Rancho is a great place for Mexican grocery and vegetables shopping. You can select from a wide variety of vegetables and frozen seafood, meat items with fresh food from here. And if you are craving for नेपाली foods, they have a great collection of vegetables (रायो साग & other green items), meat (खसी, कुखुरा, सुङुर) and seafood (catfish, झिङे माछा) items only and other Indian & नेपाली munchies.The price is reasonable. Produces are fresh.BUT Checkout service very poor, they have may be 10 checkout service place but work time only 2 available so people stay at line for wait to turn long time.

It was great..... had a good experience with the mansger about meat market not having meat out she went back and checked.then we both went back and i able yo get the meat thst was on sale right b4 the store closed at 10pm this was at955when i checking out .she hearf me talking with cashier and came over and fixed the problem....Great custermer service proviided by the manager in charge that night..... great place for fresh meat good sale prices every week.....

This store is not like other ones around if you need anything like International items and stuff for certain foods that you make in your home this is the best place for you to shop at some things here that Kroger don’t have like certain spices I went here looking for some items to make tamales and found everything I needed.

This particular location of El Rancho supermarkets is the best supplied and best run(just my opinion)in all the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. So being off today I drove over 30 miles one way to shop there, and as usual was not disappointed, found everything I needed. I wish all El Rancho supermarkets are on that level!

Great meat selection, amazing lunch. As old as the location is, the market is special and clean. Staff are very friendly. Location is convenient right off 183. Can’t wait to try the lunch buffet!

Not very happy with the store. Miss the old Tom Thumb that was here. This store could use a very detailed cleaning. Prices seem higher than Kroger, across the street.

Had to have some Blue Bell ice cream and they had the BEST price around!!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for. Oh, I saw SugarCane in the store and I have not seem these in years. I had to tell my Mom and Sis about. Great service each time I go there.

El Rancho is new to our area so I had to see what it was like. My impression is that it is a regular grocery store with a few speciality areas such as a large produce and meat section as well as a nice bakery with Mexican breads. It also has a place to order agua fresca and some fast food. The reason why I didnt rate it higher is because I wouldnt consider shopping here for my regular groceries. Besides the sale items I didnt think the prices were any better than any other grocery store. Also, not everything is listed in English, including your receipt, so its difficult to know whether it is correct or not. Its worth seeing for yourself though.

The problem now is the sewage smell when you come into the store. It use to not smell but the cooking and the waste water must have backed up. There a good selection of fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses and dry goods. Basically Mexican supplies are available.

Best Mexican grocery store in DFW!They have a great selection of fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood... When you walk in you dont get that awful butcher smell that you get in other stores. It is very well maintained and stocked. Great selection of pan dulce. Delicious fresh tortillas and the cooked food is so good. They have a section where they make smoothies and agua fresca, you can ask them to make you anything pretty much. The seafood section looks fresh, clean and the seafood taste fresh too not like its been sitting there for days. The meat counter has so many choices and all the meat looks fresh and clean. The workers behind the counter use new gloves for every customer which is a plus plus.Overall its a great store with large selections and the staff is very friendly. I do have to give a shout out to William the manager, I had forgotten something the night before at a register and I called in the morning and spoke to him he told me to come on over that I can get it no problem.This is definitely my go-to-store for Mexican groceries.

Went looking for thin cut Rib Eye steaks. They dont seem to exist in this store. Bacon selection and sandwich meat also was a very poor selection. This is owned by a large chain store, I cant understand why its so poorly stocked.

The store is clean with wide isles so the you can maintain social distancing. The best time to go is in the morning whe there are fewer people shopping. The have a good selection of fresh produce and lots of imported Latin products.

Its always clean and I was pleasantly surprised to see how the store has a team of people on the entrance disinfecting all carts and even cleaning the floor (unlike other major grocery stores). This was one of the first companies I saw employees actually wearing full on safety protection against Covid-19 and it made me feel safe to shop in here. Tip: go in the very morning to avoid crowds or very very late because customers do not know how to keep their distance (as with any other place)

