Tracee was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She was really accommodating and provided great service in a timely fashion and made me feel really comfortable about my choices in frames and helped me get the best price and quality for my lenses. Ive been wearing glasses for over 25 years and this was the best service I have ever experienced. I only want to buy glasses from Tracee at this Visionworks for the rest of my life! They also had a ton of great frames in stock with lots of options in pricing and style.

First visit to any Visionworks. Very friendly staff. Accommodating even though I was running a little late. Doctor was quick, yet professional, friendly, and thorough. Took time to answer all my questions. Staff understood insurance and accepts CareCredit. Tracee took time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses with just the right amount of bling! Picked them up with no issues less than a week later. Waiting on contacts but anticipate it will also be a pleasant experience.

Today was my second visit since April. Both times Andy assisted me. On the first visit, I could only purchase frames as I had to go elsewhere due to the fact that you do not offer the high index 1.74 lenses. Andy knew exactly what I was talking about due to my prescription. He was so knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect frames that would best work with the thinnest lenses that I would need. Today I came back because I had stepped on my glasses! I was so happy to see Andy! He took time with me and did his magic to get my frames realigned and I could see perfectly again! Feeling like I did not want to be without these frames, I purchased a second pair! Andy would be the perfect person to train employees about what customer service truly is! You are blessed to have him! A+ in my world!!!

I took off work to pick up my glasses. When I arrived there was a sign on the door saying they are closed on Wednesdays and Fridays. The text I received letting me know the glasses were ready had office hours listed and the website both said they are open. I understand everyone is short staffed now, but please update your office hours, especially on information you send directly to the customer.

Absolute worst customer service. Couple minutes late (which I genuinely apologized for from the start) and was told in snooty way Id have to come back another day. Front desk said sorry doll. Looks like a ton of staff sitting around doing nothing. I dont typically give bad reviews (see my history). Ill take my money elsewhere 👍.

I stopped by to have my sun glasses looked at. My glasses were all out of sorts not resting on my face and all out of wack!Andy here at VisionWorks took the time out of his busy day to readjust and align my glasses, they fit like brand new like the day I purchased them!Thank you so much Andrew and VisiinWorks.

Went there a month ago. Needed contacts. Still have yet to receive them. When I called, both times they said they had been ordered. It is unusual because this is the very first time Ive had to wait over a month for trial lenses. Truthfully I think you guys forgot. Considering its been another week since I called and still nothing, I dont think I am actually going to get them. Super disappointed because I actually need them for my astigmatism. It may not be important to you guys that I am going blind but it is important to me.Edit: I received a call from the GM Michelle. She handled the situation excellently. My contacts are on rush order with some extras as an Im sorry. All companies can make mistakes, the good ones make those mistakes right. Michelle should get a raise because she did just that.

It would be really cool if you had your fax number ANYWHER on the internet for other medical professionals when they need to request records.

Such a nice and clean store and the staff is super nice! Just needed a new nose pad and they got me in right away to replace it, free of charge and she even made sure tighten the other screws for me! Theyre great here!

Michaela was absolutely perfect. She’s always so bright and cheerful and she remembers me every single time I come in. Also the manager on duty is very very polite and did not turn me away when my glasses were broken beyond repair she’s so made the effort to make sure that my vision needs were taken care of! highly recommend this store!!!

For a returning patient they treated me like I was there begging for glasses.I was there to schedule for an appointment after doing my exam elsewhere but they said they no longer made lenses for the Oakley I bought last year.And whats funny is they are the ones who made the lenses on my Oakley.They do not know customers have their wallets and can shop elsewhere. I felt so offended today.

Worse customer service they close at 6:30 got there 6:05 and asked to leave because they were closing in 25 minutes and don’t even want my kids to even look around for frames will never go to vision works period went to lens crafters and got 4 pairs for my 2 kids

I have been going here for years now entirely because I love the staff. They are always willing to help me find something which fits in my budget, and get me in to see the doctor quickly. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, but Rachael is my favorite to work with. She has been my go to for help and was even able to help my daughter get a replacement contact while on vacation out of state.I highly recommend this store!

