This location is always out of white foamboard, but will get some, just sells out quick.. so I called ahead and asked...cashier said Idk I ask, can someone check for me? idk we havent gotten our product out and everyone is on a register her tone, she wasnt trying to be bothered, came off rude and refused to assist. Coulda asked me to hold or something vs shut me down right off the bat... this location is the worst, always messy and is known for slow running cashiers... unfortunately only one close by...

Dollar Tree ,is very nice, clean, well organized store .it has all necessary things you want it. Once you go there for shopping, you wont come out disappointed, but satisfied.

I simply hated being there this time cashier was Korean or Chinese , and extremely rude , didn’t bother greeting the customer , n slamming their stuff on scanner that I had to tell him to be gentle or else he would break things . They need to teach him some manners or show him the door !!!!

My favorite store and is has multiple items that you can buy from durable dishes, stainless steel silverware, knives, you name it and most likely they sell it.

Love this dollar tree. They have a big freezer section that is almost always stocked up on. You dont see any partially opened products like at other ones where people steal from cause they literally cannot afford a $1 and shouldnt be out shopping to begin with. The only downside is since its a pretty big dollar tree it is always busy and you will spend a few minutes waiting in line. They usually have 1-2 cashiers at any given time. And of course they work but they are not at all speedy xD I wouldnt be either as a cashier.

They have great deals on so many things and the cashiers are always very sweet. The lines are too long at peak shopping times so I try to avoid those times.

Place looked like it hadnt been mopped in 2 weeks. Stuff cluttering up all the aisles. Not enforcing any mask policy for employees. Guy ringing up purchases took forever. I stood in line for 15 minutes. Whole place was a hot mess and needs more staff.

Evening Shift Manager:... Asian male that wears glasses has no good customer service skills . I seen him hold the door for a customer but he couldnt hold the door for me as much money as I spent in that store full of groceries and waters.

If I could give this store a zero I definitely would! The lines were extremely long. Only two registers open at the time. The customers do not practice social distancing and pets were in their carts.The worker asked me to hand her a pack of combs because a customer put them back. I AM NOT A WORKER DO NOT ASK A CUSTOMER TO HELP YOU CLEAN UP YOUR AREA. Literally stood in line for 30 mins for balloons and when I get to the register the associate tell me they don’t have any balloons left but the ones already blown up it was 6 balloons left and they were basically deflated. It was packed because of Christmas shopping, but I managed to find everything I went in there to purchase. If you need gift wrapping or bags, Dollar Tree is the place to go. They have a big variety.

Well stocked for a Saturday. Lots of school supplies out on the shelves, and lots of shelves dedicated for school supplies, to the relief of parents. Short wait in checkout, no long lines.

They told me they couldn’t blow up outside balloons. Other stores do it. Charge me for more than one ballon I don’t care don’t just say you won’t blow up. If it’s store policies then all stores honor it. Poor customer service.

Very unorganized,scattered, I saw a few employees walking around but I only saw a couple of them actually working I dont know if the others were on break or what it was about 1 in the afternoon

Makes absolutely NO sense the amount of time I spent in line trying check out 5 items. 4 workers in the store, EVERYONE was by the helium tank for 1 man with balloons! No one ringing out guest! NO ONE! Service absolutely TERRIBLE! When I got in line, there were 2 people in front of me, no one at the other register. Cashier comes back to the other one and by now 10 people have hopped in her line. Very unorganized!

Dollar Tree is Dollar Tree. I like shopping this Dollar Tree because unlike a lot of the others Ive been to, they always have a worker cleaning the isles and restocking the shelves here.

This store is always under stocked. The new inventory is sitting in the aisles ready for display but itll take an entire week to get the merch put out.. I can NOT deal..

Love this store the only reason I cant in you to come back because it is a little bit of a madhouse they have this one employee named cat she has long dark hair and she is such a joy I would go there just to get a dose of cat shes always smiling no matter how hectic things are I have been in there when other employees were at the back of the store talking amongst themselves when I ask them for help they look at me like I had three heads wanted to leave but then as I was leaving I asked me if she was very sad it was awesome to have somebody actually care!

Store very organized but never enough cashiers to service the people and the cashiers there need to be trained to greet customers and help them navigate the items in the store. I love this store because its always clean and organized but timeliness and wait time is also a plus for customer.

