Large superstore. At about 6:00 pm on Saturday, this place had to be at its busiest of the week. Lines were hyper long at all registers. The self-check lines, however, were moving the fastest. It wasnt just because folks had fewer items. Some folks had full shopping carts. It seems when folks want to get out of the store fast they work faster. BTW, they had some of the largest watermelons Ive ever seen.

I rarely have issues here everything is reasonably priced to an extent, temperature checks not required, masks are though. Everything in bulk and no end in to the meat supply that I can see (new reports are false about meat shortage there is an abundance), but what I have noticed is, how food prices have SOARED here over the last year and a half (crackers are almost $4.00 just saying). I went for bathroom equate wipes because, they are cheapest here for a six package of them, $3.97 and for the George A-Muscle shirts white for $14.99 ❤ (do not buy muscle shirts at Goodwill you will be paying double check my review on #Googlemaps). Towels are inexpensive and so is dog food. Walmart seems to be the only place I can find Gatorade Zero in a 18 pack, great deal plus helps my Fetchrewards app with points, for Amazon Prime. Pretty crowded but still enough room and huge parking lot. Cash your checks and send money Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart (my one complaint with that is if you have just renewed your license, and have a paper copy they will not let you send money, or pay for cigarettes, or alcohol, because it needs a barcode to scan, huge money losing opportunity Wal-Mart. So why does the DMV do that I thought it was valid everywhere?, guess your carrying paper in your pocket for no reason at Wal-Mart. Do you know what a huge in convience that is to track someone down who will help you? HUGGGEEE!!😡 Most of the time I do not mind coming here to shop just not for groceries anymore. Staff is respectful I have never been asked if I needed help, or can find anyone to help me when needed in clothes section. It was quite a clean facility. I still will come shop here when needed. One of my favorites is the greeters and the fact that you sell albums to play on record players at the Great price and Value😁!

I give this location 2 stars the electronic section helped me fast and I paid quick. I was impressed. The problem I had was when I paid for other items at the self check out. The lady was very slow and it wasnt entirely her fault because almost all the self check out registers were having problems. Then she had the audacity to tell me that I had no money because the machine wasnt working. I found that extremely rude. I ended up just telling her I didnt want any of the items because she was taking too long and I had to go.

Love it for easy grocery shopping, friendly staffs. Not too crowded, mask required.

Decent store for all your needs. Walmart mentions they offer plastic bag recycling. Unfortunately, this location does not offer it.

Ok this is most frustrating that i have been continuously coming for mens razor which is locked in cosmetics sections, continuous telling in customer service, they announce it that need assistance but no one is coming...waited 45 minutes straight for 4 days....

I just love the dress section specially ladies and kids section. For daily wear they have so many varieties with very reasonable prices. Also at the shoe section they have clearance items.This weekend I got one nice summer sandals for my kid at 1$ price.Every time I visit Walmart , they will have some thing with less price 👍

This store has good stock of most items. The store is clean enough for a Walmart store. The lanes seems to be a bit narrow in some areas of the store, which makes it a bit difficult to move around.There is enough parking available and is conveniently located off 183. Overall, this is a good place to go for a weekend shopping or a quick trip to pick up a few items.

Careful ordering online/delivery. Everything is not fresh and the croissants (2) I ordered aren’t sealed/taped and they were covered in long curly hair and what appeared to be chipped pieces of nail polish throughout. They should be sealed. Anyone can tamper with them. The second case of croissants expired yesterday and I got them delivered yesterday. Also they’ve taken extra tip money after delivery too. Instead of $7 they’ll take $14 unauthorized. I had to dispute that several times through my bank.

I had a very good experience today at this Walmart , excellent service! for one of the people on the self check out , I saw his name on the badge Felipe .He went above and beyond to help me and brought me another shopping car for my groceries so I could move them easily to the other shopping car while paying . Then I bought 3 big pumpkin and he was very kind helping me to put them on my shopping cart. All the time he was with a smile on his face. I have been shopping at this Walmart for 7 years since I moved to Irving and this is the first time that somebody was kind and helpful to me . Thanks

The lines here are consistently very long. Each time I end up coming here, I wish that I could have saved time and just ordered online. The employees are helpful, however. Often they are running low on what I need (usually pet items).

It was crazy busy. But what little interaction we had with any employees...they were very friendly & willing to assist you with a smile. Even when picking up a heavy gliding chair box to place it in my cart. Very polite young men. We even had a positive experience with fellow shoppers. My mother & I were trying to load the aforementioned HEAVY BOX...we were having a helluva time & 2 gentlemen came over to help us. God Bless them. My family has been going to this Wal-Mart for over 15 yrs. AWESOME STORE!!!👍👍🤙😁💜🙏

Very big with lots of choices. I liked the food section was perplexed when I went to but a suit case for my trip. No choices at all. Also no international electric adapters.

