Great store! Food wise they have everything you need. Prices are good as well. They have your healthy options and the fun not so healthy options. They have a good meatless meat section for vegetarians like us! Love their produce. It’s fresh and tastes great. Good variety of fruits both organic and regular. Great options for juices, both healthy/organic along with the traditional ones we all grew up with.

Sadly, the Asian lady who works at the meat/ fish section has a bad attitude & is always rude when asked something. Not sure why they hire such people, she thinks she is doing us a favor. She make us wait, understandable if busy but then you can atleast be nice and acknowledge our presence there. I was the only one there to buy and she & her accomplice never looked my way to ask something.

I moved to Farmers Branch and this is the closest Kroger to me. I wanted to like it, especially since it is so big. But it all starts in the parking lot. Good luck! Every time I go, I am scared of being hit by the people not paying attention or a grocery cart. Then when you walk to the store and see a bunch of carts sitting outside. I have learned that those are all carts that have been damaged or dont work properly, so they just sit outside in a dead cart lot. When you get to the entryway where carts usually are, there are sometimes none or like 4 of them that you have to race to before they are all snatched up. In the store, I feel I am playing dodge cart with everyone. For being such a large store, it is always packed no matter what time of the day you go. The seafood counter reeks to high heaven and makes me gag (I do NOT buy seafood there) and if you want to get any meat from the deli, be prepared to wait for at LEAST 20 minutes as they have the slowest people behind the counter I have ever seen. When you are finally ready to check out, there is always always a long line. Sometimes I go elsewhere just so I dont have to go to this Kroger.

This store is usually packed and the self-checkout area and cashier’s lanes have long lines. Common items tend to sell out quick due to large quantities of ppl coming in and out. Snack items like crackers, protein bars, dried candied fruit are expired, check the dates before you buy. There needs to be more staff available to report serious things or even security, I’ve seen too many shoplifters. I guess it’s easy for them when there’s so many people you can’t even see what’s going on.Hope you found this review helpful or alarming

This is one of the best Krogers in north Dallas. Its incredibly huge and has all the products Kroger should have, I didnt have trouble finding anything on my list that I can think of, maybe they didnt have 1 or 2 things but overall its good. I also like how the checkout lines dont have a front conveyor, the checker person just grabs them directly out of your cart to scan them and then sends them on the back conveyor to the bagging spot. Saves time. I will say, when I went on Saturday afternoon they were definitely understaffed on the checkout lines, no baggers and only 2 lines open with long lines of carts waiting at each. Right when I reached my check stand, they opened up a third lane but had no baggers. The young man ringing me up was definitely agitated and worn out, I think at one point he even said he was about to quit or something, I could tell he was stressed even though I had to do a majority of my own bagging. There are two self checkout areas which helps but I had too many items. so the checkout process/experience was not great, maybe itll be better next time.

This store does not maintain their shopping carts at all. It’s a miracle if you find one without a broken wheel or some other issue. And you usually have to get one from the parking lot as they never seem to bring them in. Checking out is usually bad too. Not enough cashiers and lines down the aisle. They try to force you to use self check out. I was there with a full cart of groceries and my arm in a sling from surgery. An employee was trying to make people use self check out even after they told her they didn’t want to. She didn’t seem to understand that a full grocery cart and only having 1 good arm was not going to work in self check out LOL! Oh, and be prepared to bag your own groceries. They don’t seem to hire baggers any more. Over all, shopping here is unpleasant. But the store is usually pretty full so I guess management doesn’t care.