This Dollar Tree is not on the main road but off the Freeway. There is lots of parking because it shares with other shops.Customer Service was A+ for me. Got in and out quickly, and that is with an average crowd of people. It was well stocked.I would say yes to this store.

The store was clean and orginized. However, only 2 registers open and the lines were very long. After a 15 minute wait, the male cashier was very friendly.

If you go in to a dollar store expecting five-star service, you should really re-consider. I know what Dollar Tree has and I found what I was looking for at the right price.The main cashier, at least during the day is always super friendly, however the other staff generally leave some things to be desired. Also, as with most dollar stores Ive been, the shelves are never stocked correctly. Whether thats from products being stocked incorrectly, or the massive amount of traffic they receive adjusting things incorrectly, I dont know. All in all, I go in for inexpensive but decent quality items. I get what I pay for, but in these cases, it usually works just fine.

I love Dollar Tree and this location is the first one I ever went to 15 yrs ago. But the lines are always just crazy long. Plus outside the front door was filthy when I went a few days ago. I mean just damn nasty dirty, trash just falling out of the trash can. It was sort of embarrassing to be there but I couldnt make it to my normal location in Grand Prairie before they closed. Selection was good and cashiers were really nice. There were literally a dozen baskets in the way as I was in line, full of put backs. It was a madhouse. This location needs more help and to move or expand if possible. Location is great, but maybe too good and busy.

Mostly quiet, quick lines. Comfortable atmosphere. Nobody crowding your space. Friendly and engaging cashiers to make the purchase enjoyable!! 😊☺😉

I wasnt aware the this store closed at nine. The was someone that announced that they were closing at 9 at nine. I was trying to finish up my shopping as quickly as possible. About 4 or 5 min after nineca heavily tattooed girl yelled out that we needed to bring out purchases to the front because they were closed. That was rude! When i got to the front she was unlocking the door for some one. If she was locking and locking the door for those inside, what was the need to be rude? Wow what customer service!

I found beautiful pinwheels in multiple colors and designs...a lot of yard decor. I went in for school work for my grandson and found a lot of things. Only thing I need are the months of the year. I will keep looking. I also found some solar lights that I am planning to place at the foot of some dark steps.

Terrible. This dollar tree has an awful staff. The store had long lines going down 2 rows of merchandise. They had a TRAINEE, first day, on one register. I saw what was going on as nd tried to have everything in easy order for him. Told him I understood!!The only familiar employee was helping the new guy then left to go somewhere and he was on his own. Needs a new manager. Maybe you need to pay better so you can get better employees and management.

I called to see if they had a specific card for a birthday in the store and they were so unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Poor customer service. I ended up going to the Dollar Tree on Josey Lane and was helped by a guy who was able to tell me exactly if they had what I needed available. But leave it to the one in Irving to tell me that theyre on the registers and it would take five or ten minutes to go look and see if they have a specific birthday card. Which it wouldnt have because I was giving him the exact card exactly what it looks like I even know the section that it was in. But he blew me off. Not to mention every time you go in there looks like a train wreck.

They always have a good variety of items & greeting cards which r only 2 for $1.00. Everything else is really only $1.00 each. I really like that especially when Im trying to stay on a budget.

The location at 183 in Irving tx has horrible manager attitudes and cashier attitudes. 90% of the cashiers and managers hate their jobs. Manager Dan loves to huff and buff like a 2 year old and yesterday he cussed in front of my kids because of broken glass he had to clean up. Very bad representation of a manager. Going to find another store to go to.

I usually find what I need. But this store needs major improvement. There is never more than two cashiers, usually there is only one. Lines are always long. You will almost always have at least a 15 minute wait in the line

Love Dollar Tree. Hate their 3 papers per customer policy. Wish all the stores had the same inventory. When you find something on your shopping list at this store, you get a great deal. Some stores are not as tidy as others.

Rude employees. Not going back there

Today was an off day for them. Candy was out in a lot of places. I wanted a quantity of 8 and they only had 2 and no one around to assist (which was another unusual for them).

Great selection but the lines are always so long. Like it doesnt take a rocket scientist to scan but you cant tell that ANY day in there!
