Worst customer service in the city. Rude staff. Told half truths from the time I walked in the door. Had an insurance guy available in house that was a joke. The car i chose held up because I provided maintenance, & it was a Toyota. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Horrible experience they are very unprofessional they don’t communicate very well when your having problems with your car my car was broke down in my driveway two weeks before somebody came and got it then try to add that I couldn’t get the car until I paid money toward my account along with fixing of my car

Within the first week of getting car, check engine light came on. They fixed it, too long to remember what it was. Moving toward the future Ive had nothing but issues but I was under contract so I had no choice but to get work done to it. Fast forward to today, we agreed on a price to pay the car off. After paying it off Ive had two withdrawls from empire financial with bank statements to prove it. Im currently waiting to find out if theyll refund what they took. Overall Ive put way more money in the car then what it is worth.

Auto Bank has really earned my respect and patronage...when I was between jobs they worked with me as long as I made an effort towards making payments and maintained contact with them. They also helped me when my car was having mechanical issues and they really didnt have to. I got my car from Auto Bank in 2017 and I have no complaints. As long as you do good business with them, youll get the same in return.
