey sliding door was stuck closed and had some previous damage on the body of the door. They priced the cost of repairing the latch which was broken, but then went above and beyond to honor my request of finding a used door to replace the whole thing. They are professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them in the future.

I just called this shop and I was completely shocked by the honesty that he displayed over the phone. I ended up not doing work with him because of scheduling issues but just from the few minutes we spoke, I can tell these are great people

Knoxville Ultimate Automotive is a great repair shop. I know I can take my car in and it will be fixed right at a fair price. Ken and Steve trustworthy, they do honest work, and have the experience to go along with their ASE Certification. Ken, the owner, is a Honda Master Technician. Repair shops can have a stigma for over charging you and being untrustworthy, this is not the case at Ultimate Automotive!

It was time to have the timing belt and all the other necessities that go with it, and new rear brakes installed on my 2001 Honda CRV. The engine runs like new and after the brakes get automatically adjusted from driving it will be like a new vehicle. When attempting to escape the high prices of a Honda dealership, Knoxville Ultimate Automotive repair is the only shop where I can get that done!

My family and I used to use Ultimate Auto exclusively for all of our vehicle maintenance. We gave them lots of referrals, and spent A LOT of money here between several cars. Recently, my daughter had an unfortunate experience having her headlight assembly replaced. She was quoted two different prices on replacing the headlight, and she and I were both told she did not need an appointment for this AFTER I had been in with her car to show it to Steve. I even called back to make sure she didnt need an appointment, and was told no. When my daughter took the car in, she was rudely received by Steve and was told she had to have an appointment for this service. Confused, she explained the whole story to Steve and Ken. Long story short, she was told she wasnt having her car done that day. I called back to get an explanation and spoke with Ken he assured me he would get to the bottom of it. Fast forward to last week, my son calls to get an oil change appointment (he had been away at USAF basic training) and had no knowledge of the other incident. Steve told him they wouldnt do business with him b/c of me! At the end of the day, we were treated rudely, given conflicting information, and had our business turned away.

These are the car guys you are looking for! If you have a Honda, take your car here. They wont push for services you dont need and do honest work. I brought my car from out-of-town to service with them because I missed their honesty so much.

I rarely write reviews. I wanted to post a postitive review for this Car shop as their honesty and quality work goes far beyond any shop around the area. I’ve taken my car to two separate shops in the area and this shop far surpasses quality, honesty and value all around.My car has been destroyed and I’ve been lied to by other shops in the area. Even if you have to wait a bit more or drive a bit further to get here for servicing. Make the trip.Now if I could them to work on my Audi as well!

Took my car there for the first time last week and got quick wonderful service and they never tried to upsale or fix something that wasnt broken. They were honest & did great work at a reasonable price. My car runs like new! I will be taking all my maintenance & repairs to them in the future

I have been going to Knoxville Ultimate Automotive for about 10 years off and on now. Ive owned 5 Accords, and theyve worked on 3 of them! This morning, in particular, was why I decided to write this review: I normally change my oil, but over time, I stripped the hex on the bolt. I brought it in and needed a new drain plug, but they wound up changing my oil and filter for no charge!! My parents lived 1.5 miles from their shop, now I currently live 2.5 miles from their shop. If you own a Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus, take it there! Dealership quality without all the bs. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is my 1st place of choice for my automotive needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and have always been willing to explain things to me. One other place, I wont get into naming, told me just this past Tuesday that I needed new rotors as well as pads. They told me my rotors were too worn to be turned.Just 4 days later when I took my car to Knoxville Ultimate Automotive (KUA) a miracle must have happened, KUA called me with what they found. Yes I do need front pads but my rotors could be turned. Its a miracle! Did I mention when I called KUA to make my reservation I told them what the other place said I needed? They could have easily sold me some new rotors that I didnt need.True honesty.
