Called ahead to ask for price and wait time. When I got there, Mike took pictures of my About Phone section in my settings without asking. He told me I would have to wait 2 hours. After 2 hours passed he told me I had to wait another hour because he was waiting on a screwdriver at that point I told him I couldnt wait that long and asked my phone back. Once he made me wait 15 minutes to get it back, he hadnt even touched my phone. He was somewhat flexible with his pricing which is why there is one star. I didnt like the way everything was handled and would recommend you go elsewhere.

I called Shaf at this location and he gave me easy directions to get to him. He was very original and worked quick but diligently. He allowed me to sit with him as i would rather not walk and the mall haha He was very personable. I’m very happy with his services! I I’m going back to take him my IPad tomorrow thanks again Shaf!

I went there to get my phone fixed and they replaced my screen with a privacy screen.The touch sensitivity was very low. Had to use a lot of pressure to even tap on apps.I went to another store to get my screen replaced because I didn’t want this store to touch my phone again. I was informed that the person who fixed my screen before had wrecked the inside of my phone causing my sim card to lock and no longer work on my phone. I paid 80$ just to be set back over 200$ due to them messing up my phone.

Very pleased with function and repair of my Axon 7 ZTE .phone.The only reason not a 5 is due to when my original pick up date could not be achieved, no one called to tell me, so I showed up to find out I could wait anywhere from an additional week to month.It was only a week, so no big deal. Could have saved me a trip.

Impressively fast and great work!! Walked in to the mall, had a handful of minutes to spare and he knocked me out a new screen and a new camera face in less than 30 minutes. I had the camera face replaced once before and it was no bueno. This was a much better experience, didn’t cost a leg, and I was done with a back-to-new phone so quickly. I’ll make the 45 minute drive every time.

Siomak has time and again not only been there to fix my phone but been there consistently no matter what time or day I go in he’s at his kiosk working. I really appreciate that I don’t have to call to find out if he’s there I can just rely on knowing he will be. Afshin was very professional and cool! He also knows how to fix an iPhones well. My iPhone 6 Plus touch didnt work after I went to a repair shoe for the screen. The original apple sceeen worked good but the touch diseases on the iPhone 6 Plus was bad with flashing grey on the top. They fixed it in about 1 hour for the motherboard repair. Also my back camera didnt focus. New camera and pictures are like new!

I went here today to fix my old iPhone 6 and iPad mini 1st gen, if I went to apple or any other place they would have charged my $120 for the iPad and phone, making it expensive to fix both, I got the iPad mini for $90 and $60 for my phone, and he put both $20 screen protectors for free. He did an amazing job and I can’t thank him enough.

I brought in my iPad for cracked screen. He gave it back to me with the home button not working,the screen was loose, and there was a new problem with the replacement screen. I came back to mall the next day to get it fixed when they opened. Their website says they open Sunday at 11am. Im still waiting for someone to get here, and its 12:15pm.Obviously theres no pride in the workmanship. Theres also no integrity with whoever runs this kiosk. Waiting 75 minutes and counting!
