I have Never had an experience like this when buying this Verizon Samsung S215G. I was greeted upon entry into the Avenues store. I asked for Z which is part of his name, which I will call him for security reasons. I was very knowledgeably helped by Z as to what type of phone I was looking for. Z gave me some ideas and knowledgeable comparisons about phones that were in stock. I ended up buying a phone that was $100 over my intended budget, that would run circles around the phone that I thought I wanted. I had read reviews, watched videos on this phone I intended to buy. After Z finished talking about this in stock phone and its specs. I Bought It. Thank You Z for the knowledgeable and polite way you helped me. If I owned a business that needed to be Sales with a Customer Service Focus, I would want Z to be the one training and managing them. Z seemed to Love what he does... Again Thank You!!! Z

Weve been going to the Verizon shop at Avenues mall in Jacksonville Fl since moving here in 2017. Each time weve been lucky to have been assisted by Robert; his product knowledge and customer service are truly outstanding! Way to go Verizon, Robert adds much value to your store and makes phone shopping a breeze.

Verizon at the Avenues deserves an A+, and it’s mainly due to Robert, who is so very good with his customer service!!! He demonstrates that he values his customers every time he’s helped me, when I’ve needed some type of assistance with purchases of phones or accessories. And, he takes his time to show me, an older customer, how to use all of the phones features and new apps. I’m hoping Robert will still be working with Verizon for many years to come, so I can feel confident when I need my next upgrade!!!

My husband and I have done business with five different Verizon stores since moving to Jax ten years ago. In March 2018, a new Verizon opened in the Avenues Mall (upper level, next to Ruby Tuesday) near our home. It has proved to be the best retail experience by far for our wireless communication needs. Store Manager Robert Lam, in particular, is always supremely helpful and congenial. As 60-somethings, who can require extra education and patience where technology is concerned, we sincerely appreciate this. Five-star rating for Verizon at Avenues Mall.

Went in to buy a phone to replace my 5 yr old phone that died. I had visited two other Verizon sites but was not happy with their recommendations. They aren’t a corporate branch so they have extra fees attached to the activation of devices. We spent 40$ on fees that do not exist in corporate branches. Don’t go to branches inside malls.

Looking to upgrade our phone plan we stopped in and ended up with three new phones. I went for the new Samsung s21 (I like Androids) while the wife an son got IPhones. After getting home I wasnt to sure about my phone due to some of the built-in features I disliked.I returned the next day with all intentions of returning my phone and resorting back to my old one. After experiencing my concerns they sat down with me and helped me disable what I did not like while setting up a couple of features for easier use. The team here at this location are very knowledgeable about their products and give great customer service. Not only did I leave happy but I also have a lower bill and more data.

This place was a lot more helpful than the Towncenter one! Associate at Towncenter stood there for an hour without offering to help. As soon as we got here at the Avenues Cody was very helpful we started the upgrade process within 10 minutes. Go here if you need assistance with Verizon.

I went to this store on February 11 after going to another store that didn’t assist with what t needed. Zac listen to what Was going on with my iPhone 7. He advised me of what usually happened to iPhone but he was willing to check my SIMS card out and stated it was damaged but this store isn’t a corporate store it will cost $20 to change it. Zac gave it to for free , he program the SIMS card, show how to put so wouldn’t be charged, and he walk me through it. I will return and a new phone. Thank you 🙏 Zac

His customer service was excellent not only to me during the entire process, but to all who entered his store. I ordered a phone online. The color I wanted was available at this store. When I did not get confirmation email for pickup, I called the store. I was told by (I believe the manager) that I would have to cancel my online order and purchase it in the store. I called Verizon customer service and the representative called the store, and again arranged for me to pick up. Once again I called the store and the same guy said the customer service rep was a liar, he never talked to her. Horrible customer service at this store.

Miguel (Also goes by Greg, like at Verizon in the Avenues Mall where he works) Raphael is a nightmare to work with. See attached screenshots. I think theyre selling stolen/broken devices that theyve repaired. He refused to meet me at a Verizon store to verify the device worked. When I explained my reasoning for this, he blocked me. Poor customer service, questionable products. Im also going to alert the Avenues Mall that theyre doing business/soliciting out of Buffalo Wild Wings there. Id highly suggest not giving this place your business (if they dont block you first!)

Our family visited Avenues and wandered into the Verizon store a week ago and we spoke with Kenny. We drove almost 2 hours the following weekend to purchase our new phones! Robert, Kenny, and DeShawn were awesome! I couldnt brag more on their hospitality and patience while helping us choose new phones for the family! Good deals but caution on buying the screen protectors. They will say they are free replacement so paying more made sense. However, they dont tell you that free means you have to pay $10 shipping and handling to get another one. Scam. Too bad. Kind of liked them. They missed out on a $400 Apple Watch purchase from me since they did not make the situation right. Its all about customer service and not forgetting someone after they become a customer.

First time at a cell phone store that is enjoyable! Was very satisfied with the service at this specific location. I worked with Nick, but everyone here seems friendly and willing to help with any needs. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to be taken care of the right way!

Nick is above and beyond fantastic with his work, attitude and customer service. I moved to Verizon in February after 23 years with Sprint and have had numerous issues with incorrect aspects of my account. After spending a couple of hours on several occasions with Verizon corporate without getting things resolved, I went out of frustration to the local store. In 20 mminutes Nick was able to get things squared away and went above and beyond on a professional and personal basis to make sure everything was correct. If there was a ten star rating I would give it to Nick!