They have the best deals on some things. They probably have something for you at a price youll like. Some things I prefer to buy elsewhere, like most groceries. You have to pay attention. They are a little high on some things and quality is questionable on some products. But you can get good prices on some quality merchandise. Just dont assume everything is going to be a bargain. Sometimes youre better off putting [it] down, saying no. But thats true about many retailers. No one has the best deal on everything they offer.

I found almost everything I wanted in the store and it was somewhat easy to find. customer service was great and helpful, the bathrooms where a bit messy but not as messy as most. The lines where long in it took quite sometime to checkout. In the entrance there is a man that gives you a free face mask if you dont have one and some hand sanitizer.Overall better than most places

I don’t usually review but this store has to have the WORST grocery pickup I have ever seen. They are very unorganized and I always have to wait at least an hour in the parking lot for my groceries. My orders are almost always missing something and one of my items is usually damaged. I suggest you find another walmart to shop at. I know I am. Walmart, DO BETTER !!

I have stopped going to this store. I will drive an extra 10 minutes to shop at a Walmart with better service. Last time I tried to shop here they had 3 self checkouts open and a line across the entire store and to the back. The wait was over an hour to check out. Left the stuff I intended to purchase and went to buy from a competitor with much better service. Will not go back. Low quality service guaranteed at this Walmart!

Worst customer service EVER. The cosmetic lady this morning was obviously working at capacity. We asked 3 different employees for help getting an item out of the case. None of which had keys. We walked over to cosmetic area where 2 other customers had been waiting over 10 min with no assistance because it took apparently the magic keeper of the key and 2 other employees to help one customer get a makeup selection. Several times we and the other 2 customers asked if someone could please just open the case. Appalled customers would dare ask her for help, she copped an attitude. So 20 minutes of our time wasted, we walked out without purchasing and will never return. A better system of assisting customers is definitely in need.

I’ve been to this location a few times. And each time, the lines have been extremely long. The self checkout line goes all the way around to the produce aisle. People are constantly in the way while you’re just trying to shop in peace. The assisted checkout lines are no better though. It’s always packed and congested and each line is long as ever. Some of the check out lines are always closed (go figure). But it would be nice if a cashier was at every single lane so that checkout times could be a lot faster. I’m honestly not a fan of Walmart, but sometimes I have to come here to get certain things.

Unless its 6-9 am in the morning I would not recommend coming to this Walmart. It seems to be understaffed and there are never any registers open and the lines for check out are always extremely long. If you are planning to pick up something quick and leave expect to be here for at least 10-15 with just checking out. Dont even bother walking around the store to see if any other registers are open because they are not. You would do better going to the Walmart thats 10 mins down the road

Great store. Very clean. Lots in stock but man the selected reps are extremely annoying and keep pestering you no matter what you say. Would be a much better shopping experience without them.

Worst service ever.I need to get a mens trimmer which is locked behind the glass cabinet. I paged the button to call for the associate.15 minutes later, no one shows up. I press button again.Another 10 minutes later, no one has still shown up.Another 10 minutes later, no one still around.I walk around to find an associate.After 5 minutes, I find one. She says sorry she cant help me she doesnt have keys. Walks away while Im talking to her.I walk to the TVs and ask someone there. Same response, he doesnt have keys and tells me Im helping someone else right now.I ask someone else who was walking about. Same response. Cant help me , no keys.I go to the front counter, and ask a cashier. Same response, cant help me and that someone was already paged. I told them no one has shown up now for 45 minutes.I walk back to trimmers and found an employee sweeping , she said she doesnt know anything about that and to ask an employee she pointed out in the garden section.I walk to him, he gives me the same response. Doesnt have keys, cant help me but he can make an announcement on the intercom, which he does.I walk back to the trimmer and wait there.10 minutes later, no one still here.Ive pressed the page button dozens of times now and no one knows how to get this door open.1 hour wasted.Literally the WORST service Ive faced anywhere.

Long lines. Notnsure why theybdont understandbthat they need checkers. The lines for self checkout are erapped around the store. I DONT WANT TO SPEND 45 MINS TO AN HOUR SHOPPING onky to wait 30 mins to get out. Store is decently well kept and stoced and team is friendly. I encourage ample staff at peak shoppong times. I feel certain they can afford it.p

Customer service is the worst. the employees are the rudest that can exist and if you have a manager like Narji who is a horrible person the service will never be pleasant. I lost my purse I went to the store desperate, I had all my important documents. I approached security and they didnt say a word to me, I went to customer service crying and this person Narji told me: its your fault. We do not have your purse I went to the parking lot and a teenager helped me, he told me that he found my purse and that he was in customer service and Narji was there again. She knew that my purse was there and she did not tell me, that person intended to keep my things. very very bad person

Its Walmart. I think they must be the same all over. This store is the same as at home! I didnt have time to check everything. It was almost time to close. The grocery and produce sections were nice. Produce fresh and fully stocked. A few other items were found quickly.

