We want to thank our rep Tiffany for my wife and Is new bed and adjustable base. Just had it delivered and set up. Tiffany was everything we could have asked for when it came to knowledge and patience when helping us pick out a bed. I had a great experience at this store. Their customer services is very good, they are kind, knowledgable about the products, and they do not hassle you into buying anything! which is very important.. to me anyway. I first purchased one of their store brand mattresses and ended up exchanging it for the Tempu-Pedic LuxeAdapt (which I HIGHLY recommend btw, especially if you have back issues). The mattress is so comfortable and fits like a glove to your body. In fact, after I purchased the mattress I ended up with an episode of sciatica and had no problem sleeping. The bed speaks for itself. Anyway, I recommend shopping at this store. Its a good experience. If there comes a time where I need another bed I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another one from them.

So after receiving our bed we hate it. I convinced my husband to try it out maybe the bed would adjust to our bodies and it didn’t. We called to return it, and we were told we couldn’t because it was an outlet item, even though the sales rep assured us that had 4 months to return no penalty. I’m 7 months pregnant and sleeping in my toddlers bed, and my husband sleeps on the couch. Now we have a $5,000 bed we hate! Worst experience ever. Please make sure you read your contract we should’ve known better.

I had specific mattress needs upon entering the store and was greeted by Wais who proceeded to listen to everything I needed and then worked with me to come up with the right (perfect) options for what I needed. I recommend stopping in if you are in the market for anything to do with beds!

Read the fine print!!! I was pretty excited about the 120 Day Trial. It seems like a foolproof way to buy a great mattress. ..I was wrong. It was never explained that the cost of the FREE adjustable base, which they list at $699 and just include free with the bed, would be DEDUCTED from the mattress refund because they dont accept that item to be returned. So it was free to me, but now they want to charge me $699 to return it! Look at the receipt below, my sales rep highlighted in yellow the $79.99 delivery fee and 10% restock fee, but NOTHING about the Adjustable Base reduction fee was discussed or called out by her. Its not even spelled out very well either. I even purchased the Mattress Cover for $50 just to protect my investment in case I didnt like the mattress. I took a chance on a $1,399 mattress thinking it was almost risk free. I was fooled. My refund will now be $386. Far from the $1,399 I spent. So basically I wasted $1,000 to try out a mattress thats not as comfortable as my old one.

Today I went into mattress firm looking for a pillow for my neck and was greeted by Wais. While there he explained information about all of the different beds there and how it’s likely not entirely my pillows fault. I ended up deciding to purchase a tempurpedic mattress. Mind you, I only came in looking for a pillow, and left with an entire bed. He is very informational, informative, does not bs you, and most importantly he didn’t push anything off onto me, he made sure to let me make a choice as to what I would like, and he was extremely cool and helpful the whole way through, this is what a salesman should be! 10/10 if you want a mattress shop with Wais!
