The service is fine. The technician that was sent to my house made me extremely uncomfortable in my own house. He kept asking for my phone number, kept coming close to me and asking for personal informed. Called customer service and they could not help me.

The Representative (B89) who assisted my wife and I on 09/06/21 @ 1:32 PM was not the most receptive. She barely made eye contact, was short in her answers to our questions, and at times she appeared to be mentally somewhere else. She simply did not make the experience a pleasant and memorable one. She needs to be taken under the wings of an excellent Customer Service Rep who knows what it means to work with the customer and also have that person show her how to offer the basics in Cus. Serv.

After 20 years of service with Comcast we are moving out of their service area. The lady at the check in desk for our equipment was very very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately for my family all the movies they purchased for online streaming does not transfer so it appears to be money lost. But the customer service of the people working their was great.

I went to the Comcast store to exchange some equipment. It was simple and I only waited a moment. As you can see in the photos, almost no one else was there and the employees were happy to greet people as they arrived in the door. I was helped by a young woman around my age and she was very professional and pleasant to speak with. A very smooth transaction. Kudos to that lady!

Wonderful service and experience with Tiffany and Ty today. Social distancing and partial capacity is still being enforced which makes me feel that this company cares about my well being and everyone else’s. It’s being Sunday, there was a short wait but not too long and there was a movie playing to pass the time. Ty helped me exchange my iPhone 8 for an iPhone 11 (price difference of only $2/month). She also removed services from my TV plan that I no longer use and saved me $30/month.I ran home and came back same day to return my TV box which took just a few minutes since I had already been there before.

Saying I am utterly disappointed with Xfinity/Comcast would be an understatement. Thursday last week we were supposed to have a technician arrive to our house between 1-3 pm, turned out the guy couldn’t find our house and no showed AND he told his dispatch that he came and we wasn’t home. We spent a few hours on the phone to get a new appointment. Today is Sunday, we were supposed to have another technician come out today at the same time yet again the guy never showed up and he swore he tried calling us for an hour so we could let him on base. We never received a phone call. So, we planned our schedule around this and have to pay for service that we can’t even use because the modem isn’t connecting. On top of a 100 dollar technician fee?? What is my money going to? Cause it’s evidently not being used to pay for “trained professionals” to come out and help customers. If I weren’t on base I wouldn’t be using this company whatsoever. Glad to know this is how this company treats active duty service members and their families. I would give zero stars if I could.

Stopped in this afternoon to trade out some TV boxes and get a new internet modem. They were very helpful and took care of all my issues with no problem.They are very clean and sanitary. They offer masks for anyone who doesnt have one.

Most uninterested salesperson I ever encountered, including fast food workers. Gave her a 0 out of 10. They wanted to know by text, why. I texted about a 75 word answer. In less than 1 second I got a response. Obviously a bot was texting me. I sent a couple more and got the same split second generic answers. Pathetic. But i can say the bot was more talkative than my salesperson. But just as uninterested. Hey, thats Comcast.

Currently living in apartments and somebody wrongly entered my address for service. Without a copy of a lease as proof of continued residence they will not reconnect my internet. What makes it worse is that Im an online student and theres no way to get a copy before my assignments are due. Thank you xfinity for the obstacles put in my way, it has made the decision for me not to continue my services with you in the future.

I been having such a bad experience with Xfinity, me and my roommate went to xfinity to get wifi for our room, for some reason they have to go to our room to install everything and probably and fix something. We have been re-schedule 3 times already. Is so sad because we haven’t been waiting for so long and is the same thing every time.

The store was great, your overall performance has been terrible for the last two years. Nothing but problems with the signal, snow, and pixeling (lines through screen). Had multiple replacements of ENTIRE system including lines,filters,boxes,and even under the house cables. If I had known that the issue would never be resolved, I would have saved hundreds of dollars, and canceled long ago, but needed high speed internet. Thats why I turned it ALL IN, and Stream now with no more problems.

Terrible experience. No professionalism, lack of knowledge about the promotions and poor customer service. I wish this wasnt the case since they are the only cable offering and I refuse to do satellite. Because if I could switch, I would actually pay more to do so. Thats how bad it has gotten. Im sure this hasnt been the case for everyone with Xfinity, but it was for me. Hope yours is better if you take the risk!

No matter how long youve been a customer.The customer is always suffering with no good services, bills, phone, computer, etc. All they want is your money, they want you to buy theyre products, and they will jam you up..some kinda way, with your credit and/ or you cant cancel or get out of the contract.

Im a little aggravated that I am eligible for a free xFi pod because I have the complete package, but I cant pick one up in the store. If I go to the store they charge you 119 for the pod. You have to order it and wait for it to come in the mail and pay 15 for shipping. Almost as bad when they tried to charge me 79 for installation and house call to come plug in a wireless cable box. Wow, just wow.

