Michael was very patient with me, even while i was still on the clock answering emails and phone calls from my job. I never thought I’d leave a mattress store review but I went in on my lunch break to look at mattresses for a cross country move, dreading the process and the usual salesy pitches. Very pleased with the choices and our salesman, Hinton, and was very nice and helpful.The only problem we had was with the delivery service. The one taller guy didnt want to do anything, not even take the old mattress away for which we paid to have done.

Chris, store manager, was wonderful to work with. He spent a lot of time showing us different mattresses and explaining what worked best for which style sleeper. My husband and I are different type sleepers so he assured us of their 120 guarantee. After a few weeks what we had chosen was not working for us. Chris helped us pick out a new mattress system and had it delivered to us within 24-48 hours. Mary from the Town Center is also very helpful. The first time we got set up there was an issue with our current bedframe and the system we chose. She ran out to our house after work to bring us a part to make it all work. I came into the store and was helped by a Mr. Hinton at the town center mattress firm and I felt comfortable. The service was honest and fair and mr Hinton was very informative and patient (had my 2 year old with us). I ended up purchasing a king size bed with two pillows and even a bed frame. If I had a need for more beds this is the place I would purchase them from just because of how good the customer service was.

Recently moved here. Walked in with my boyfriend not planning on buying a mattress but just testing some out to order it online later on. We walked out with such an awesome deal with the help of Sonny. He kept us focused on what we liked and was sure to explain all of our options. Never would I have thought I’d have a mattress so plush with an adjustable base for both head and feet! So happy we walked in and met Sonny. As always very pleasant experience. Very polite staff and always ready to help! I had issue with the head broad brackets I bought 3 months back it didn’t fit the older model of my adjustable base. Extremely pleased with my experience and the customer service. I was greeted right away and given a quick explanation of the different mattresses I was interested in. Chris Rivers is the area manager we talked to and argued with me about compensation, saying that free delivery was good enough. Trying to guilt trip me saying I would be taking money away from the employee if he gave a discount like it was my problem. What a joke. I asked for a small discount of 100$, he would not even give that. I decided to go ahead and have him return the mattress and bought one directly from nectar.Ben, Mary, and Roy were all great to work with and even offered a discount of 300$. The only reason we declined was because of the “area manager”. It will be my first and last time ever going to a Mattress Firm and will advise everyone else to steer clear.*Had a great experience in store with Ben, he gave us space to test the beds out without having hovering over us. He walked away every time my wife and I started talking about what we liked and didn’t like but was still close enough to answer every question. I had a wonderful shopping experience at this Mattress Firm location. I was greeted immediately upon entering by our sales rep, Joel. After going over our needs, likes/dislikes & budget, Joel directed us to the mattresses that were best suited for us. He was very knowledgeable and went over all the features of each mattress we were considering (several times as we kept going back and forth). The store had a great selection and lots of options. Once we decided on a mattress, the buying process was extremely easy and we were able to set up delivery on a day convenient for us. Picking out a new mattress can feel overwhelming but Joel made it very easy- I highly recommend him as a sales rep & this location!

Order my mattress on Wednesday. To be deliver on Friday 9am. They changed it to 7p. I guess the delivery men didnt feel like delivering it because of a little rain water in front of the place. They reschedule for Sunday. Just signed a lease. This will be 4 days of sleeping on the floor. Theyre scared of the lazy delivery men to tell them to do their job. Wasnt raining either.

I went in for two $8 body pillows. They only had one. I had to go to the warehouse to get the 2nd one. I wasnt far.The store clerk was friendly and helpful. Search system to find nearest store with the 2nd pillow. When I arrived at warehouse, clerk was outside waiting with my pillow. (I had already paid entire bill at the store.) Easy peezy! Gave a 4star because I had to go to a 2nd location to get what I needed.

The people who worked with us were really adjusting and gave us a few helpful tips. Daniel was a really nice salesman and I would give them a 5/5 but our delivery was supposed to be yesterday but they didnt get it yet and on the tracking system it still says delivery on Monday...Also when we called them yesterday they picked up the phone and immediately hung up also the reason why I didnt give a 5. We understand that it may be because of Dorian but I wish they gave us a call and not made us so worried
