This late in the year, I really didnt think that they could find a Pan America for me, but they were confident that they could and delivered. My salesman Ivan did a great job and everyone was very welcoming, helpful and invited me to join them on their rides. Very much appreciated.

All I can say is KRISTEN RICHARDS!!!I was on a bike trip from Atlanta to Houston this passed weekend and bought a front wheel and tire (from another shop). Quick side note: dont ever make any kind of modifications to your bike that can affect the quality of your ride while on a road trip. Its just not wise.Back to the story. I went with a 21 inch wheel and had a horrible vibration at 75 mph. I definitely wasnt riding back to Atlanta like this. I got up early Saturday morning and went to Mancuso Harley and was greeted by the most incredible Service Manage Ive ever met. Kristen listened so carefully and her level of concern made me feel like I was the most important person in the world at that moment. At the same time, my Brothers bike was having electrical problems. Kristen and her team went over our bikes like a team of surgeons! Come to find out, there was so much dangerously wrong with how the other shop installed my wheel. All of her techs were just as concerned and dedicated as she was. She would also come out and explain to us what was going periodically. When I left, my bike rode like a dream! I was able to get back to Atlanta safe and sound. Id just like to say, Kristen Richarchds your passion for quality and customer care deserves 100 stars! If youre ever in Atlanta, please look me up. Your trip is on me! Thank you! Staff here is amazing. It was obvious we werent buying a new bike the day we came in from out of town small child in tow in the pouring rain. But a young man took the time to talk with me about a beautiful pink softail that caught my eye anyway. Even though they were closing up he took the time to move the bike encourage me to sit on it . This is true salesmanship. I hope the dealership knows what a gem they have.

I bought a used Road Glide online and had it shipped out of state to my location. The whole process was simple and pleasant. Michael Catter is an awesome sales person...he was easy to talk to from first day all the way through to day of delivery at my home. He answered my calls/texts right away, even on his days off...sorry Michael! He even stayed in contact with me the entire time the bike was in transit, despite the fact that any shipping issues wouldnt have been Mancusos responsibility. The bike was just as described with no unexpected flaws or other sorts of surprises. Since I was an out of state buyer, Michael took video of the bike, both running and not, and sent me whatever else I asked for. I cant express enough thanks to Michael and the entire Mancuso team for making my purchase so easy and, yes, pleasant.

My family and I went to get our motorcycle endorsement and the experience was fabulous. The instructors are very kind, fun and dont give up on people until they learn the skills. They explain the rules very clearly. I really appreciate the job, time and effort the instructors put into providing and unforgettable experience.

The salesman would not send me the The numbers we made a agreement on. When I got there to sign he said sorry I made a mistake and transposed the numbers ( this is called a lure) he got me there and the payment jumped up about 80.00. Be careful choose Ranch Harley they are upfront and truthful.

I went to this establishment to get my endorsement for the Can Am Ryker. The person who taught the class is A-1. He mad you feel at ease, welcome, safe, and he is real funny. He is very knowledgeable of motor cycles seeing that he own around 17 of his on. I had a great time, and all around good experience.

Bought a bike from Mancuso yesterday and the entire experience was awesome. Russell Maples was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. This was not my first time buying a Harley but it was surely the best time I have had buying one. Definitely going back for parts, service, or buying another bike!

Very nice dealership with a great selection. I went in yesterday looking for a new sport glide and the salesman told me he didn’t have a new one now but showed me a nice used one he had in the back. I liked it and wanted to buy the bike but they only seemed interested in financing and after three attempts of getting a price with no answer I just gave up and left. I’ll be buying a sport glide but not from here.

First off I own a different brand, loved it. I thought I couldnt be swayed. Then this place blew my mind. Went in looking to browse and get some quotes, I walk out with a harley I love. What truly sold me was their atmosphere and their staff. They made the whole process smooth, enjoyable, and all about my comfort level. These guys are the gold standard. I can truly see why the harley-davidson brand is where it is at today by their example. I cant say enough to Express how happy I am that I strolled in there (well i could but it would exceed the allowed characters). You guys are definitely getting recommended!

Ive purchased cars and bikes before, but this experience was a memorable one. They educated me without pushing me. When I decided on the deal they gave me a lengthy tour and went over all the departments. Everyone made me feel like a part of the family. D-Walt was great and made my little family feel like a part of his family.

