I called him on Sunday morning he came to my place of business it was over 100 degrees outside and he completed my front brakes, change my wheel bearings and replaced the front shocks. Stay away! Stay away! Not truthful. Im a very honest and compassionate guy and I hate leaving bad reviews. I try to give people all the opportunities possible to be honest and correct what they did wrong. This guy selected not to do so. First, he improperly diagnosed my vehicle. He said said I had a bad gasket on the a/c hose assembly. Charge to fix it was $150 for parts and labor. I asked him twice are sure there isnt a leak and he said no. Then after he took it off the there was a leak and I asked him to get a price for the assembly he said it was $245 from the dealer. I said Ill call AutoZone because dealer prices are more. AutoZone was $115. I called the dealers to to ensure was being honest and the dealer said the price was $179 so he indeed lied. Then he charged another $50 for 5-10 min of work because he took off the assembly after he saw he misdiagnosed. So $200 total. His justification made no sense and Im a engineer so Im not naive to this stuff. I called another shop and I was quoted $115 to do everything. I let the guy go ahead and finish it since he already took the part off and I didnt want to waste more time. I asked him again was he sure he wanted to stick to his story and lying and making money more important and he didnt say anything so I gave him the $200 because the hassle wasnt worth it. He gave me $20 back for the gaskets and most probably because he felt bad for what he did. This guy isnt honest. Hopefully this can save someone else the headache.
