I wanted to really like this place. Its lovely on the inside, small and cute. They have lots of accessories and lots of drinks to choose from, however even the simple drinks have not been correct. This last time they were out of boba, a situation I find confusing considering the nature of the shop, and the hot latte I ordered was served cold. Considering Id already waited quite a while I just left because hey, not that big of a deal. I doubt Ill be back, just because theres so many choices for tea nearby.

I love Boba Tea! And this place is so amazing that I wish we had a location in Saint Joseph Missouri. I willing drove 1 hour and 45 minutes just to try this place out. And I can definitely say I Do NOT regret doing it. I was so amazed by how well it taste. Ive been meaning to go back for a while now. But havent had time. BUT WOW! I am so impressed with this place.

Its ok, their boba drinks dont taste as authentic, I preferred GoCha Tea instead for boba but I guess for kids its ok they dont have such a strong flavor as other places.

Drinks were bland. Ordered strawberry crepe it was 100% chocolate with a tiny slice of strawberry on top.White mocha was bad. Entire family was upset and we ended up trashing most of it.

I went to dragonfly tea with my granddaughter, the one on Englewood road in kc, mo, with the intention of getting a boba tea for us for our hour long drive. We both had our masks on.I was refused service by the girl behind the counter because she said my mask was unacceptable.. The mask I have been wearing since the first mandate order, the mask I wear all day every day at work, the mask I wear everywhere and have NEVER been told it was unacceptable by anyone..I am very upset about this, we love dragonflys and now I feel I dont want to give them my business anymore which makes me sad. I see ppl using shirts and bandanas but my face shield was unacceptable

The boba pearls tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The drinks themselves weren’t even that great.

I have tried this place many times always hoping to get a better experience but unfortunately have not. They are always out of many flavors which in itself can be fine but the staff does not offer helpful suggestions for substitutes or alternative drinks. Ordering online takes over 20 minutes to show orders at the store. So ordering ahead took longer than the people coming in person. The last time I went the lady forgot she was making my drink, left and went to the back for 15 minutes. Her coworker was left helping all the customers. She saw my drink after everyone else had gone but didnt know it wasnt finished. When I brought it back to be sweetened the lady who had left to the back came out and said she had sweetened it but could add a bit more. She did not sweeten it the first time and what I got in the end was disgusting. I cannot go back.

When their menu items are actually in stock, the Englewood Dragonfly Tea location is a solid choice for boba tea. However, more times than not they are out of boba pearls or other items when I arrive. Once they were even randomly closed during their normal hours so I had to turn away. I will only be going to the River Market location from now on.

Had the Banana berry smoothie with strawberry boba and I will definitely be going back to try other creations. Brought myself the cutest little mug with its own spoon.

This is an absolutely amazing place. I believe this is also the same place in the market downtown. I absolutely love their bubble tea.I tried the honeydew bubble tea and surprisingly it was full of flavor. I dont know how they take a honeydew and make it flavorful, but they do it! Great time here!

I came in with a friend to get a smoothie the smoothie was good however the service horrible!!! This is not a disability friendly establishment and me and my friends was made to not feel comfortable.

I have worked in customer service my entire life and to walk into a restaurant without being greeted or asked what can I help you with. Is nuts! 10 mins I watched these kids sharing a crepe, leftover smoothies. Is insane!

Great place for tea, bubble tea, and other sweet treats. Staff is always kind. Usually a small wait for your order due to how busy it is, but it always worth the wait.

OMGOODNESSS!!!!! IVE FOUND A NEW FAVORITE!!!!!!! My teenage daughter, her friends and my friends have been telling me about this place for a while. Im so glad we had a little time to kill before an appointment. Im pretty sure I could go broke in this place and be perfectly satisfied with an empty bank account.

Mostly pretty nice place. Boba tea is okay, but since they use powder flavoring, after a few minutes, the drink seperates and tastes bleh. Also, their crepes are not so great... Kind of felt and tasted like chewing plastic. Staff is very nice at least.

One employee was super friendly and efficient, the other two were more into gossiping with each other and goofing off. Not my favorite place to go.

I love sharetea so much!! They have great customer service and are very polite. It doesnt take them long to make drinks. My favorite drink its the Wintermelon lemonade.

There is usually only one person working when Ive gone in, so there is usually a little bit of a wait. That being said, you CAN order ahead, so that is on me. It is always delicious... I usually get jellies when I go to other boba places, but the boba here has such a nice texture and flavor that I cant pass it up.

I love this place but you all need to update your info on Google! If you dont do curbside anymore then take it off on here and apps! Not hard to do...

Me and my friend got the mango bubble tea with original boba and lychee popping boba and it was amazing i loved it. it was the best boba i ever had and i would recommend you to go there and get boba and get some macarons

Long wait times, usually mess up on smoothies and drinks with wrong sizes or forget ingredients. Not the friendliest of teenagers working.

Many things wrong with this place. Last Sunday, I came in for some drinks with my friends. The little girl at the cashier was extremely rude when I decline to leave a tip, even though I was nice with her. She looked like she was 12, too young to work there. She stormed away and started bickering to her coworkers. I was going to leave a couple of bucks in the jars, but after her attitude, I didnt leave anything. I found hair in my drink and I assume its hers because her hair was the only one not tied up. On top of that, the smoothie was extremely icy, with many ice chunks in it. I was not able to drink through it. We wont be returning.

Came in last week, and this hispanic guy was very rude and disrespectful towards me. Never let him take your order or make your drinks!!! My drinks were made very poorly. Bubble tea is not suppose to be grainy. Very disappointed.

