They were all so kind and helpful. Very kid friendly. The Dr was amazingly proficient while having my two kids in the exam room with us. Highly recommend!

I was a new patient of Dr. Patrick and he didnt review my past vision history-- didnt even ask for it. When tuning my correction, he talked over me, telling me which lens I needed instead of letting me speak for myself. He insisted on correcting my vision to a dominant/recessive (L-to-R) level. I told him it was uncomfortable and I couldnt drive like that but he said I NEEDED to be corrected this way. Terrible vision care, not recommended.

.... You dont want to go here, its not the place it uses to be. Eye exam for glasses was not correct, bifocal was too big and they tried everything they could think of to keep from ordering a new pair that was right!!!

Local chain glasses store. The employee on 63rd St. (Rikki) was competent and personable, an absolute delight. They are not out to screw you. If Im still living in KC next time I need glasses, I will check here first.

Oh Gerry, I love my new glasses! And I love supporting local businesses like yours. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And the Doctor took his time not only examing my eyes, but informing me of things he thought I should know now and in the future. From setting up my appointment to picking up my glasses; this company is a class act!

A great optical shop, and Dr. Patrick is an outstanding optician. Ive been frustrated by not-quite-right prescriptions many times - but Dr. Patrick always gets it right. Many years ago, Tim Knight, who used to run Precision Optics in Westport, referred to Ralph Patrick as the best refractionist in the city. Everyone in the shop is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a horrible experience with this shop. Their optometrist did my exam and I orderedtwo pair of glasses, including scratch protection. The prescription was incorrect for both pair, more blurry than my previous pairs. And a few days in, the sunglasses I ordered had several scratches on the left lens. One week later I returned to the shop and pointed out those problems. They said the scratches were my fault. They said they did the lenses correctly and the optometrist was not in, whom I would have to talk to in person. I have now used up my insurance money for prescription eyeglasses, and don’t have usable glasses. DO NOT trust this store with your eyeglass needs!