After many years with the same glasses, it was time for new ones. The staff took their time with my testing and helping me find the best ones for me. Rachel helped with not only my daily wear glasses, but also the coolest safety glasses in my Welding Engineering class. She didnt stop there. She was also able to find a way to update the lenses in my old frames so I would have a back up pair, and still stay within my budget. For what I expected to pay for one pair, I got 3. These guys are amazing. I wasnt rushed into buying, but shown options and all my questions and concerns were taken care of. I wont go anywhere else from now on.Need glasses, look no farther. This is where you need to go.

I had a very good experience at this location getting an appointment even end of year was an easy process. also my appointment was very beneficial they explained with simplistic pricing they required an optional services that they offer. also picking glasses was an enjoyable experience the person I worked with was very helpful in explaining and maximizing my benefits and budget.

Horrible experience for my daughter who was literally shamed and laughed at in front of the entire store because we pay upfront for all of our vision expenses and dont use insurance. Horrible customer service and personal experience for my daughter. She cane home traumatized from a simple eye appointment. Please do not visit this store!!

I highly recommend this location. Dr. Davenport is incredibly personable and humorous and he answers all questions thoroughly. The rest of the staff is equally great to work with, especially Rachel. Everything was so easy and I was told everything about the tests that were occurring and what I was being charged.

Waited 3 weeks for my eye exam. Upon arrival they had me wait another hour and a half to be seen by the doctor... Waited another 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive as they no longer have their lab for same day pick up which they dont tell you until after your visit... once my glasses arrived and I got the confirmation I called the store and they told me I would need to wait an additional 2 days to pick them up... It took them 5 seconds to run my glasses to my car. . Frustrating process as I have been suffering from severe headaches from my previous glasses. Service is sub par. Especially for the cheap glasses I received and the price I was charge. (Over $500 for a no name/basic style frame and anti glare lenses) . I would suggest GlassesUSA after you get a prescription from a doctor because I got Versace Glasses with Transition Lenses for the same price as the glasses I got here.

I recently went into this Visionworks to get my new pairs of glasses, and Rachel was amazing! She helped me try on many different pairs and styles of glasses, and gave actual recommendations of what she thought would work best for my face shape! She also took what I said into 100% of her considerations and I got glasses that I love! This place is extremely friendly and the service was amazing!

Dr. Davenport is awesome . While performing the eye exam he explains everything he is doing and why, shows photos of your eyes on the computer screen. He is very personable and funny. It is obvious he really enjoys what he does. Thats important. The consultants were likewise, friendly, knowledgeable and low key. Becca was my consultant and she was totally transparent about the frames, lenses, options and price. I never felt like I was being sold as I have at other opticians. There was no pressure to purchase anything I didnt need. I have not picked up my new glasses yet but if that goes like the exam and purchasing process, Ill say the entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. They set the bar really high!

Been going here for a few years and keep coming back. Dr. Davenport has been a great doctor to see (no pun intended) and the staff is very helpful and professional. Besides, Rachel is awesome! I have gone into this Visionworks location twice for minor glasses repair. Their technicians were wonderful and fixed my glasses within a few minutes and had me on my way. They are very customer service focused.

If I could rate only makayla I would rate her 5 stars!!She was wonderful. Although I wasn’t greeted by anyone cause they were all busy. I observed makayla clean/sanitize the area where she Helped us at. She was super nice to my child and I. She’s friendly and professional. The assistant manager and ophthalmologist seemed a little unpleasant as if they did not want to be there. They should set the example for the other employees. If they had makaylas attitude it be a little more pleasant visit.

My experience here was amazing! I went in yesterday (memorial day) and we weren’t able to get my insurance information pulled up, but that did not stop them from getting all the information they could get me on insurance coverage and pricing! I went in first thing this morning and the manager personally called the insurance and after 4 failed attempts was able to get ahold of them! After everything I was able to pick my glasses up within 45 minutes and she quickly adjusted them to fit my face! My experience here was great!

