So I cam in about 3 days before this review. Odell was kind and knowledgeable of what can work for certain types of sleepers. Even after him explaining what could work, I threw in extra information and he still followed up with what helped. He also saved me over $900 on a mattress/base set!! I wasnt expecting that and to even leave with a mattress, but as soon as he did that, I was emotional! I didnt have much to pay for it, but I was set up with payments within my budget. Im so glad I came into the store! Totally recommended it!

Had a great experience shopping for our mattress today. We spoke to Togo prior to coming in and informed him of our price point. Once we got there he already had everything picked out that was in our price range and helped us find the perfect mattress.There was no pressure to buy anything and he didn’t try to upsell us.. which we really appreciated. Exceptional customer service from not only him (Togo) but from Demetrius one of the managers and the store manager as well.

Mattress Firm makes everything so easy. I ordered online, took delivery and later had a mechanical issue. Mattress Firm changed out the product within a couple of days at no charge to me. I had a pleasant experience buying a bed today that I put off for weeks at Mattress Firm. Salesman was professional and personal, no pressure but rather assistance. I left their establishment feeling good about my purchase and entire experience.

We were in desperate need of a new mattress so we stopped in on a whim, with no real budget in mind. Togo greeted us as we walked in the door, and promptly began explaining the different types of mattresses they offer. He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses, and was patient with us while we made our decision. He was able to provide us with the absolute best price for the type of mattress we wanted. Additionally he was very generous and flexible with the delivery options. We will definitely be recommending this location (and Togo) to all our family and friends!

Ok so maybe its just me but I dealt with Demetrius and oh my goodness! I couldnt wait to get away after a while. The man answered my questions and was helpful dont get me wrong but his approach was far too pushy. If I didnt know any better I would have thought they were going out of business or something. Ive never felt so pressured in my life! He wanted to make sure I didnt leave without at least a down payment. It might help others if you pick them out a bed but Im the kind of person that likes to take my sweet time and think about things. He didnt adapt to my personality at all! I was ready to lay on every bed until I found the right one and he made me feel I couldnt. Baby me and my money just grew wings because even though I liked the bed he showed me I wont be coming back. Sad thing is this location is close to my home and Im not that picky. I just needed some space and I wouldve been back because I really do need a bed. Well he messed that up. Plenty other mattress places to choose from. Im from New York so I know a fast talking slick Willy when I see them. If you want a salesman, honey he is a salesman through and through.

Demetrius Was very conscious of my limited budget and did everything in his power to guide me to the correct mattress for my needs. He showed me many options and thoroughly explained prices and the differences between the mattresses. We also used his software to help identify even more choices for my current sleep needs. He was not a high-pressure salesman which I very much appreciated. I was unable to make a decision on my first visit but came back five days later and asked for the same sales person because he had been so kind. He also worked a great deal for me and took advantage of all sales opportunities to help me meet my budget. I couldn’t have asked for more than that!; I would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping for a mattress. They had a great selection and a variety of brands and I believe I have found the mattress I was looking for today.

I didnt get the matress I thought I getting the first time. I returned it the same day. Without any problem management made it right with a better matress at a fraction of the cost. I recieved it that same day and Im very pleased. Oh, it was a nice memory foam matress , I slept well that night.
