They had what I was looking for in stock. These kind of stores are like a foreign country to me, the staff was there to help. Usually finding help at a box store is hard, but not here. The store itself needs some work, especially inventory. It looked to me that most shelves were empty. Could use some help in that department, but at least theres bodies that can answer questions

We had an incredible experience of customer service & support this evening at the Kalispell Best Buy. I had a negative experience attempting to purchase an iPad Pro from Verizon, so I decided to see if we could get a price match at Best Buy. All 3 employees we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for. The manager (Sammy?) was quick to approve the price match to obtain our business and the sales rep (who I regret I didn’t get his name—he was in a wheelchair) went above and beyond to make sure we were treated well and taken care of. Another sales rep who used the ladder to get the items was beyond helpful and kind as well. I also caught a discrepancy between how an item was advertised and how it rang up, and he immediately honored the lower price I had seen. After being treated really poorly the day before with Verizon.com I was absolutely blown away by how well Best Buy took care of us. And their reward was our $1700 purchase. My husband and I walked out saying “that’s how customers should be treated.” We were beyond impressed and will definitely be returning customers for any electronics needs for our family. Well done, Best Buy Kalispell.

We have never once been in this location since it opened and not received top of the line customer service. Since you can order just about anything online these days the presentation and customer service within a store makes a world of difference. We have always been offered assistance for all of our large purchased and assistance in store for even the small purchases. We would highly recommend a stop by to let one of the friendly employees assist you in your BB purchase !

We were looking for a new computer for our daughter, there was a sign saying check it at the front desk for assistance but no one at the front desk.I finally found an employee who told me he was already busy and to go to the checkout and and ask. So I did, waiting in line 15 minutes, only to be told to go to the front desk! Which I did, and finally someone came over, then I was told I would have to set up an appointment! All I wanted to know was if they had a single computer in stock! I was told the wait time would be 30-45 minutes to talk to someone.We left, went to Costco, had what we wanted and were offered help by several very nice people in ten minutes. So much better!

Wow lately BEST BUY has been a hidden secret for finding great appliance deals, they not only have had every product weve needed to buy but they beat the big stores like Lowes, Home Depot and all local appliance stores by hundreds of dollars. Replaced all kitchen appliances and they beat Lowes by over $500. Super nice customer service despite being short handed like the rest of the world. Thanks BEST BUY...we will be back for some new TVs and computers soon.

Anything I need in the tech field I go here. They have an employee in front to greet you and is reqdily available for any questions you have on where to find an item or to page someone to come help you with a specific item. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Quite often, I get techs who are very honest and will direct me to the right item that fits what I need, never trying to upsell me. I love that about Best Buy!

WORST store ever! Ive done a lot of business with this store I recently purchased a new phone for my daughters Birthday ordered the phone online to try and support my local Best Buy never again! We tracked the phone it showed delivered we went to get it they said the truck had not been unloaded....no problem I understand these are tougher times employee wise but like the previous review most are making it work just not this Best Buy. My wife and daughter went in day after her B-day to get it. Lots of confusion but she finally got to hold her new iPhone. They were told it would be 45 min to transfer old phone info so they decided to run some errands when they came back everyone avoided them they could tell something was wrong after spending another 45 min the store they found out while they were gone an employee sold her phone to someone else................REALLY? We even got an email from our provider saying are new phone had been activated. Ive tried calling the store locally its impossible to talk to someone what a pathetic business model then I reached out to Corporate I was told to compose an email and given a special email address that would get to the right people...NOTHING. Then I spoke to another who said I will 100% get a call back form someone within 24 hours....NOTHING, ZERO, ZILCH just like my chance of spending a dime in this store. So Awful lots of people standing around no-one willing to help.

I mean it was a best buy. Even though there was a check out line it was super confusing to go where we needed. We ended up going to customer service to check out when there was two employees just standing by the registers not doing anything. I personally dont think Ill be back, but this is only my opinion.

Woohoo! Every other place in town was going to be weeks or months to get an apartment size fridge, but this Best Buy had it in 3 days. Curbside pickup was a breeze and the team members were super friendly. Kalispell Best Buy is amazing!