Most workers here are very rude. A few polite ones. My wife refuses to use this Walmart because of the way the bakery workers talked to her. She was trying to get cupcakes made for a party for a close friend. The woman was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. Had i been there when that happened i probably would be in jail because i would have caused a very big scene. My wife is gentle, sweet, and loving in character and for someone to just treat her that way to me is unexcepable. Especially when she was a paying customer trying to find something nice. Worker had the nerve to say sounds like a personal problem... Use this place at your own risk

Was looking for bras seems they think women in irving all have large breasts,very difficult to find i think average size(36 C) finally find 2 to try on, its 8pm dressing room was already closed. Went to Target

This is a Super Walmart, which means its bigger, they have a lot more products, and theyre always in stock VS a regular Walmart! Especially the one on McArthur Blvd at Irving Marketplace, that store has less products, most of the items are always out of stock, and their phone support sucks!

This Walmart is horrible!First, there are no carts inside, you have to go find your own outside. When you walk in you can see mold on the walls.Most shelves are empty. Lots of construction in the isles. SUPER LONG LINES!! 15 go back carts with meat, frozen food, milk just sitting in the customer service area, registers missing bags, and its very crowded.On the plus side most people still wearing their masks but no social distancing. Wont be going here again!

They are remodeling it. The best time to go is between 11am to 1 pm. There are no lines. I had avoided this place for many years because of the wait time.

It is always extremely busy to the point you have to wait in line for more than 20 min. What happened to Walmart? Lower price due to less employees?I do not think I will be back the couple of times here it has been overcrowded, few cashiers and long lines.

My husband needed a belt, for work. The selection was almost bare and the ones they did have were all too big, 40 and up.

This is one of the busiest Walmarts in Dallas, since its closed to the airport alot of local and non-locals stop by here. Honestly the place does a great job of trying to keep up with the absurd amount of people coming in daily. Self check out could use more then 1 yellow jacket on weekends to help assistance needed red lights but hey no business is perfect, theirs always way to improve.

No question about Wal-Mart ,Super clean ,its like a huge tree in the desert and its shade in the hot summer ,most comport for the souls ,thats what Wal - Mart provides, all great goods ,for all kind of Souls. Very helpful staff! They are moving around some store shelving and I couldnt find what I was looking for, but an associate directed me to the right area of the store. Another associate at the self-checkout helped me find and scan the serial number on my item. Great service!

Their pick up service is the worst! They offer 7-8 am “at risk pickup” however they had me wait over thirty minutes i finally got off and the lady said no-one would be in till 8am. Then why do you offer the 7-8 am time frame!? I waited to end up having to cancel my order since it wouldnt be ready and apparently even if they text you your order is “ready”, its really not, since she couldnt give me my order! I went in late to work and didnt even get my kids their snacks. Please dont offer 7-8 am pickup if you cant give your customers the order during this time frame. Also the least the worker could do is gather peoples items and take them out instead of standing there looking clueless! Bad customer service!

Ive been coming here for months and it seems that they are always out of stock on items or just never have it but on there app it says its available but after the order it will say not available I do understand sometimes they ran out of stuff but every time I order from this store they dont have it. It do becomes frustrating and irritating especially since it happens all the time. Please do better on stocking this Walmart is near me and its very convenient for me to go here.

Yall Im OCD about my groceries and I picked the right line today!! This older lady named Sherry, packed All my bags the correct way. She had the Best Attitude ever and even helped calm down my 2 and a half year old. I hope I get her next time.

It seems store is going through renovations, which is good, but it needs to be more organized. You cant find anything right away and it needs more stock.

Terrible! No customer service skills at all. This morning had black male employee in Toy section stare at me while going to the restroom.. and was staring as soon as I came out...which was weird smh. I only came to return something and just because I walked in with my bag doesnt mean nothing ..I even took off my cap to Not be a Target knowing Im an Honest person and especially the black lady at the Entrance kept staring so hard at me smh..!!!! I even told her I dont have anything !!! So now I will be calling HEADQUARTERS!!so Manager a couple of your Employees is Wrong for looking at me in a suspicious way. Such a sad excuse for customer service. Employees would rather lie to you than to tell you something is not available as they are too lazy to check and then give you an answer. First and last visit to this Walmart.

This was my 1st time inside a Walmart or any other store on over a year due to covid-19. The bad is that a product I needed required a key for the glass case no one around to help me so didnt buy it. However the line to check out was really fast.

If this is the one in Bedford. People are so rude. I was looking for a fan, asked the lady that was working there, and said in a smart way, where they always been. I told her I dont come to this Walmart often. Why hire people like that. Or because Im Spanish.

You can never find anybody who works there say to get you some spray paint (they keep the cabinet which holds the spray paint locked). Or if u have a question about some jewelry or home and garden items good luck trying to find an associate. And if u r lucky enuff to find a walmart personal they tell you they dont work that department or they tell u the person who does is on break. I just dont get it. All the tons of people that work there and only one person who happens to b on break works that department.
