September 8,2021 I went to Metro by T-Mobile on Dunn Avenue and the gentleman that waited on me his name was Carlos he gave me such excellent service till I can’t wait until I Can get a upgrade so I can come back and get to have another opportunity to talk to Carlos thank you so much metro need more patient people and courteous like you Carlos see you soon thank you ms waters.

I came in to the store on dunn ave and talked to carlos. When i tell you i had the best experience i have never had. I was not helped at any other store and was sent to the store i had my issue with had nothing to do with dunn ave. Very helpful guy so from now on i will come to this store and see him or faith.

I just experienced EXCELLENT SERVICE from Juan Carlos..He not only was extremely patient with his customer service...his knowledge and experience was awesome!I would highly recommend visiting him at his store!

Very rude customer service.I went there to switch from one phone to the other.The charge was 22.50.Once completed I was charged 42 dallors.Therefore that boy took extra 20 dallors for himself.

I phoned the store to see if i was eligible for a up grade and i was put on ignore then they hung up nice way to lose a 10 year customer so im returning to Verizon . I am. DISABLE and its very gard for me to go to alot of different places this is why i call. Oh welk at least at Verizon i can do it all by phone and web site.Thanks for nothing

This is the ONLY Metro store I will go to!! The store is so nice and cool inside and the customer service is out of this world!! Even if I moved I would make the trip thats how good the service is. They care and are nice and patient. I bought my phone here and come back on the regular for screen protectors. They will always have my business!!

Decent store but have no cases for galaxy s7 edge and didnt ask what plan I wanted just automatically chose largest one which I didnt need and the worker was very rude but other then that ..clean. and thats about it.....

I took a friend who is a senior citizen there today and had the best experience ever. Allie was professional courteous and patient.Took care of all of our needs couldn’t say anything better she’s just wonderful. I’m even thinking about changing my service to MetroPCS now great deal great service !

These guys were so amazing today , I went to the max leggett store , trying to get service and the girl took my money but left me no phone ,after calling customer service, we went to this location and they helped me,no attitude no fuss just great customer service.. and for that I thank you ! I will never go back to max leggett store again. Thanks for all the help today.

I always buy my phones accessories here, the prices are reasonable and the staffs are so kind.

This place actually charges you money ($3 exactly) just to come in yhe store and pay your bill or shop around. Ive never seen or even heard of this before i thought it was illigal to charge you to shop or pay your bill going to the actual place where they sold you a two hundred dollar phone.i garuantee you they did not tell me this when they sold me the phone. Oh i bet they charged me the $3.

Worst customer service ever rude , ignorant. 75 yr old woman bought iPhone spent 3 hr waiting on data transfer. Got home with no data/personal info an no service. Next day 2 more hrs and came home with no phone. They kept both her phones . 3 trips $400+