I love how they have best buy set up right now. You walk up and let the person outside know what you are looking for and they get a staff member ready for you. The staff member meets you inside the doors and walks you to what you are looking for and assists you with everything then you go pay at the counter and leave. It was great. The staff that helped me were great and I was in and out of there so fast!

Well stocked in phone electronics. We needed a cell signal booster for the car, and the options matched what their website said, which was key! Service was ready to help but didnt hover. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Perfection in shopping.

My laptop stopped working around 6 months after I bought it. I did not buy the warranty and did t realize there was a manufacturers warranty so I put it in a box in my closet. I eventually decided to bring it in to see what it would take to get it fixed and that’s when the clerk said there was 7 days left on the warranty. There were some minor issues with communication but the manager ended up covering the $700 repair. We got the computer back and turned it on to find lines on the screen around the edges. I went in to find out if they would do anything and the manager decided to just to do an exchange! I am extremely happy with this store and greatly appreciate the manager and the superior customer service!

Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Went in looking for a computer monitor. Displays are in 3 separate aisles, stock is not located near displays, stock that is located near displays is not the correct stock. Horribly managed, no excuses for such bad retailing.

Went into your Kalispell location to order a Washer/ Dryer set. Having found a set costing over $3000 I noticed 2 associates talking amongst each other so I asked for assistance. I was promptly told I would need to make an appointment to get customer service. At the front of the store I was told someone could help me in 35 minutes!! Ridiculous, took my money to Sears instead, thanks anyway.

I really dont know what this Kalispell Best Buy is like...BECAUSE IVE BEEN ON HOLD 38 MINUTES, just trying to ask a human being a simple question. Our country is screwed if this is how customers are treated. Voicemail and AI and no apparent concern for the customer.I am returning the computer I purchased. If I cant expect a simple phone call to be answered, why would I want to give these box stores my money. I will shop with my local downtown computer guy.

It was a little far from where we were staying but we called ahead and they confirmed they had the adapter we needed to recharge our camera batteries (apparently ours got left behind), so we stopped in and they actually had the item at the door waiting for us when we arrived. The cashier even let us know to check and make sure it actually worked properly with our batteries like it said it would and that we could return it if it didnt (it worked with the batteries for 2 different cameras!). Best service Ive ever had at any Best Buy or other electronics store ever. Very helpful staff and a nice clean store.

I walked around this small store for 40 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help, at one point I was standing next to 2 employees visiting with each other but didnt seem to want to help me. When finally I was able to get someones attention they were very knowledgeable. Because of this pandemic there werent even very many people in the store so the fact that no one really wanted to help me was a big disappointed.

Ridiculously long wait time to get someone on the phone - weve had an ongoing problem with an LG TV that is supposed to supported by Best Buy/Geek Squad and tried to get them a few months back and gave up after a 30 min hold time. It took me > 45 minutes to get them to pick up today. Really unacceptable.

Ordered a Zoom P4 and mic for curbside pickup. Four hours later, nothing. Go inside, first clerk tells me the order is being held because of payment WRONG! (it was debited already and I had paid receipts via email)So I bypassed him, but other clerks could not find my items that said were available for in store pickup.I returned an hour later, and the manager straightened things out.

We purchased a GE over the stove microwave with installation from Best Buy in Kalispell, MT, on July 25, 2020. They scheduled the installation for August 4, 2020. We were then told that the 3rd party installer, quit and the soonest we could have this microwave installed is sometime in December. We paid up front for the microwave plus installation and have out of town guests coming to stay with us soon. This is very poor service and very unprofessional. We have used Best Buy in other states for years and never had such poor service. They had promised to call us yesterday but we received no call. We had to call them today and the person we spoke to, Michael, seemed very unconcerned and pretty much brushed it off as it was not his problem and stated he had no control of installation dates. He said the new installer wont work for them until August 17th and he could not find another person to install our microwave. We will be going into Best Buy tomorrow to request a full credit on our account. Very disappointed with this Best Buy. Wont be buying products from them in the future.

I had an amazing experience with one of the supervisors at this location. I bought a camera 10 days ago and realized days later there was a small blemish on the camera sensor. I brought the camera in thinking I had to return it and the manager was very kind and helpful. She cleaned the sensor to my camera and ended up not charging me for a cleaning kit. I am one happy customer!
