I love this place.... Absolutely fantastic prices and even allow for people to order in the middle of epic snow storms. I got my parts a couple days later because of the aweful snow storms here.... But I still got them faster and cheaper than I would have at the shop I had my car at. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible customer service to be fair i used to work for orielly the customer care is far better however napa parts are always a step above disappointed in this store

DON’T GO HERE. Will not give me my money $96 and I have receipt. Will only put credit on a card even though they already have my money. Below I took pictures of the Manager he said it would only knock him down to a 4 star no big deal to him.Also trash and beer cans all over yard.
