Very family oriented. Sandra was amazing. Shopping around for a bed was becoming overwhelming but Sandra really made it easy and enjoyable.

I was in a bind and needed. Bed delivered the same day. Well Sandra stepped up to the plate and really came through for me. Even had it delivered and setup. Now that’s great customer service and the product was just as advertised. Very happy and if you use them I bet you will too. Thank you so much for being there when I really needed you.

Who knew there are so many mattress options beyond soft, medium and firm? The owners, Sandra and Salem were tremendously helpful guiding me to the perfect mattress to meet my needs. They were sensitive to my concerns regarding in person shopping during Covid. I genuinely appreciated the disposable sheet provided to test the various mattresses. At no time did I feel pressure. Excellent, personalized experience with owners Sam and Sandra. The interactive showroom was very helpful for my wife and I as we worked to determine which mattress and foundation were optimal for us. We recently had a bad experience with an online ‘bed-in-a-box’ company (amerisleep) where we ultimately returned the mattress. I was in a hurry to buy the perfect mattress as I had a week notice of emergency back surgery. I had seen Mattress Recliner several times but never went in, the ENTIRE staff was incredibly resourceful, professional, and didn’t care about my budget, they also went to all extremes to get my mattress delivered in time.I am 5 weeks out of surgery and loving my mattress (don’t think I would have recovered so well without the technology in their mattress and frames) feeling great and still loving my new mattress.There will never be a question as to where I will spend my money in the future, Mattress Recliner has my loyalty from here on out.Thank you all again!

I cannot say enough good things about this store and it’s owners. It’s a family owned, small business that ensures their customers get the best service & pricing, which was exactly my experience. Sandra went above and beyond when I came in inquiring about a massage chair. She explained all the chairs in detail and was extremely friendly all while wearing a mask, lol. She offered me a deal on an Osaki Pro First Class that was a thousand dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Then when the delivery guys didn’t properly deliver my chair (they only partially assembled and said they would come back the next day), Sandra called the owner of the delivery company and got them to come back immediately and finish the job. Also, the massage company sent the wrong color chair and she immediately got that fixed, either exchange for the correct color at no cost to me or receive a $300 refund from the massage chair company (I took the refund). Lastly, she let me know if I had any medical conditions that would benefit from me having a massage chair (which I do), just bring in a note from my doc’s office and she would refund me the sales tax (a savings of $315). Honestly, if it weren’t for this store and Sandra, I would have never been able to get this amazing massage chair. I am beyond happy with this entire experience and absolutely love the product, which came with a very affordable 5 year full warranty! Again, I simply cannot say enough good things. I usually shop online because I thought that’s how to get the best pricing, but this family owned business blew every competitor out of the water, definitely worth checking out, you will not be disappointed!!!

I was sleeping on a mattress that was not the right fit for me. I was constantly having back aches for over two years. I went to mattress recliner fit 1 2 3 and they were able to fit me to the correct mattress. Ever since then, it’s been about two months I have not had any back issues I have been sleeping through the night it was just totally amazing. The staff there is unbelievable they’re so patient they have no problem with having you try mattresses over and over again before you decide on the right one for you. They don’t pressure you into purchasing. Overall it was just a wonderful experience. Oh and I received 2 free pillows along with my purchase. They are so comfortable I went in and had my daughter in law purchase them for her home!

Best mattress store in Jacksonville!

My Wife and I have been in the comparison stage of mattress shopping and stopped by this location. We were greeted at the door which was wonderful but took a turn downhill once I laid on a mattress. A salesperson asked if we needed a new mattress, I responded we were just looking, and he then turned into one of the most condescending people I’ve ever met. Just because a customer states they are just looking does not mean you get to treat them any less than a purchasing customer. I had legitimate questions that I was trying to ask but the sales guy kept speaking extremely rude to me as if he was purposely trying to get us to leave because we were not purchasing. We have been comparing premier bedding at several stores and this guy was by far the worst example of what a sales associate should be. I am extremely disappointed and will have to find a different location to finish getting answers to my questions. I am hoping we will be treated differently elsewhere or this company won’t be considered in our shopping whatsoever. Train your salespeople not to judge a book by its cover. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
