Westway Collision Auto Body Shop went above and beyond to get my car repair done correctly. It is a truly an amazing and honest repair shop. The quality of the work is outstanding. The staff is top notch. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Being in an accident and trying to get your car repaired can seem daunting and frustrating. They made it so easy. My car is sparkling and in better condition than it was before the accident. Finally an auto body shop that treats people correctly and goes above and beyond. Its my 1st time dealing with this dealership dealership I was here to get a Van Van serviced through their fleet services was greeted by an exceptional young man as soon as I pulled the vehicle in So far everything is just been exceptional from my 1st encounter with everyone here this may be a little premature I havent picked a vehicle up yet but that this is going to be a great experience and I will be bringing my vehicles back hereAnd I will be singing their praises to anyone that will listen

When I got into my little accident, I was not sure what to do. My baby had been injured by a careless driver that does not deserve to use the roads I pay taxes to maintain. When I went to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Plano, they were quoting me something along the lines of 1,600$ for a new bumper, as well as a new headlight on the right side since it had been pushed in. That is when I decided to try my luck with Westway Collision Center. They are honest people, gave me a quote that was so affordable I did not have to make an insurance claim, and also informed me that the headlight replacement was just another dealership money grab. They got me my car back in a timely manner, walked me through the process of what they would be doing, and assured me that if anything unexpected came up I would be informed and it would be my decision before they acted. I will never goto another shop knowing that Westway Collision Center is on standby, waiting to serve my every car need. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thankyou Westway Collision, for saving me so much money, and most importantly, saving me more heartbreak and frustration than I could ever afford. 5/5.

Very friendly people but the quality of work leaves much to be desired, at least in terms of painting, I do not say that it is bad, but after the year it loses its brightness, it stains globes etc.
