I was 200+ miles away from home when my Dodge Journey 2015 broke down I called all shops under warranty & even rentals & all were either sold out, or didn’t have appointments till 2 weeks out I found Mr. Cool on google & called he automatically gave advice on what to do an said to bring my car, within a hour he figured out the problem it was definitely worse then I thought but he worked with my warranty company & got me a better deal than I imagined getting ! He was communicative the whole time, I’m glad I ran into Mr.Cool 100% recommend this service

Have had problems with a repair for 3 MONTHS now! Mr. Cool put 2 BENT wheels on my car and they keep coming up with excuses for completing and correcting the repairs to my Mercedes. Unacceptable! Still not resolved!

Mr Cool and the guys at the collision shop are the best! We had an accident and the hood was bent on our car and they advised us on how to save some money by getting a replacement hood at the salvage yard. Then when it didnt fit exactly they helped us get it to work correctly. They are always so helpful, friendly, honest and fair. I cant recommend then highly enough! Took my 1997 Tahoe in for hood and roof repainting also a dent. They did a fantastic job! Very professional and courteous people to work with. It took a little longer than I expected to get truck back, but quality work takes time. Lifetime warranty on repair and looks great like from the factory or better ! 5 stars ! Thank you ! They broke all of the parts I brought them and then charged me for more parts they didnt order. Said the money was used for labor but they had not worked on my car in two months. Worst shop. Dont take your car here unless the only thing you want is something simple.
