The BEST location Ive ever visited. Ashley was absolutely amazing. Her personal touch, patience, and knowledge helped me make the right decision about my account. She is the best. Antwan... what a great personality. A true salesman but with poise, humor, and style. The A team is the best. Ill pass all other stores to get back to these two if I ever need anything again.

The phone number for this location on yelp, Google, and on my receipt are all the same non-functional number. At this location in January 2021 I felt lied to and cheated. The male manager and sales assistant used to belittling language toward me when I was the only customer in the store. Then I felt physically intimidated when asking about options to remedy. It’d be an improvement if this location treated people like customers and not marks.

Excellent service. Ashley and Antwan were the best. I am still not an AT&T fan but, they kept me from canceling everything (internet, TV, and phone). It was truly their help that kept me.

Too busy chatting it up with friends in the store. By the time they came to help, the guy just kept yelling my info across the store to a female employee to enter into another computer. By the end of it all, i walked out without getting ANY help. He said just go find the store the agent that helped you, works at cuz i cant help you. Im NEVER going back in there. They actually made me rethink my decision to become an at&t customer. Im probably just gonna change carriers, its not worth it.

Miranda the manager has provided excellent service and feedback about each product and package we had questions about. She was very thorough and detailed. We left and went home without any problems and the service by far has been great.

The AT&T located at 103rd and Blanding Blvd have the top employees that the company has.. I rate this store a 10 stars out 5 stars. The management and employees are courteous, friendly and helpful. With them, I will never visit another location.

We bought a new Samsung Phone today, October 3,2019. We had a little trouble understanding all the Phones functions.The gentleman was a little more familiar with Apples I-Phone. So We had to figure some of the rest of the functions ourselves. But We are very pleased with the Samsung Phone that We get.Tiffany

Ordered a phone and paid $52 dollars on a Friday and was told it would be delivered to the store on the following Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and my order was cancelled. Apparently, whoever ordered my phone and tablet put the wrong address on both. Called the store and was referred to call customer support. They had me redo my entire order over the phone, and charged my card an additional $52. Well, I got an email the next day saying there was an internal error and I had to redo the entire order, Trying to charge me an additional $52. I hung up and went to the store my next day off. Its been a full week at this point, and I was told at this store the customer support agent accidentally cancelled the order. I asked to just please get the phone in store and Ill pay the $52 again, because apparently everyone is too incompetent to place an order. I was told I was SOL, and wanted me to pay once more without getting my phone that day. I tried to give them every chance, and got nothing in the form of customer service. Went straight to sprint, walked out with my phone and tablet within an hour with a fantastic customer service experience. My recommendation is to take your business to anyone else. Even Metro PCS is more on point then AT&T.

The guy that was in the morning shift that they wasnt really knowledgeable about his job and its a problem when he was the only one in the store.Luckily there is another location 10 min down south, those guys knew what they were doing. Got the job done fast and efficient...

I recently changed my wireless service to AT&T. For unknown reason, only a few of my emails fed over to my new phone. The closest store to me was Blanding and 103rd. There I met David. Told him my issue. Patiently, he worked with me. Thanks to David, I now have all my emails. If I was looking to hire an individual in his position, he would be the one. Rating from 1-10, he has an 11. Never made me feel I was wasting his time. Hats off to him.

Lets talk about customer service. This store has great staff that will go ahead and take the time to get you exactly what you need. Today I switched my cell service to ATT and Russell was on top of it. He provided me with a run down of what I was looking at and allowed me to take some time and weigh out my options. Througout the process I never felt any pressure to jump into something I wasnt ready for.10 out of 10 would recommend a visit here to anyone considering ATT.

Long waits but helpful when they get to you

The manager Paul is not qualified to sell phones. Gave us a throttled plan of 3 mbps and when I went back to complain and change plans he told me that he didn’t know what any of that stuff meant. He also told us that our sprint bill would be paid off with prepaid Visa cards from att and that they would be there in “a couple weeks” after hours on the phone I have found that it will be 10-12 weeks. There was a ton more discrepancies with what he said but I just dont have the time to write it. If the owner of this location sees this, please reach out.

Without doing two other pages and still cant see all my contacts friends I already had, two of stores told Mr.Hazie Funderburg thats not a phone issue, do it myself while I been a costumer since the 90s really!!!!!

Went in the store and nobody acknowledged my presence, sat down for 30 minutes, another family walked in and received the same treatment as if they werent there. They sat on amother table and i just felt like they didnt care. As i walked towards the door they still didnt even say anything. Worst service ever! Well i gues it was no service at all. Never going there again.

I go to this place almost on a daily basis. The only time I have to wait is if the store is full of people. My only issue is with entitled customers who try to pass other customers who have been waiting. Those people are the worst!
