Asked for a dark roast pour over. Normally a 5 to 7 minute wait, no problem, placed in person order at 12:43pm. 1:07p no pour over, I had to ask one of the baristas about my order. For the sake of time in this review, no coffee today. They did offer to remake and or refund but either were sufficient. Cant get time back & $2.89 is not a make or break financially. Moving forward I will only go to Starbucks near my residence.

Coffee was excellent and served in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the person on point of sale was unfriendly and quite rude. Did not catch their name but was wearing a blue mask with what looked like rubber ducks on it. Not only were they rude to me, but they were rude to my friend behind me. I wish I could rate this location much higher due to the timeliness and the great drink quality, but unfortunately with a rude front of house I cannot.

The ⭐💵☕ store at Capitol and 15th never seems to be open when they should be, and most of the time, here of late, they dont take app orders, which doesnt make sense to me as that is meant to streamline the whole experience. On the plus (I guess? Plus for me, at least) side, Ive called customer service and complained twice about the store closing early, and customer service seems pretty good at handing out $10-20 apology credits. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They were extremely busy with a line out to the street yet service was fast, the employees were very polite, and the drinks were great! This is the location to go to for amazing service every time.

This location is better than most. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Occasionally they get backed up in the drive thru but I go here all the time.

Found this location on my way to work a couple months ago and have been there several times now. They are quick and have friendly service. They are often lined out to the road but dont worry the line moves very quickly.

Drive thru line can get pretty crazy here, but the service itself has been really good and personable.

This location is superior to any other Starbucks location within and around the Indianapolis downtown area. The staff and customer service are unmatched.Once I watched my barista stir my complex, sugar free order & I thanked her for taking the time to mix it up, she just responded she makes it the way she would want hers. That’s always stuck with me! The line is long, but worth the wait. Never a bad experience. Just.. QUALITY. Thank you for always making me feel welcomed like I’m visiting friends when I stop in! You guys are next level fantastic.

Katie, store manager, is pretty rude. My order was not satisfactory, and I called to let her know. Instead of apologizing so got sarcastic and rude on the phone.

Always glad to have the opportunity to visit this Starbucks. Im always there immediately after they open when I do order at this particular location and theyre exceedingly friendly, fast, and accurate with the orders...even at 4:30 AM. Thank you for that!!

Wonderful staff! At least 4 people greeted me/told me to have a good day. That definitely came down from corporate, and they were good on customer connections before. But still one of my fave SBUX locations.

This is a fantastic Starbucks, located on N. Capitol, a block south of Methodist Hospital, in Indy! They have won at least two awards for the fastest, most accurate and customer-friendly Starbucks in Indianapolis and the Midwest! Theres plenty of seating inside and outside,...this place is always buzzing all day long! Management is very progressive and staff make it an enjoyable experience! Stocked with everything you need from a Coffeehouse, plus you might even see someone you know,...like Mayor Hoggset grabbing a quick coffee on his way to the next presentation!

Popular location. Line is often long but wait isnt terrible considering. They didnt get our last order correct but we also didnt have time to circle back through the line to let them know or attempt to correct it. Errors are bound to happen from time to time especially being so busy.

Stopped in for one of Winters biggest upsides: a venti hot chocolate.The inside seating is not currently available due to Covid, but the interior was neat as a pin and felt very safe.The drive-thru was subsequently packed, but the employees were humming along through the orders and seemed well adjusted to tje hubbub.An employee named Erik was fixing my hot chocolate and was chatty and nice in spite of the buzz of activity.All in all, a very nice experience thanks to the efficient and pleasant attitude of the workers.Great job!

I had the coziest spot next to a fireplace-like heater!Things I liked:I love the outdoor options. Very wide space high ceilings...Service was very good as one would expect from a Starbucks.Different:There are locks on the restrooms requiring a push code to unlock the doors.

I just left from here about 30 mins ago. I ordered two Carmel frapps cream base for kids and that’s not what they received. I wasn’t able to turn back around to correct the order due time frame for our next destination. Also when I asked to split the amount between the two, it was done incorrectly. It’s frustrating that we not only wasted money but also our time. The girls are disappointed. I tried to call this location 3 times, however no one answered. I really want to give zero stars.

Fast, friendly, fantastic.Wanted a smoothie, however they dont sell smoothies but the nice young lady in the drive through was incredibly helpful and offered many options including a strawberry lemonade blended. Havent got it yet but I am QUITE excited.

I love this particular location. It can be quite busy at times but, the staff there is amazing! They are always upbeat and a pleasure to deal with in the morning. Ive recently started ordering the dragon drink with coconut milk and its delicious. Theres one minor thing depending on who fixes your drink it may taste different.

The lot outside the curb barrier is a tow away zone. You will be fine to park their if you have someone to move the vehicle if your vehicle is about to be towed.Downtown INDIANAPOLIS has the worse parking ever, but a great place to meet outgoing people.

Never anything bad to say about Starbucks! Great atmosphere, great staff, excellent coffee AND triple filtered water. My daughter loves the cake pops and I love the cookies. Always kept very clean, inside and out. The only downfall I have to disagree with is when they changed the gold member perks and how many stars you had to receive in order to get your 1 free coffee. Everything else is so great that I can overlook that

No shame here, Ill admit it, Im a Starbucks addict and no plans of changing that anytime soon. That being said I hope corporate can get their act together with this location. Ive frequently gone to this location (25+ times before writing this review) and Im consistently disappointed. If its not the cleanliness (should say lack of actually), the drink quality and accuracy, sometimes the long line and staff standing around not helping, its the staffs downright rude and lack of caring that gets to me. Parking lot is always packed for the most part so good luck with parking. But despite these things its still Starbucks and if you need your fix theyll take care you.

Good luck getting in to this Starbucks! The line for the drive thru frequently extends out into the street. This isnt the fault of the staff. Theyre simply isnt enough room to handle the traffic.

Always so slow. Other than early mornings, slowest drive thru Starbucks ever. I travel and I’m probably in 100 different SB each year. This one is consistently horrible. Count on 7 to 12 minutes from the time you line up until you pull away. Every time. Wish there were a better option for me. Corporate needs to fix this.

Today was not a great day. As I was ordering a coffee travel box, it was clear they didnt want to make it. They debated with me if I really wanted it considering it would take 30 minutes. I proceeded with the order. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked if my order was ready. After some scrambling and annoyed looks, they said they forgot to make it and I would need to wait some more.I dont know what is more perplexing: 1) needing to wait 30min for coffee at a coffee store? ...or 2) being essentially told by a coffee store that making a large quantity of coffee was inconvenient. I used to think that these were core competencies of a Starbucks.As we were leaving (refunded but still empty handed) we did share our experience with the store manager. Very nice person, but at that point, it was too late to do anything. We were already late to a meeting and didnt have another 30minutes to wait.Very disappointed in them today.

Line was around the building.. and I was out of there QUICK! Coffee was as ordered and waiting on me at the window!