Absolutely worse service I’ve ever EVER HAD. I get overcharged so much monthly and I’ll try and call and call and contact and absolutely no one can even explain to me why I have random fees that don’t even tell me what they’re for. Xfinity service is a scam I can’t even describe how absolutely disappointed I am. I will never be using this service again and you bet I’ll never recommend it. Terrible agents who don’t care and can’t even answer simple questions to incredibly slow wifi no matter if you buy a better plan. Scam scam scam spend your money on something better.

My internet and TV have been down for two days. When I call they refuse to alow anyone to speak with an agent. The recording computer voice cant be understood and there is no way to talk to someone live ever. You just deal with the outage and never able to notify them or learn when its going to be fixed? This is the worst cust service I have had in my life. I cant wait to get a new service from NON xfinity or NON ATT(one in the same now)

There was a long wait and that I can understand due to covid19 restrictions however my experience once inside surpasses the long wait. I was assisted by ElBianco in the Roosevelt location and let me tell you..... hes a gem. His courtesy and his product knowledge was unmatched. I mean he even advised me of the fact that the ID CHANNEL was restored.... he asked what shows I like to watch and I mentioned that I was upset when the ID channel was cancelled after I changed my plan. Now if he hadnt asked what channels I like most, I certainly never would have known that the channel was back. Im thankful for the experience that I had with him today. Kudos ELBIANCO YOU ROCK!!!

Terrible service!!Spoke with a lady yesterday and she told me that she would send me an email with channel line up and she also said she would call me back at 8pm tonight. Since she didn’t call o called them at approximately 9pm to discuss our ability to join them for tv services. Come to find out there were no notes on the account which the lady said she put everything we spoke about in the notes. Nothing she said was true, two year contract turns out to be one year. Increase after the special is actually $40 and not the $20 she told me. I never received the email for the channel line up, I’m just like really. Did she really just sit there for 30 minutes and lie to me. We now I’m here and guess what......No xfinity tv for us. I’d rather purchase live streaming from someone.

The staff is friendly and will help work around any high bull issues. Our problem was we went in and were told it would be a 15min wait, that 15mins turned into an hour! As we waited we watched them take several people who had came in after us! Our issue was fixed in less than 10 mins (we were having our plan adjusted to save some money) but we waited an hour because they were taking returns before us even if those people showed up after us.

Customer Service here is terrible. I went in to turn in a modem because I had upgraded my service. The young man took my name and had me wait outside for over an hour. After I had been waiting 1hr15mins and hand seen him assist 4 people who had just walked I then approached hum to ask about the wait time for the 3rd time. There were also 3 other men who had been waiting before me. Then the associate fusses at me about asking how much longer and questioning the people that were helped with no wait or problem. Tells me he will just get me my receipt and get me out of there because he doesnt have to deal with me. It took 30secs to return my modem and give me a receipt.I get that he thought I was a former customer but I was upgrading. And actually looking to get phone service but after the way the in store associate treated me loudly in that store today....Im looking for a new internet provider and I will definitely not be looking at them as a cell provider. Do better.

I wish I could put 0 stars. They are the worse! More than irritating. Making people beg for any kind of service - and we have to a pay for this no service!. Wont let us speak to a human - just keep routing you around that d--- degrading phone tree. Hit this number - now hit this number. Treat us like cattle. Wont open stores - theres no reason at all that they dont have all their stores OPEN! We have a devise that hasnt worked since February and now its mid August and we are still paying for it. Awful and insulting upper company management. OPEN YOUR STORES so we can have issues addressed.

I would give NO stars if I could!!! First of all, when we signed up for service, these people in this store told us we could have unlimited internet using our own modem just as long as it was this certain kind. So $400 modem purchase later, come to find out it we had to use THEIR modem to get the unlimited. Thats cool, we cancel within our 30 days. We walked our equipment in and cancelled our service. Got a receipt of cancelled service. Then, we got another bill! Called the customer service number and found out they didnt cancel our service!!! Please train your employees better!!!! Never again will I deal with this certain location in the future!!

I ordered Xfinity over the phone and was promised a monthly charge that was agreed upon by the salesperson and myself but while the tech hooked us up a Comcast Rep called me and said I had to pay a $50 deposit on the equipment so I did it without any complaints but 2 days later Im looking at my monthly future charges on the Xfinity App and got a big surprise seeing a monthly charge that was almost $100 more than agreed upon. I went back and forth with these people until I said screw it. I took their equipment back and was told that Xfinity would send me back my money but that never happened. I had the equipment about 1 week. Now I know how they stay in business. I wouldnt have made a big deal out of it but Xfinity rubbed a sore on it when they billed me a monthly charge. Talking about your insult to injury, wow,Thought I would update this post and its been about a year or so, I still havent got my $50.00 back
