Stay away from this store if your needs are anything other than basic. They nave not knowledge of their own products. I went in there with a dual SIM issue only to be told that I did not buy the phone from T-Mobile (which I did). I was told T Mobile did not sell dual Dim phones and they would not be look at my phone nor pull up my account. To save you time and heart/head aches, head to a CORPORATE store.

EVERYTIME that I come into this store or call this store I am meet with the epitomy of rudeness. The employees do not listen and talk down to the consumers. They will talk over the consumer the entire time the consumer is talking. Are they trained to do this at this location? It certainly seems so since they all do it.I call a different t mobile when I have questions now.Please clean up the employees attitudes at this location and remind them that it is the consumer for the reason they have a job.

Daly and Demario was very friendly and provided a remarkable experience. For the manager Daly to be new he did an excellent job I WILL BE BACK!!!

I went in last night and the girl that was there didnt even look for my phone in the back. She never looked up my name in the system to know that I had a phone in the back to be picked up. She told me to call back today to see if my phone is there (but it already was), cant get through on the phone, busy signal all day. She obviously didnt want to do her job. Ive already called corporate and filed a complaint.

Rudely treated at this store on 05/15/2021. I did contact customer services. They said they would follow up. I know that I have no plans to return to this location. I have been going here since 2015 and I have never been treated rudely. I have had to wait for a good length of time due to the number of people in the store or services that were being provided.I know one thing for certain is that I dont have to give my hard earned money to anyone that is rude to its customers.

Mobile Expert Sonya was amazing and the store Manager Wasay did great. They help me out solve my issue in a professional manner. I’m visiting Jacksonville and stopped to this store , haven’t had this kind of experience in any T-Mobile store. Thank you

They closed in 5 min when i walked in to activate my phone and they treated with the outmost respect very friendly it was a awesome they know how it feels to be a teammobile i would definitely go back every time thank you Jacqui

They are the only corporate store around and care less about their customers service. I regret ever getting t mobile service because of this store. Paul was nice and friendly long as he was making a sale but passed us off soon as we were not upgrading the phones. Little thing he didnt know we were going to add on a new line anyway but he was to busy.

Initially I had a very bad experience just trying to exchange my phone (still under warranty). The problem did not originate with the store or the clerks, and after cutting thru some corporate red tape Wasay got me straightened out and did very well satisfying my needs. That store feels like family now, thank you Wasay and Sonya!

Welcome to the Classy company we all call T-Mobile but this one in particular will give you the straight up ghetto Arlington experience. This store proves you can’t put anything in Arlington these days because of classless ghetto individuals! Of course I had a horrible experience when all I did was walk in for a simple screen protector replacement and there is explicit rap music playing in the background. Yep! This is freakin Arlington for ya, great job ghetto Arlington people. I will never step in here ever again! So disappointed!

All I want to do is pay my bill!! Give them money! And Every Time I end up sitting here while there is a homie meeting!!! I am always here at least 30 minutes just to pay while they talk

The short girl with very short hair (who was helping another customer) turned a simple package pickup into a thoroughly negative experience. She went out of her way to make me feel unwelcome while she could have been taking care of the customer she was ringing up. The guy who was helping me was very polite and helpful, but the short girl really destroyed any chance of a pleasant visit. Last time I plan on going to this location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the WORST T-Mobile store I’ve ever been too. They like to add stuff to your account and fordge signatures to gain sales. Then when you try to get it sorted out T-Mobile just says “oh nothing we can do” 😡🤬

Totally disappointing. I went over there to have my phone changed thru the jump on demand program and it happens that the person who assist me add another phone to my line unnecessarily. Now I have to stick with 2 phones and theres nothing that it can be done since it has past more than 14 days. For something that wasnt my fault Im paying. Is unfair. I will never return to this place.

So I walked in this Tmoble, and the vibe in there was AWESOME. I never felt so welcome from any place. All of the employees were so eager to help. Jose helped me and he went over the top! I loved the feeling. Keep it up Tmoble!!

Would rather talk to other employees than make a sale! Came in to the store 4 employees were talking to one another. I stood there for 10 minutes and not a word was said to me!

The staff will help you any way they can a very good group

By far the worst customer service and least knowledgeable and horrible information Exchange ever found at T-Mobile or phone service provider service provider. Not one concern for customer or other employees. Absolutely no respect for anybody in the building or surrounding areas. For lack of a better description a ghetto or home boy place to hang out. Not one ounce courtesy or civil manners. In my opinion every single member should be replaced.

Was told by T-Mobile to go to any of their stores to address my issue with my phone. Went to this one closest to our house. Manager would NOT help us saying other stores do this but her store does not. Horrible customer service!
