Arrived at 1128 to pick up uhaul. Was unable to use contactless checkin threw app. As we are currently on the hunt for a vehicle we took a glance at there inventory and was very interested in a few. Notice the door prop open and walk in establishment to a man on the phone who aggressively warned me I need a mask although he didnt have one on. I proceed to walk back to my vehicle and he proceeded to follow. Where he was greeted by my wife who provided details to our reservation. He very rudely asked for her name and acknowledge our pick up time. All while continuing to respond to whomever he was on the phone with. Letting whomever know he will see them when they get there. Without looking our account up he again He then informs us that since it had been a hour the reservation had been cancelled and we must start the reservation process all over. Then walked in as if are business meant nothing. Therefore we left and so did our uhaul business and possibly to finance a vehicle buisness. Thanks to this mans terrible customer service and dont care attitude

I seen a listing on Offer up regarding a 2005 Ford Escape. Called the establishment and the owner was talking very rude and unprofessional when I asked questions regarding the vehicle. He advised you gon believe what you want to believe, I said the car is fine smh , what happened to professionalism? Didnt purchase a car but if he is talking like this I know something is up with the cars he have.

Payed 3500 dollars for a 05 impala there they said there was no problems come to find out the first day I got it it started running hot while in park its gonna cost me 1800 DOLLARS to fix it plus suspension and brakes terrible car lot I work hard for my money and basically he took money out of my kids mouth thanks blue ridge auto for nothing I am so disturbed and aggravated on how a buisness does a hard working family like that!!!!

Horrible experience... Just bought a car from Anthony for my daughter. She has worked all summer to purchase this car. Anthony advised the car was in great condition and no problems. The next morning their was fluid leaking in the driveway and I immediately took it to the dealership and found out the head gaskets are leaking. Repair cost is over $2,500. I feel like he took advantage of us. NOTE- I called Anthony and asked him to buy the car back since we just bought it and he advised he does NOT have his cars certified with a mechanic they do their own inspections on sight. He had no interest in standing by his product. Very unfortunate. I have filled a claim with the BBB and advise Fox 4 news. I hope that other hard working families dont have to experience this.

I went to Blue Ridge Auto Outlet interested in a car they had and a few minutes after being there looking at the car, we were approached by RUDE no people skills Anthony! He was rude and has no customer service experience whatsoever! After asking him a couple of questions, and him getting smart.... I then ask if he was the one we were going to deal with? He said yes, I’m the owner! 😳 We tried to ask questions about the car, he stated “ I don’t know I don’t drive this shit” 😳. Even his body language is yuk! I even asked him was he having a bad day? Trying to look past all that, We still test drove the car and it seemed to be a nice car... I was torn with the nice car and his rudeness but he sealed the deal when I ask if there was any wiggle room in the $2995 price? (Which I had in my purse) He said we don’t negotiate here! I said ok thank you and we left! Even my 24yr old son who the car was for said what’s this dude’s issue? My son said as much as I like this car we can look somewhere else!!! After reading the reviews about this place, I’m soooo glad 🤗 I didn’t force my money in his hands. I had to give the 1 star since a zero wasn’t an option!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO THERE. I bought a car from this place. The car broke down after 2 days. And when I called and asked if there was anything they could do to help me they said All cars are sold as is. I said to fix it its 3 times what I paid he said sounds like it need some serious work. Is there anything you can do to help? Sorry. Not only would I not recommend this place. I would also say they need to be turned into better business bural. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.. I first used this place one year ago the guy with the glasses behind the desk is very rude! With absolutely no customer service skills, had no choice but to return to this place when I moved this year due to all the closer establishments being out of the size I needed. Yet again the guy behind the desk was extremely rude and disrespectful with no customer service skills with dirty business practices, I stopped and gassed the truck at the corner gas station less than a block away before returning it to put the gas hand back in place and made sure the back was clear of any left over trash or items.. I check my account the next day they charged me and extra $25 for a cleaning fee and $8 saying I didn’t refule! On top of charging for mileage that was total $74 extra on top of cost for renting it!! I have my receipt but I am going to let God handle that man I guess that’s what a business do to get extra money when they don’t make any, and the u haul had a check engine light already on, id never ever! Again go to this rip off for another u haul or refer one single soul to it....

Horrible experience. Anthony West was incredibly rude and judgemental. Needless to say I went else where to spend my hard earned cash and got a way better deal from the competition. Save yourself the frustration and headache and shop ELSEWHERE