The eye exam was very thorough and the gentleman doing the exam answered all my questions and was very polite. My husband and I came back after a very not okay experience in DEC of 2017. The Manager told us that if we would come back she promised that things would be better. And I must say she is a woman of her word. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, made eye contact, continually showed their pearly whites, engaged us even as they did the same for other customers in the store and did an awesome job of making us feel wanted and appreciated. I will recommend this location specifically to my family and friends. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

I had a horrible experience at this particular location. I wasnt greeted or acknowledged when I entered the business. I personally work with the public and so I know how important it is to acknowledge your customers when they enter into your business. I know this is not a good way to start off a good customer experience. I had to get someones attention because the staff on duty looked like they were busy. Actually they were really just talking amongst themselves in the waiting area. I informed the young lady who finally acknowledged me that I had an appointment so she instructed me to have a seat over there. I sat in the area that she pointed me to go sit down at. The young lady called my name to assist me and then she asked me why was I sitting over there when I should have been sitting in the back waiting near the desk in the back of the store. I told her that you didnt specify where exactly to sit at. So I sat down where I thought was a good place to sit at. My whole entire experience was horrible and have a large family and we will never step foot in this place again. I have taken my business somewhere else. You really need to clean house and get a new staff who is friendly and understands that word of mouth can kill a business. Now that is some food for thought!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST !!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WAIT YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I had a really nice experience here. MK really made sure that I knew all my options and was really took the time to make sure I was doing good. It’s not often you find someone to help so much that actually cares.

The doctor spent lots of time with a thorough exam, he made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered satisfactorily. The front office staff was extremely outgoing and made finding the right glasses and fit afterwards was A plus.

For three years I’ve attempted contact lenses over and over again. I have never been able to until now because of the wonderful Dr. Davenport, Becca, and Abby. They were so patient and kind as I struggled to put in contacts. Their guidance and helpful tricks turned the scariest task into an easy routine. After putting in both contacts for the first time, I burst into tears. After so many failed attempts these three years, 20 minutes was all they needed, I had gotten them in! When I put my contacts in for a second time, I was blown away by how easy it really was. I can not thank these three people enough, they’ve changed my life. I can see without having to push up my glasses, wipe them clean from water, or clean them every hour. Thank you so much!I knew I had to wait a few days to write this review, and I’m glad I did! The day before traveling, as a new contact user, I accidentally ripped my contact. I called the site and Becca answered. She told me to come down right away and sorted out how I was going to be able to travel and wear contacts. She went above and beyond when I was nervous and scared, which is extremely rare in customer service nowadays! Thank you all so much.

Just spoke with Rachael and she refused to give me the most basic information. She sounds super unintelligent, shes difficult to deal with, and if Visionworks thinks that being difficult and refusing to answer customer questions is appropriate, then there are sooooooooooooo many other places to choose, with a much better selection of frames. I called the previous place we had an eye exam and got the information without an issue. Apparently, I should go back there. Racheal told me they dont have email... EMAIL... How does a business function without the ability to use email? Apparently, there are more advanced places to make sure you get accurate scripts rather than the cave they are in. BE WARY!!NO EMAIL?????????? For real?

Scheduled an appointment for my husband eye exam ,upon our arrival the receptionist was telling my husband how to fill the form .When my husband stopped her halfway to ask a question she said let me finish first.She acted like she was in a hurry to move on.After the exam we were greeted by Shay to help us with the glasses purchase.Shay saved the day from our grumpy receptionist.She was very helpful ,attentive,pleasant and took time to explain to us on the sale of the day.

Just got the first of a couple pairs of glasses from them and they have been fantastic from start to finish. Even with a minor hiccup with my lenses, they were willing to order a new pair while letting me wear the ones I was concerned about (as it turns out, the problem was a simple one to correct in-store, which they did the same day).Even in the face of adversity (in this case an irate and completely in the wrong fellow customer; the kind that nobody wants to deal with either as an employee OR customer) their staff was kind, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got the glasses I needed and ordered.From my eye exam to getting my glasses, theyve been on top of it. I have second pair on the way and nothing but confidence that Ill get just what I ordered.As for the jackass in the store with me that day, fella if you ever read this, those people were doing everything they could to help you. You were dead wrong about your complaint, and you were absolutely the one with the attitude problem.

The actual Dr was great. The office staff was AWFUL rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly just to order a supply of contacts. I will NEVER return to this location again!! I called the Liberty store and they were SO helpful and fixed my issue instantly!
