Excellent workmanship! It was amazing how they fixed my car as if the damage never happened. I thought they were going to have to replace my trunk. But they repaired it instead. Great work. I would highly recommend Caliber to everyone I know.

Terrible service!!! First of all when I went to pick up the car I turned in the rental and the job was botched! They told us to take it home anyways and come back tomorrow when I wasnt so upset about it. After going home and becoming more upset about the obvious wrinkles and bulge in my fender and the mis alignment in my hood and the paint chips that had been made during the repair I gathered myself enough to write it all down and return the next day. I had to find rides to and from work and back to the body shop as I had returned the rental. That was frustrating enough but when I arrived back at caliber with issues, I got nothing but a condescending attitude. She even asked if I felt better since I went home to think it over. I explained I did not and I was even more upset about the car and she then explained they are allowed variances they were human. I left the car again and returned after work. The work had been much better and I voiced it was much better and stated it should have been correct the first time, I am happy to see they removed huge bubble and fixed the hood. She then began to tell me they did not move the hood at all and started sorting off about acrylic nails and how they are made just like bumpers.. At this point I could have strangled her. The hood was clearly moved and corrected and the errors were corrected so why would she still be so condescending instead of just admitting that the first job was unacceptable? She was rude and talked to me like a dummy. News flash sweetheart I work in the automotive industry so you just blew it. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to avoid this location as it is trash like the work they put into your car and its employees.!!!

USAA pointed us here to fix a scratch on one door of a Chevy truck, driven by my UT student son. 1st appointment available was 3 or 4 weeks off. Dropping it off, my sons told it wouldnt be worked on for another week yet. Whats the point of having an appointment then, he could have kept driving it? A week or more later, my sons contacted and told its ready for pick up, but that proved to be false after he took time out of his schedule to catch a ride to the shop. Another week passes by, and trucks finally ready. Simple scratch that shops in my town would have repaired in 2 or 3 days took over 2 weeks here and required 3 trips due to their poor communications. They sent plenty of spam calls and emails, but real communications of timely and accurate substance dont appear to be their strong suit. Recognize others have had good experiences from the reviews here, but Ive recommended to USAA they not recommend this shop.

The attention to detail and Customer care is substandard due to over worked Service Writers. Never received in progress updates and requested additional repair never was addressed. My vehicle was not washed and prepared for its delivery to me. The mussing wiper blade and cover to the rear hatch were never replaced and I had to source that myself as well and get the vehicle detailed after the repairs. COVID-19 and an accident with the original service writer as well as having over 100 cars to handle alone, in the shop for repairs were used as the excuse. I not interested in excuses, I interested in receiving the stated standard/quality of service Caliber advertises. .

Caliber collision was fantastic. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and they called several times to give an update on my vehicle. I 100% recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber. Athena, the adjuster, is competent and also kind. The gentleman at the front desk was also very welcoming. They realized that having your car repaired is a difficult process to go through.It took less than a week to have the repairs done. They notified me daily of the progress. The repair was excellent. The paint job was perfect. I couldn’t tell that my car had been damaged when they were through.I would recommend Caliber on Callahan to anyone needing repair work done. It is worth the drive.I now feel that I have people I can call if I have any questions in the future about the exterior of my car!😊

Excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair. Surprisingly quick turnaround with good work done. As an added benefit, has good relationship with local rental car agencies making the repair process smooth and pleasant.

Best experience and great service. We dropped the car for today through our insurance company. I arrived and had to sign a paper and get ac rental car that was waiting for me. When came to pick it up, drop there the rental and got the car which was fixed perfectly and even cleaned.Great service

Great people at this place. I went in there this morning and just needed help with a minor cosmetic issue with my Jeep. I didnt have an appointment or anything, and they told me to drive in the back and a tech named Cooper helped me out in about 15 minutes. They werent looking to make money off me, they were just willing to help me out in a pinch before I went to work. They didnt even charge me, but Im going back tomorrow to give the tech that helped me some cash or a gift card as a thank you. Ive only had one experience with Caliber Collision, but it was a good one. Highly recommend taking your vehicle there.

I had two separate insurance claims involving two insurances and the transition from one claim to the next was awesome. The rental car I had to have was a seamless change over when one repair was done and the second started. Great customer service and amazing people.

My car was a break in attempt with a tire iron. Tore up the paint, a chrome window trim & the rubber seals in front & rear door.

Just recently had an accident in my vehicle. Took my vehicle down to Caliber Collision on Callahan Drive. The ladies upfront were very, very nice. Just a nice place. They made me feel at home and that they cared for me. And the body work looks fantastic, like nothing ever happened. I would definitely recommend them!