Staff workers were always helpful and nice, ever since covid idk if they got new staff but they are rude and never have the stuff we come in for like rolling ice cream and crepes. Just tried coming today at they are closed at 4:46 when sign says supposed to close at 8. Always an inconvenience coming here now smh

I love being able to ride my bike up to Dragonfly for a fresh made juice. The Green Lemonade is pretty tasty and I think its called the mean green? is also very good! The macaroons are to die for. The loose leaf tea is an awesome VALUE. I love the Thai spicy tea and boba! Honestly such a fun place and very healthy. The service is always friendly.

Dragon Fly on Englewood makes my FAVORITE Avocado Smoothie just the way I LOVE IT with Matcha added and dairy substituted for either Coconut or Almond milk depending on what they have available.Dragon fly on Englewood has no issues with my Match and Dairy Free requests. What a yummy Smoothie 😋 and accommodating friendly service!!!

Let’s be real. In today’s society, not every mother can afford a wet-nurse. Some moms have to be their own wet-nurse. Loving this coconut milk bubble tea!

Sometimes theres a line and a wait, often theres not. Their drinks are awesome, I love the bubble teas and have never left unsatisfied with their quality or service. Occasionally a little less than satisfied with my experimental decisions of flavours, but thats on my own fault and not theirs! Ive always left them a tip and I dont find it invasive that their system prompts to leave a tip, I think this really helps encourage happier workers to be paid more by their friendliness and quality. I have never walked out of here without a happy smile!

I got recommended to come here and i was excited when i came but the people here were extreme rude. we had gone in the wrong place of the store by accident and instead of politely pointing us to the right area, they started talking about how we were not supposed to be back there to each other. they got our orders wrong and all they did was gossip. personally, theyre tea was just awful. if you want authentic boba tea, DO NOT GO THERE!

I placed an online order for 2 smoothies and 1 crepe and have been waiting over 45 minutes for it with a crying 3 year old who is now passed out because how long it’s taking, while 5 customers that walked inside “girls”, have gotten their orders right away but yet I’ve called and was told to wait longer worst service ever, I own a business and would never do this to the people who pay my bills.

The tea was stronger than I would have liked in the mango tea smoothie but it was still good. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors.

Been going there for three years now love there points based system on customer loyalty there ginger shots have been helping my wife with her head aches and there smoothies are amazing and fresh there tea selection is amazing and dont forget to have them brew you some its worth it there crepes are okay a little bland for me but my daughter loves them have nice area to sit place some games relax ect

One of our familys favorite places to go. A great selection of bubble teas and regular teas, to include rooibos and herbals, smoothies and juices. The rolled ice-cream is great too. Relaxing atmosphere and generally great customer service.

We got 2 regular Taro smoothies & a double chocolate chip muffin for $10. Totally worth it! The smoothies are out of this world, then to add the muffin was the perfect match. The woman that helped us was super nice, informative, and quick. We will definitely come back again!

Great staff, great loose leaf tea selection and I love the bubble teas. the many promotions, discounts, rewards card keep me coming back. excellent for a drink and work on a laptop, good WiFi (bring headphones, though). right now my favorite bubble teas are the Thai tea, lavender milk tea, Jasmine milk tea, and original milk tea flavors.

Instead of going out for coffee I like coming here for bubble tea and shakes. Great tasting shakes and bubble teas! Crepe was delicious as well! Really like the place, the atmosphere, and the games they have for visitors to play.

I usually go to Tea Drops, but decided to try Dragonfly and I was pleasantly surprised! I had their Thai Tea. It took me a minute to decide what I thought, as Tea Zones Thai tasted more like tea than sugary drinks Ive had elsewhere, but turns out thats a good thing. :) I like the setup, love that you can add extra boba or jelly for a minimal cost, and the guy that was working this past Sunday was a really hard worker, yet very helpful, as it got plenty busy.

Good service. Great drinks, especially the bubble teas. Havent had one I didnt like yet! The crepes are solidly a little better than mediocre. The service had been a little disconnected a couple of times that Ive been there. Not quite rude, but boot quite nice either. Good place and I go here often.

One of my favorite places to get Bubble Tea in KC. I also love the Macarons. However, I was sent a notification through Fivestar that I had a 50% off coupon for a smoothie or Bubble Tea that was expiring that day and I rushed to make it there by closing time after work only to be told they would not honor the coupon because Dragonfly had made a mistake and the coupon was supposed to have expired the previous day. I was very disappointed. Not a good way to treat loyal customers.

I have been to this place several times. My first few experiences were okay. My most recent few have convinced me never to return. This place engages in practices I find very distasteful. Their smoothie coupons don’t include many of their smoothies (with nothing in the fine print). Their lattes require an extra charge for milk...(latte means milk, so whatever they’re selling for the list price is by definition not a latte). Their drinks are okay if you still have an appetite after you find you’ve been lied to.

Tell me why when a lady behind me order a crepe and got hers before me though. I’ve been waiting and I usually call ahead.I haven’t came for a reason and I honestly don’t plan on coming back. 💯 this is ridiculous.They’ll always run out of crepe and I’m make sure to spread the word don’t come here. Wifi and bathroom. Small retail space with tea accessories. So glad this is by my house. Rewards program is very strong with free drinks often. Check it out!

This place has gone WAY downhill.. paid for two large drinks, they gave us two regular. When we let the 16 year old working know, we watched her take our drinks and just add more ice to make them “fuller” rather than actually make our drinks the correct way. She got an attitude when I asked her to remake them.We decided to give this place another try, and we ordered a blended lavender and a blended honeydew. They didn’t add enough flavor powder and our drinks weren’t sweet and were 90% creamer and ice. No flavor at all. Probably won’t return again.I used to work here several years ago so I know what my drinks should taste like when I order them, and the new kids are poorly trained and need to learn what customer service is
