The gentleman who assisted me was great. He was very well informed, he helped me make my decisions quick and easy and I walked away very happy. I was not excited about having to get glasses so to have someone as helpful as he was really improved the experience.

Let me start by saying that for the first time ever I was happy with my Lens Crafters experience. The store was very clean, the products were well organized, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance upon entry to the store which is highly unusual in a lot of my recent shopping experiences.I was given the opportunity to choose frames that I was interested in and I sat with the manager to conduct my preliminary fitting. I chose 8 pairs of frames that I felt looked great but I ended up buying none of what I picked in lieu of the frame selections suggested by the manager.Honestly, I felt what it was like to have my own personal stylist even if the experience was short lived. I stepped out of my boring box and went with several styles and designs that are not my usual status quo...and I must say I am extremely satisfied and the compliments have not stopped pouring in.Yes, I went well above my planned budget and ended with 4 instead of 8 but I’m glad that I took a chance and went with the professional guidance that was offered. Who knew that something as simple as a frame would update and complete my look so well. I never once felt rushed...if I didn’t know better I’d have thought I were the only customer in the store.If eyes are the windows to the soul then your glasses should definitely compliment that and I was previously doing myself no justice with my choices.Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Dr. Brian Heintz was a wonderful doctor who understands and helps to achieve maximum eye health. His whole office staff is wonderful and very willing to help customers achieve the look they want with glasses and also they respect the budget the customer has to work with for the eye product. Who looks forward to going to the eye doctor? totally had a great experience with the doctor and everyone from the time I walked in the door. I felt like they really took the time to get me the best lenses for the best cost and the person who assisted me and I wish I could remember her name was amazing at helping me pick out frames. I had a great experience at Lenscrafters at Zona Rosa. The sales clerk who helped me was very courteous and extremely willing to help. My sister was with me who was also a big help. I cant wait to pick up my new glasses.

I visited the LensCrafters and Heintz Eye Clinic today for an eye exam and new prescription glasses. The entire staff were courteous and professional and the service was superb. Im looking forward to getting my new prescription eyeglasses. I highly recommend this place because of the excellent customer service they provide to the patrons.

Sara did a great job. I’m not sure why all the other posts talk about being ripped off. Sara provided me great service and this service will continue through the lifetime of the glasses. I’m very pleased with my experience and Sara made sure to save me as much money as possible.

I love this location!! I am quite shocked at some of these reviews. My daughter and myself have been going to this doctor and getting glasses from this location for several years now. They always get the script right, they always take time to answer any and all questions without you feeling rushed and most of all they try several avenues to get you the best lowest price possible! Absolutely love them and will continue to be a very happy returning customer.

Dean is an outstanding employee to deal with, prior times take me over an hour to get my glasses and everything done with Dean it took me maybe 15 minutes and I was above and beyond impressed by his knowledge and he explained everything to me about my sunglasses and everything else and they different lenses even took the time to show me a different lens in a different type of Ray Ban which I really appreciated it so I can actually get a visual of what it would look like and I think that set me up to really know what I would get rather than seeing it on a screen I would recommend anyone I know to go to Dean personally.

I cant say enough about how helpful Hawkin and Kelly were. I needed glasses for my daughter while she was isolating with Covid 19. They helped me get everything coordinated and my daughter was able to see during her time at home.They went above and beyond.

Very helpful fast and friendly staff

I personally love this place. Making an appointment is easy and they get you in quick! They were spot on with my prescription. I got Ray bans and the lens for $200 which I don’t think is that much tbh. I don’t know why they have such a poor rating.

Ive read through the negative reviews so I felt compelled to let everyone know that I received excellent service from everyone I worked with. Their staffed helped me pick out my glasses and they were not pushy at all, we actually had a very fun experience. I absolutely LOVE my new glasses and they even arrived a few days earlier that expected. Thank you to everyone for a great experience.

The staff is friendly enough, however every time Ive been in there hasnt been anymore than one tech making the glasses and one person out in the floor helping customers. Each time its been a long wait just to either pick up a pair of glasses that had been shipped in, or to get an adjustment. Also, Im tired of buying a pair of frames only to find the next year, you drop the style (still offered by the manufacturer though, just you dont stock it) and refuse to make new lenses to fit a pair that are only a year old. Bad business practice on the corporate level.

