We bought a red Hyundai Elantra here a few months ago. All the cars we saw on this lot seemed to be in great, like-new shape. Essie was easy to work with and he wasnt pushy like all the sales people we were dealing with before. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Now, a few months later, the car is running just as it did when we drove it off the lot - like a brand new car. Next time we buy a car, were going to look at this lot first. He offered advice for free and helped me to save money on an unnecessary repair. He works with great integrity and I have gone back to him for other repairs since.

No high pressure sales tactic. I was very comfortable with staff and sales agents. The let me test drive the cars on my terms and free to have it checked out by my own mechanics. They have flexible financing and easy to work with. The owner Ken been in this business for more than 30 years and his integrity is impeccable.I have bought multiple cars from him and I certainly go back to them for future purchases.

The negative reviews on here are NOT accurate. These guys really went above and beyond. I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima with about 93k miles for $5600. The car is cosmetically flawless and runs like new. When I test drove it I was hearing some noise going when going over bumps coming from the right front suspension. A quick google search told me that this car, at this mileage, commonly needs strut replacement. They replaced both front struts to make me a happy customer. When I was waiting for the work to be done, I was checking out other potential issues with the car. One of which being the crank shaft sensor tending to go bad. When I called the next day to check on the status of the struts, they said they needed more time, because the check engine light came on. It turned out that the crank shaft sensor had gone bad, so they were replacing it. They probably could have reset the check engine light and left it alone for me to find out later, but as a reputable dealer, they opted to do the right thing and fix the issue. I highly recommend buying from them if youre in need of inexpensive reliability from a trustworthy source.

My experience wasnt as bad as others. I got my 03 Ford Taurus from them two years ago with a very reasonable price. The engine light was on a few days after the sale and I did spend some money on fixing one of the valves (but then it was the mechanic that took another half year to realize that was the oxygen sensor that caused the engine light to be on). Despite a not-too-good battery status (that said, the battery was a wrong one for the car) and that initial fix, it ran quite well for another one and a half year until I have to replace the spark plugs and the coil somewhere in the engine. But those are things expected from a poor old car. The battery also lasted for almost 2 years before I chose to replace it. It definitely could be in a better shape when I decided to buy it, they could have fixed a few minor things and work on the valve for me. Yet I didnt notice the problem (back then I know so little about cars) and I had a role on buying a car not in its best shape.Just make sure you approach them quickly for the car, and make sure it is inspected, even at the Firestone nearby. Point out the problems those mechanics told you and see what the dealer said. They might be right on some things like the battery, but dont let them slip through on bigger problems that you could find.

I went and bought another car, my second being a wonderful Infiniti G35 Coupe. The owner Ken and Essie the sales man are some of the nicest most careful people you will work with. They set me up with an amazing deal and I have no regrets or problems at all with my purchase. Never buying a car from anywhere else.

Essie was awesome guy. I recently bought 2010 Nissan Altima for a decent price. When I bought the car it was in very good condition. After a week car started making some noise which made me take to Nissan dealer for multi point inspection told Exhaust manifold and drive belt gone would cost around 1000 bugs. These guys were really nice and they charged only 300 from me for parts and labor and oil change they did for free.Nice Auto sale guys...Keep it up

Car was reasonable however had a tire he had to fix,brakes were no good and he attempted to have me pay for things that was his responsibility. He overstated the price of car until I looked it up online and took it in to him, he wanted me to fix things such as the brakes and the replacement of the auto start keychain that I still dont know if it works.Not the most honest practices but thus far but 14 days after the purchase Im still rolling so I recommend a car as well as being very much on your Ps and Qs!

No matter what kind of pinch you are in, do not waste your time at this place. You WILL be ripped off. I went in looking for a mid sized reasonably priced car, and I found it. A 2008 Toyota Yaris. I noticed some rattling in the passenger door, and when I talked to the salesman about it, I was told it was probably just ice on the window. I asked about an adjustment in price in case it turned out to be more than just ice, and was denied. Only later did I find out that the front passenger side door would not lock.I had needed a car for awhile and was desperate at this point, so I went for it anyway. I was too naive.The salesman almost seemed reluctant to send me the title after I purchased the car. He told me when I left with keys in hand that he would send it in the mail the next day.3 weeks and 4 phone calls later, he finally sent it.I had to go back to fill out paperwork that the guy forgot to have me sign the first time, then tried to tell me that it was my fault that it wasnt done.After taking the car to a certified mechanic, I find out that the rattling sound in the door was in fact parts literally rolling around inside. The door had major collision damaged that someone (at this point, I really wouldnt have put it passed the dealer) had tried to cover up with shoddy work and a coat of black paint. The door wouldnt lock because everything on the inside and been destroyed and not fixed properly. Even after asking about the noise, no issues were ever disclosed to me.They definitely emphasized the point that the car was sold AS IS and nothing will be done to help my situation. The repairs will cost upwards of $700.Save yourself time and stress and dont give this horrible place a second look.

My son bought a car from Royal Auto. Price was within Kelly Blue Book range. Car was clean and in reasonable condition. Took the car to Sears auto center, after purchase; brakes, tires, fluid levels, and suspension checked out okay. We only needed to change the power steering and coolant fluids.

Dont do any dealings with Essies deceitful agent Fred Fotouni. He sold the for sale by owner vehicle from Craigs List to someone else three hours before I was scheduled to buy it legally through Royal Auto Sales KC. I spent hours tracing the validity of the out of state title back to the company after catching him in multiple lies.

He thinks hes slick but hes a good guy and the cars are pretty good as well.

My family has purchased all of our cars here within the last 2 years. We have purchased a Toyota Yaris, Suzuki XL7, Volkswagen Jetta, and an Infiniti G35. The prices are extremely reasonable. Ken and Essie, who both work there, are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to ask any questions any of us had. I have recommended them to my friends and Ive had friends purchase cars here without any issues. They are amazing!

Do not buy a car from these guys. Its been a long year of problems that they failed to disclose. They will offer to fix the car for you but they send it to a guy whos trying to fix inoperable window electronics with WD-40.Save your money, especially if its hard earned because these guys will do everything in their power to rip you off.

I make an appointment to drive a car with every intention of buying it, drive an hour after work, and a half mile before I get there Michelle text me and says Just sold it! Sorry!. Money hungry and unprofessional. If they treat strangers the way, who knows what lies they tell about their inventory.

This dealership actively participates in curbstoning!! Same as the man below me posted, Fred Fotouhi posed as a private seller. Didnt realize until it was too late, paying for all the covered up flaws now! Installed mismatched junkyard tires of the wrong size which was ruining the alignment.

My car had many problems like after that first year my car went down hill from a oil leak to radiator leak.They didnt fix minor issues which lead to bigger issues later,Im sure the dealer knew about issues at the point of sales.I should of ran when a sign posted said your only allowed a 10min test drive ok.The car didnt have enough gas in it to test drive come on Royal Auto wake up!!

And doesnt even want to answer the phone, or pay to this day from last year. This dealer is a rip off and will sell you junk, and if not then he will ship it overseas... if he has no decency/shame for his contracted employees, what do you think he will sell you in the end?

These jerks new my husband was driving from Lincoln, which is a 3hr drive each way, and were dumb enough to lie about something that we could see was a lie just by looking. Idk about you but I dont appreciate any kind of lies from sales people, especially one of that magnitude. They only care about making a sale and they rely on trying to pressure people into buying when they discover being lied to.