I DONT do reviews but this has to be heard/said. This is my 2014 Street Glide Special that I purchased from LUMBERJACK HD in Nacogdoches about 6 moths ago... so WHY am I reviewing Mancuso? Simple, John, in service is amazing. This bike has a complete stage one (when I bought it) but the heavy breather was installed incorrectly. I have a ton of documentation showing that LUMBERJACK FAILED TO FIX MY BIKE UNLESS I WAS THREATENING COURT. The manager at Mancuso, she told me to come over and talk to John. We will definitely take care of you.This is EXACTLY what they did. The heavy breather, AGAIN, was having issues so they fix it RIGHT. They (Mancuso) also adjusted my headlights (didnt ask), installed a tender on the bike (didnt charge me) detailed and done correct. John showed me everything Lumberjack did (scratches TRYING to fix their own issue). John said he would put a tender on the bike and just bring him mine to swap out. Who, as a company, does this for customers, all the while understanding that covid effected everyone. Mancuso is a business that makes you feel like your bike is the most important bike in the shop. EVERY MINOR DETAIL is checked and noted.Thank you Mancuso and I HOPE YOU SEND THIS TO LUMBERJACK HD so they can learn what a real dealership does for customers. Mancuso has helped me above and beyond and I didnt buy this bike from them but it will for now on be serviced ONLY HERE!.

I bought a 2019 HD Heritage Classic in Nebraska & had it shipped to me in Tomball, TX...it got damaged on the journey...and the shipping company asked me to get an estimate for repair at my local HD dealership...my initial contact was Steve Hansen at Mancuso Harley-Davidson Crossroads...he did an estimate at no charge...professional assistance is the LEAST that I can say about this gentleman! The shipping company approved my repair with all new parts and paid the labor...Steve was genuine, and so caring...took care of everything, and my bike looks great! I will use Mancuso Crossroads for service & accessories from now on, all because of Steve...this is my 3rd Harley, and the other dealerships in Houston can learn a lot about customer service from this individual!

After buying 3 Harley’s over 20 years at Mancuso they are refusing to work on any bikes over 20 years old, even refusing to sell me a battery or help install it when my 2006 died near the dealership-what an inconceivably bad PR move that will lose them thousands of previously loyal customers- it’s so blatantly ridiculous and insulting to so many.

Came in to inquire about helmet, the sales lady said she had to get it from the back and asked if she could take care a customer that came in. I said sure but another three customers came and took care of them too and when she was done with them, then she told me she had to to do a tour. I was the first one there and waited 15 min for her to tell me that. Bad service, never returning.

I was not aware that you could accumulate Harley Points for wardrobe, accessories. Ive spent enough in this store to fulfill and send my points to a hack job Raul account. So not very honest. The Staff is rude to minorities in comments under they breath.

This was the worst I mean the worst experience I have ever had at a Harley-Davidson dealership. I was on a road trip and I had problems with my bike. I had it towed to the dealership and was told it will take 10 days to get the part, I chose to stay in Texas for 10 days waiting on my bike. I never ever heard from the service department I called never got a return call back after multiple messages, when I finally talked to my service advisor Korna he was the worst. Said parts not in I’ll call you. So I flew back to Ga and I checked on the bike twice a week, the guy never returned my call I have to keep calling, after 31 days I called and said to another advisor since I could never get a call back from Korna that I was headed to get my bike from Texas fixed or not. He said he would have the service advisor give me a call. After waiting 5 hrs on a call back I had to call and then when I reached him he acted like he didn’t know who I was after all the messages I left. He said the bike was ready so I can pick it up. I arrived at 09:00 the next morning to get my bike and was greeted by a lady in service that was super nice she said come check out the new ignition to make sure it was satisfactory. I checked it out it still didn’t work so the lady had them check and repair. I will never recommend anyone here this has been the worst experience I have had in my life. If you are in Houston please take your bike somewhere else

My salesman (Floyd) was low-pressure but always available when I had a question. Trade-in was better than I expected, which allowed me to make the purchase. My new bike is in a hard-to-find color (Road Glide Limited in Scorched Orange/Silver Flux) but when I called they had just received one so I closed the deal on the same day. Overall, very pleased with Mancuso H-D.
