My experience was excellent and I worked with Xavier who was very quick at replying. I needed to find a car for my wife and we had spend several days looking but having mixed experiences throughout Houston. I did know what I was looking for and not every car on the lot is a gem, but Xavier was very respectful and allowed me to test drive the cars I was looking at. I came to my conclusion and was able to buy my car right away. I did have to wait for the plates but they gave me a paper plate- they even laminated it to make it look clean and last. I will say that they are a dealer so they will charge for the title and fees on top of the cost of the car but for me that is good because going to the DMV is not fun and this made it easier on me. This is the worst place to buy a car . I bought a car there 6 months ago the day after I bought it the clutch went out and they fixed it only to take 2 weeks and put the clutch disc in backwards. Also I paid tax title and license and have yet to get either Im forced to bug him every month for a new paper tag . He lies constantly about anything and everything. If I were you I would not ever purchase anything from them .