I was a bit concerned with the poor reviews, but since not many places make safety glasses I needed to take a chance. The staff was pleasant, friendly and quite helpful in the entire process of this purchase. I believe in giving opportunities to make good on past poor performances and this time was a great example of good customer service and products that fit the exact need.

Overpriced and not very helpful. Spent over 400 on a pair of glasses, paid for the warranty and 6 months later they can’t find my warranty information. 400 down the drain, not very helpful about finding a solution to the problem, we can get you a new pair, unfortunately it’ll be another 400 dollars. Well sure let me just whip that out because there is nothing else I can spend 800 dollars a year on!!! Don’t waste the money!! Go somewhere where you get the service and the correct products you buy!

In the last year I have spent close to $2000 at this location, I will not go back.I came in with my son and nephew and I was approached by a girl who told is not to touch anything because they would have to sanitize anything that was touched.....GTFOH. She was snotty as well. Congratulations you have permanently lost a customer

They tell you one price over the phone and then you get there and after your eye exam you have to pay for extras that I never heard of before!!!

Great customer service

I was taken advantage of as a Type 1 Diabetic. I was told that I wouldnt incur any charges for my eye exam because I am diabetic. It was to be covered by my insurance.I was lied to and had to pay over $230 out of my pocket for the eye exam. The owner wouldnt even speak to me. I would not have agreed to have this done unless it was free.I was forced to pay or be sent to collections. Dont make my mistake. Take your business to someone that is honest.

Ive visited Lens Crafters a few different times in Zona Rosa to get my Ray Bans fixed/adjusted. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service as always.

Just take your prescription and order a pair online.Good doctors and quick exams. I will go back for my yearly exams. However.....Stay away from glasses people. If you decided to get glasses/contacts, be prepared to walk out feeling sore cuz they will screw you.

I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS EYE DOCTOR again.The receptionist told me my contact and eyeglass exam would cost me $130. Little did I know they were going to send me a bill for $292 on top of my on-site payment. Ive never had to pay $422 for a basic eye exam at any eye doctor. A total waste of money! I called to complain and fix the billing situation, but the manager, DANIELLE, said she couldnt do anything about it. I shouldve stuck with my old eye doctor at Costco, cost me $140 flat. DANIELLE, the manager, told me that I had to pay $292 more because they sent my bill to my medical insurance. I told them that I didnt have eye insurance and Ive never had to use it in the past because of the low cost. She insisted their company requires insurance and cant take patients without it. Little did I know the eye doctor was going to claim I have a medical condition and not prescribed me anything to fix my so-called medical condition. They sent the bill to my medical insurance and because I didnt make my deductible yet, theyre charging me for the doctor finding this so-called medical condition. Load of B.S.!!!On top of the high cost, the eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts. I went a full day with the wrong contact strength in the wrong eye because of how they labeled it. I called to complain and instead of getting an Im sorry, I was talked to in a rude manner! Unprofessional!Go somewhere else if you need contacts or glasses! Its an absolute waste of time and money at Lens Crafters at Zona Rosa.

Verrry helpful, friendly and truly professional

Terrible experience. Never again.I went there last year and knew that they were expensive but Im very busy and was willing to pay the money to have the glasses made while I wait.They said they couldnt make them while I wait. I bought two pairs of glasses. They sent me me two separate texts saying that my glasses were ready. I showed up to find out that only one pair was ready. I had to waste time and gas to drive across town again.Next time I need glasses I wont give this horrible company one penny.

I went in on Monday to request a refund, Without verifying any of my information such as mailing address, email or even my phone number on an assumption Kelly submitted a refund check to be mailed out for a cash payment i made because it was over their $20.00 limit. Now i get it they dont keep hundreds of dollars in store for cash refunds. Kelly is a waste of space. The purpose of this review is for the lack of concern the management in this store have for customers and they have no sense of urgency when it comes to a large refund amounts. I was told today that corporate has not responded to the email and voicemail that was sent to refund my money I was also told that i will receive a refund check in five days. Long story short the LENSCRAFTERS ZONA ROSA TOWN CENTER need better education for the mangers they are clearly not on the same page. Im so mad -at this point I was just told i might not get my refund until next week smh this is a learning lesson and i will post on all social media outlets my experience in full details everyday until my money is returned.