Best menudo!! Good prices! Delicious warm tortillas😋 I dont get pan dulce here I have my favorite spot already. Ive also tried Seafood area I bought a cocktail shrimp it was good they sell it by the pound.Also,Raw Shrimp when they are on sell the 4something per pound are good too I love making Caldo de camaron con pescado,,i also get a pound of marisciada it has everything mixed up to add to your Seafood soup.Yes i made that Seafood soup😋 What else do I get from here🤔. I buy my fajita and tablitas here my mom came to visit me from Florida she said next time shell buy some to take some to Florida 🤣.She took Ceviche&cocktail shrimp for the road lol. It does get packed you gotta move quick here first get to the meat section get a number if theres alot of people then youll have time to go to the veggies section cause it might take awhile for your number to be called. I try getting 15 items to go to the fast lane but its hard so good luck 😆😅

I’ve been to different chains of this store. This one is very neat, organized and clean. U can have lunch for under $5 and they have different types of fruit or vegetable waters. The bakery has some really nice looking cakes. ( have not tried,yet )Oh and almost forgot the fruit. They have fresh fruit containers or trays for. A very reasonable price. Cheaper then Walmart or Tom Thumb

Shopping at your store was good. Your store is very well organized and very clean. Front checkout checker gave a friendly and professional service. I found many groceries that I needed. Only thing that I was uncomfortable with, Was that I saw 4 store shopping customers doing their grocery shopping not wearing a face mask. I had to skip several iles to avoid being close to them.I feel you should check your store cameras constantly for the safety of others. Or have someone walk throughout your store to check around for customers that are not fallowing your regulations. And ask them to leave your store for the safety of all your staff and other store shoppers. Other wise your store will be infected with the Covid Virus because of irresponsible people like the ones that were in your store today.

If you like chewing fajita flavored bubble gum this is the place for it; otherwise don’t buy any fajita from here it’s horrible really thick and chewy.

Security guard endangered my health safety. Dallas County requires covering face when in public places. Not possessing a mask, I used a pair of clean underwear to cover lower half of my face, meeting requirements of Dallas County Ordinance (its a thousand dollar fine if caught not wearing one). This security guard forced me to remove it in store, putting my personal health and safety at risk. Also store air smells really bad.Do yourself a favor. Kroger is just across the street. Better prices, better selection, better service, and best of all, it doesnt smell like the inside of a dirty barn.

Its a very good place to buy groceries, fruits, vegetables, fish & much more. Cakes are very delicious. Price are also very reasonable. Not too much crowd. Reasonable waiting time.

Love this place!!!!!!! The food in the cafe is good, quick, and affordable. The prices on groceries are reasonable. Its bright and clean. Love this addition to my work neighborhood. Now if I could get one by the house..

They have a great selection of sweet bread and theyre fresh your tears are amazing and smells so good when you walk in I love their meat market and their fish market have a great selection of Spanish products that are all pretty cheap but there is one thing I noticed that they add a extra tax for the foreign products to purchase

Horrible, Horrible, horrible. I forgot my two bags from the wheel. Didnt realize certain items were left there. Also, the cashier didnt notify me. Came next day morning with receipt to check with the staff. The manager took my receipt and promised to check with cameras and disappeared.

The wait is more than 40 minutes to pay.It takes to long for the lines to move, and they have more than 8 lines and only 5 are open.

Never buy fish from this store.lady is rude.Don’t scale fish and not fresh.Smell so bad. I need to wash my hand more than 10 times but still smell very bad.I cook lot of fish. Never had such bad fish ever.Never going to buy fish in this place.

Theyve finally opened this store, and its very nice inside. Good selection, decent prices, plus several fresh food counters. Its everything you want in a mercado. Definitely the place to go for your Mexican food needs.

More variety of Mexican pepper & items

New location in Irving, they have a deli and shake stand at good prices, they are more organized in their meat market as they provide you with numbers to call out, the meat is freshly cut and a wide variety, not very cheap prices and not very expensive, they have temporary prices mark downs across the store for specials, no beer is sold here, they have your normal produce in stock, the store gets crowded over the weekend, they have fresh tortillas and fresh pan dulce.

I understand it caters to the Spanish community. I do wish communication was easier for the non-spanish customers. But I enjoy the deals the fresh foods, specialty drinks.

I like this place for their deals on meat. Their beef, especially the previously frozen variety is almost always an unbeatable deal. Found the produce quite pricey, which was a surprise. . I just expected more competitive prices on fruit. They have better selections of Latin products than say Walmart which is convenient, but their prices on other groceries are well beat by Aldi.

Love the juices! So many choices of sweet breads. Ordered the popusas with pork. They were terrible. No meat inside and very dry. Everything else we had was very good. The tamales and juice we bought made this 4 stars. Lost one star because of the pupu. Dont eat!