This may be my 2nd review with the same issue. I cant recall. The store is always clean & great sales and selections. I go to this location because I work in the vicinity. I love their salad/deli bar, howevvvvvver, there is no one maintaining it and making sure that the items are replenished. No problem, just let someone know right? well, I stood there for 7 minutes , as they visually looked at me, looking at them.I was ignored and this is not the 1st time this has happened. In customer service, speaking and being acknowledged, goes a long long way . If someone said Ill be with you shortly I would have understood. But there were no other customers around. Just me. (If it was, I would understood that too)I was on my break and pressed for time but I love their deli bar. I had to verbally mention, may i please have someone to replenish the salad bar?She finally came over and did so. The store is great, but the customer service at the deli, salad bar is not. Plus, there should be a bottle of hand sanitizer located near the bar. many people have to touch the utensils. The only polite employees are the ones at the self checkout. They are always friendly. I dont mean to make a big fuss about little things like this, but we live in a society where everyone just is not hospitable anymore.

I’m in this Kroger at least twice a week. The store is always clean + the checkout staff & floor employees have always been helpful. I wish I could say the same for the staff at the Deli & Meat / Seafood area. I’ve had several experiences where I’ve spent an extensive amount of time (5+ minutes) waiting to be helped while also not being acknowledged. However, during that entire time the employee(s) in the Deli & Meat/Seafood area go along working without even acknowledging me or thanking me for being patient as they finish up a task. This morning I got to the Meat/Seafood area at 6:55am. I then proceeded to wait till 7:10am to be helped by the gentleman setting up the Seafood display. The gentleman never even acknowledged me while I stood waiting for him to finish his work. In fact, the manager who had walked by a couple times had to walk over to the employee and ask him to help the customers who were lining up to be served (I was happy to wait as long as I was able to pick out the fish I wanted for our special Christmas Eve dinner). I shared that I wanted to purchase some King Salmon at a specific weight – the employee pointed me towards a small isle that had prepackaged fish and said I could pick it up over there. I found this to be extremely frustrating and rude since I had been waiting patiently for over 15 minutes and he could have asked what I wanted when I started waiting. The isle with packaged fish didn’t have the size I was looking for which made me feel like I had waisted my time and this employee would be unable to help me since he wasn’t interested in listening to what I wanted to buy.I ended up buying my fish from Whole Foods on MacArthur (which had everything displayed, multiple employees in the department and most important a welcome greeting from two of the staff working in the area). Lesson learned – I’ll no longer buy my Deli meat or fish from Kroger.

Great place for shopping groceries and what not. An issue that I have is clearance. Every year, the seasonal goes to 90% off yet a lot of the items never show that to be the case. No problem, just take it up to the clerk and he or she will fix it. Only problem is that the lady got extremely impatient with me and raised her voice on me. I know it is not the stores fault that the prices are not modified like they should be, but I am simply just trying to buy these items. If it is not, it is not but do not get that upset with me. Still, love this Kroger!

Store managers direct supervisor (regional manager) must be on a extended vacation!Issues that are easily rectified:1. COCA-COLA guy blocking off entry to the Coke aisle with a large pallet @7:05am 01/31/21.Simple fix is to have him come in before store opens for customers.2. Coca-Cola guy not properly wearing mask, improperly wearing mask under nose puts customers & employees at risk.Simple fix is to have your vendors sign a sign-in sheet that states they are required to properly wear a mask (with a diagram showing it covering the mouth & nose) when they enter the store to perform work.3. Find a store manager capable of implementing and enforcing procedures.Simple fix? Apparently not, after reading reviews for this location over the past year leaves one to wonder if the store manager & regional manager are sharing a extended vacation together.

MANAGER OF THE YEAR!I made a stop at this location last night 05/11/21 a little after 11pm to do a little shopping and could not help noticing the signs at the entrance and the message playing over the intercom about mask requirements, while I shopped I encountered 15 to 20 customers all of whoom were all wearing masks but could not help noticing how busy the store was with employees more than two dozen and only 4 of them were wearing masks. I have had COVID-19 and I am now fully vaccinated but I still wear my mask out of respect for others. There are many reasons why this store manager deserves manger of the year, simply scroll through the reviews;·Lack of available shopping carts at entrances, the ones you will find at the entrances are broken, I have learned by now that in order to use a shopping cart that is not broken I must retrieve it from the parking lot.·South entrance is usually blocked during datime hours by employees who perform the online shopping.·Aisles are regularly blocked by employees & vendors in the morning hours.·Registers are always backed up no matter time of day or night.·Self checkout registers are always malfunctioning.·Prices ring up wrong on a regular basis (for some odd reason this is always in the stores favor).·There are good employees but the rude, unfriendly, unhelpful ones have the majority. In all the categories above this store manager (Lance) has my vote for manager of the year.

