Very rude copy center staff. Had a big opinion on 1 page I wanted copied that was personal information. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was very organized. However, I wont be going back.

Staples is my go-to location for my stationary supply needs. I like to window shop here as well because I have an interest in office supplies for some reason... They’re the only place in the valley who supplies Square POS hardware that I know of which benefits us businesses who use their platform. Sometimes, we don’t have time to wait for replacement hardware to come in the mail. The merchandise is way better than what Walmart offers in quality.

I have been shopping Staples for several years now and have been extremely pleased with the Staples staff. They are courteous, helpful, and very professional. The staff at the service desk are especially valuable and have often gone that extra distance to help me out.

Local managers are great to work with as they will honor staples discount emails even though they say phone or on line. All the associates are friendly and helpful. They price match as well. Love shopping here. I go through a lot of ink as an author and appreciate the discounts.

They have amazing customer service in the printing center. They’ve printed out resumes for me a couple times free of charge! I highly recommend Staples in Evergreen.

(In reference to Print Center)I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to people... my patience and understanding has run out with staples. I have lost many hours of otherwise productive time waiting for very simple print files. Something is apparently always broken, service is never timely, and prints are never printed at correct sizes, phone calls and emails are not responded too. How can the only staples in the valley have such poor service? Or poor machinery?

This store has superb customer service! The staff really aims to please, and were very helpful in assisting me with the tax documents I need.

I use the Staples print shop quite a few times. Not for printing - but I use them for binding. When I get a new music book I have them put a plastic spiral binder on it along with lamenting the covers. I have used them several other times for binding projects. I usually dont have to wait long and the job is done promptly.

My go to place for anything office. Just had an important Fax to send. The fellow at the appropriate area helped me by making my copy larger and darker to be sure all the information was recieved. Everyone at Staples has always been extra hrlpful and polite. Also great with returns.

Good place for all types of office supplys. Well organized and clearly marked. Also well stocked.

Store is clean and associate s I saw were helpful.

The bathroom is nasty. The toilet and sink look like no one uses cleaning products. The sink is literally stained with black streaks. The paper towels and toilet paper are placed on top of the holders, not inside. There are no toilet liners. The floors of the entire store are dirty. This is noon on a Monday.I saw a couple employees at the register, thats it. No one around to help, not that I needed it. I didnt purchase anything.

Awful... completely worthless... 4 people in the store at 10 minutes to 8 an no one could help me make copys... hopefully they go out of business like office max... all i needed was 8 pages copied... not one single person could help... RIDICULOUS

This store and their staff was a great help in getting important documents emailed for our clients relocating to Oregon.

Worst customer service ever. They didnt even know what a printer head was. I wasnt offered any help and one man ran off before I could finish asking questions.

Went in to buy a flatbed scanner. Three employees were at the counter looking at pictures on their phones. I asked for help, without looking up they waved me in the direction of the scanners. Unable to find what I was looking for I returned for yet another wave off. I walked out and will not return.

Online it says businesses card design kiosks available. Not the case and the woman behind the copy counter was unhelpful and foul.