The website lies. They say they take walk-ins but that is untrue. Brought my daughter over for that reason and when I walked in they gave me grief because I didnt make an appointment and none were available that day. Nobody was even there at the time we were. But besides the point. If you dont take walk-ins dont advertise it. And if calling ahead is so important you should say as much. Lost my business.

Should have read the reviews.My insurance covers an eye exam for a $10 copay. When I went to pay, they said the total is $40. Apparently there is an additional charge for their services that they neglect to tell you until it is time to pay. Poor business practice.I was planning on getting my glasses today too, but Ill take my business to a place a little more honest with their prices. Glasses are expensive, especially with vision as bad as mine, so the extra $30 for the exam made me unable to get glasses today.Update after talking to my insurance company: the service they charged for is not part of a routine or comprehensive eye exam. So they lied when they said it was a normal part of the exam and blamed my insurance company for being sneaky about disclosing the actual costs of copays. The service is an optional add on that should have been explained and offered beforehand. Ive had glasses for 25 years, and I will never again get them from Lenscrafters.

***WARNING READ REVIEWS*** if you still chose to go here it is on you poor customer service... Bait and switch pricing... Was told in order to fix their billing mistake would have to go and scedule a appointment with there doctor to fix the problem and this may or may not cost me more money depending on how the doctor feels... Complete and total rip off. Tried calling main customer service line several times and every time was hung up on while my call was being transferred would not have given such a high star count but no negative numbers are allowed.. If you read this far and still decide to go here just sit down and shut up... If they ask you anything about your eyes or you bring anything up, they will change your office visit to a medical exam and suddenly your eye insurance will not cover it and it will be billed to your medical. Your medical will not cover it and a month.later you will get a bill from your medical insurance... They also tac on a 160 dollar new patient fee that they do not disclose and require you to take noncovered medical exames saying that they are required by your insurance that not only are not required, they are not covered..

Bought glasses in January, the frame busted, I had the protection plan. They got me in, put me in a brand new frame, and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes

Lens Crafters Zona Rosa and Professional Eyecare KC are the best example of “You are doing it wrong” that I have ever encountered. It is in the details people!! When a company has total disrespect for their customers; it is a terrible thing. When two companies, who work in partnership, do absolutely nothing to ensure a customer’s satisfaction; and even go as far as to pass the buck back and forth; it is an outrage.A recent change to my vision insurance provided me the opportunity to chose Lens Crafters Zona Rosa and their in-house/contracted doctors – Professional Eyecare KC. What started out as something very routine; quickly changed into the worst example of customer service I have ever witnessed.

Obviously the worse place to buy glasses. I wish I would of read the comments before choosing this place for business. They have bad customer service and on top of that very overprice products.

I was there today and was waiting for my appointment and they were arguing righ infront of me about whose working when. I think that is so unprofessional. I went in there a few weeks back and the manager was raising her voice at me because apperantly I didnt know what all my insurance I tells. Yet I do. Also I didnt even get to have my appointment today because they think I need to have a second opinion about my contacts with another doctor there. I was there 20 minutes until they told me this. They also didnt even give me the right prescription for my contacts to wear! After I get my correct prescription Im going somewhere else! This place is terrible. Do not go here.

This used to be my “go to” LensCrafters location because they would special order Oakley sunglasses frames that weren’t in stock or even shown on the LensCrafters website. Not anymore. LensCrafters and Oakley are owned by the same company, yet they make it extremely difficult for you (the customer) to get what you want.

Possibly worst eye doc in town, avoid if possible. Terrible customer service and terrible manager.Will not issue me another set of contacts during my trail period, even after I offered to pay for them.

This place is terrible they will rip you off. Do not come here.

They forgot to call me when my contacts came in other than that they where ok.