This store is big and nice but the management is terrible with safety.they dont care how many people is inside of the store they dont have sanitizer and carts notBeen clean. And there is no managers on the floor probably is hidding in his office. They always talk about safety on their TV commercials but that is a big lie. Target is one of the best to keep control and for safety even Walmart and Home depot are better then Kroger Im Very disappointed because most of the time store is pack it is impossible to keep 6 feet distance most of people dont wear mask management and owners dont care about safety all they care is about selling their merchandise. Be careful when you go to this store.

Biggest nuisance about this place is massive lines. Sometimes there are 20-30 customers in single line. Self checkout staff is very unhelpful.

I went on a Saturday morning, and it was busy. I must have been told good morning by at least a dozen employees. The deli and butcher staff were friendly and efficient. They both dispatched the hordes of people quickly. The checkout lines were starting to get backed up, but they quickly opened more lanes. A very good experience from A-Z!!!

I got yelled at infront of 8+ people by the deli employee denying me service after she confused my husband with another customer that placed a large order. It was 8:40 and she still denied me service until that customer came back to get his meats. Still then she denied me service until a employee told her to shut up and it was probably someone else. When she realized it wasnt him she just shrugged her shoulders and said they all look alike. My husband is caucasian btw. Never been so embarrassed in my life. Nobody has the right to deni service and make a customer cry. Still cant believe all this happened.

This store sells fresh vegetables and fruits. It also has dairy products and many of your daily grocery, household and personal needs. Pharmacy is an additional asset to this store. Cashiers are always polite and they greet you nicely all the time during checkout. I also like the fast checkout service in this store.Things are bit expensive than Walmart but I can compromise on that based on their fast service and fresh produce.

I love going grocery shopping here! Everything is always well stocked and clean. I cant tell you how much it unnerves me to go into a superstore that is in utter chaos. They have great weekly sales on items we typically buy, a great bakery, and a great sushi station. Two thumbs up.

Awesome store that has so much the other stores dont have and no more expensive than Walmart, and yes I did a comparison between them. Sales on major brands daily, great meat and seafood and a bakery and deli with whatever you need. Well only shop here even though its a little out of the way but well worth it.

I hate wasting my time to post negative reviews more than anyone, but this past experience at this Kroger store has to be shared.Ive been coming to this store for years, and recently in the past year it seems Ive had to bag my own groceries more and more. The cashiers, while some are quite nice and helpful, the majority have been quite the opposite. However, bagging my own groceries doesnt rile me up as much as having the cashier over charge me for groceries by double -ringing items, and not taking responsibility for mistake! I catch the mistake as I glanced at the receipt prior to pushing my cart away. I wanted to be courteous to other customers behind me, so I got back in line, and waited 10 minutes for my turn to talk to cashier. She takes a look at the receipt, goes and talks to her manager, and 5 minutes later tells me I have to now go to customer service to get the extraneous charge refunded to my card.No apologies, just instructions to wait in another line 15 minutes for $8.99 refund .Kroger, youve got to treat your customers better than this! And for the love of God, allow your checkout lanes to issue refunds!

This grocery store is incredible. First of all, its massive--so be prepared to be there a while to find what you need if you havent been there before. Every section is well-stocked and has great products--from the produce, to the florist, to the meat, to the organic foods, etc.

This location has extremely rude cashiers, especially at self checkout. When asking for help they ignore you and don’t listen to what is going on.Really disappointing since the other stores in the area are so helpful.