We were sent to Caliber by Progressive insurance. When we arrived, we received completely different information about the repair process than we had discussed with our claims agent. When my husband challenged the information, he was told he was incorrect. We called our agent to figure out what was going on. We were informed that the shop had provided us with inaccurate information. We will never use a shop that lies to us. Caliber should in-shady up their business practices.

Customer service is top notch. I have had 3 or 4 fender benders all repaired and and it always comes out perfect and ahead of schedule.

Loved the work they did, and they always kept you updated through text or phone calls. A different body shop had told me the paint would be one of the hardest things to match and werent even sure it could be matched, but at ABRA they repaired my eclipse no sweat and matched the color perfectly!

Cant seem to get a refund for the deductible I paid then the insurance waived and paid the full claim. Been trying for 3 weeks. Sure in a hurry to take your money but slow on returning overpayment.

Didnt actually get any car work done here (they only do full repairs and I was just looking for a quick fix to be able to drive my crashes car to and from work) but the service was great, they took the time to look over my car anyways so when I went to another repair place I had something to compare it to. Definitely seem to be looking out for the customer!

Wrecked my scions Rear end into a truck...less than a week later it looks better than when I bought the car they even got all the water damage taken care of and let me bring her back for a bit of vaccum drying in the trunk... great place makes you feel like your baby is in good hands.

A lot of damage was done to my car, from a van hitting it on the back driver’s side. I took it to Abra & they did an excellent job fixing the damage. It looks likes nothing ever happened to it.

Called for a quote on replacing windshield. Was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called back, then was told they have a facility that does that and was asked if I wanted the number. At this point I will never use abra or reccommend them.

Actual repair was fixed at Lexington location in West Knoxville. Car came back clean and fixed BUT with additional issue of window not working (perfectly functional prior to bringing it in.) Customer services rep told us it was their mistake for not checking the windows before because now they didnt know if it was truly broken during the repair. But despite this ABRA refused to fix it for free, stating multiple times that our Honda was old and the window was a wear and tear item. We explained that we would not be paying since it was their fault. Then they bribed us. They said they would give us a free repair of the window if we filled out their survey giving them 10/10 on all areas which (undeserved at this point and would require us to lie.) We filled out the survey with honest answers and now they are refusing to fix our window without us paying. Very disappointed in the outcome of poor service that initially seemed to be good service.

The women up front dont know whats going on in the shop. They tried to tell me they dont use sand paper. Really I guess the paint comes off by FM theory. Thats Freaking Magic. Had an insurance claim done and repaired by these guys and they scuffed over the entire car. But only fixed the dent in the door and fender. Left me with the rest of the car scratched up and said I did it. Thats a bunch of bologna. Now I got a nice fender and door and the other 75% of the car is scratched up by sand paper.

First off, ABRA is a large chain business that has tons of offices around the area. They are constantly busy but have good customer service. The callahan road location has far superior customer service than that of west Knoxville; Lexington rd.To my car repair... dropped my car off and was picked up by enterprise right up the road. A few days later my car is ready for pickup so I go to abra. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed new damage to the repair area of my bumper. Elaine(sp?) was attentive to the area and said they would fix the area of concern. Two days later my car is ready and the area is fixed. She stood by her word, that’s huge to a customer like me who was totally inconvenienced by the entire situation of being rear ended.The reason I give 3 stars is because the inside of my car was not cleaned hardly at all. I know not to expect a first class detailing, however; dust from the shop should be an automatic given for the last stage clean up area. Second, the screen on my head unit was “wiped” but had dust and residue from where it was wiped down. Third, they decided to leave a squeegee in my trunk; that’s fine I could use one. :)Overall, customer service was great... repair work and clean up; iffy.

Worst place I have ever seen, did an estimate and left off major parts like a hood on the estimate! If you can’t do an estimate correctly then how can you trust them to properly fix your vehicle!

Have had my car worked on twice by this company. The first time at the one on Lexington and the second at the one on Callahan. Went back to the one on Callahan because neither one got my AC working right. Upon arrival they told me that i didnt have an appointment and that i needed to call gieco to deal with them even though they supposedly warranty their work. The manager was very rude and almost impossible to work eith on both my visits. Would not recommend using this comoany for any kind of repair.

They will not give u an price over the phone. You have to bring the car to them. Yeah i am going to drive a car with busted/shattered winshield so i can get stop by the cops and get a ticket. What a way to do bussines. Nope not doing biz with this people.
