I ordered a rifle online and they shipped it to my LGS within 36 hours and a few days later I had it. At first I wasn’t sure as I had not heard of them but I’m glad I made my purchase here! Everything arrived as described In mint condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great prices. I’ve placed 10+ orders with PA and things always go smooth.Quickest shippers in the game and product is always right.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve had 2 situations where I’ve ordered a product and the next day it’s cheaper or on sale and they won’t honor the difference even tho I haven’t even received the product yet.Most businesses honor price differences especially ones that are less than 24 hours apart for same product. Just feel like if they cared a bit more about their customers they’d honor it.Again I’m not talking about like 1-2 weeks later price reductions, I literally mean next day price reductions sometimes 12 hours after I placed the order.Overall they are a great business with great product and quick shipping. Can’t ask much more than that.

This business is the worst example of customer service! I went here today to make a purchase and was told they only accept online orders…? I literally placed an order on my phone while I was there and then got to wait 30 minutes for a simple single item. While I waited I witnessed six other potential customers come in to purchase something and they were all told the same thing… Three left and three did the same ridiculous thing I had to do? Almost everyone in the store was complaining about the wait and how bizarre and inefficient it was to make a simple “in-store” purchase. It’s such a shame that this cluster of a system they have is running off customers?! There are too many options online without the hassle and complete lack of customer service, I will not be returning.

2 years ago these guys would have got 6 stars from me if that was a option there lucky I can only give one star today. They have complicated things so much and there customer service has become non existent. Orders taking forever to get filled, no response from customer eservice, days to get a local order, hours to be pick up a FFL item., rude staff, poor shipping practices, and I am so tired of hearing the Covid 19 excuse, Its over get back to work deal with it, as they say the new norm

Ordered a jig for one of my builds which did not work for me and sent them an email to return the product and exchange it for something else their customer service was fast response and very helpful they emailed me back a return label within an hour, after they received the product back they shipped out the replacement product within a few days. There products are great quality and customer service is top notch I highly recommend you give them a try.

My absolute favorite gun store. Prices are as good as Big Daddy and you dont have to pay 9.95 a month membership. Primary arms shipping is faster than any other gun store period!!! Customer service return policy sucks Bought a primary optic through them which wasdefective. After getting passed around to at least 5 different agents 3 by phone and 2 by email who you could tell didnt even want to there. They make you jump through all kinds of hoops take all kinds of pictures before even accepting a return. After all that theyre wanting just to give you store credit. Hope you have patience if You decide to do business with them.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful. I ordered an FFL transfer and their turnaround time was exactly 24 hrs from receiving it. I would recommend transfers here. Unfortunately can’t give them 5 stars as their female associate over the phone told me I can pick up my item as soon as it arrives but was told otherwise once I called for collection. Not a big deal but I believe the whole staff should be aware on their protocol/procedures.

I have bought many items this month from Primary Arms and I have had no issues with them. I ordered online and did an in store pick up. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. The items are top quality. I would give them 5 stars but you have to pay online first and I would like a the ability to inspect the item before I buy it. They do have a solid return policy but I still would like to inspect the item before I spend money.

Absolutely amazing optics for rifles under $500. Their prism scopes have real clear glass and stand up in the field. Their branded scopes perform as well as others priced 2X higher.

They had items others didn’t have. And the prices were good. I called with a question and immediately got someone that answered my question. They shipped the same day. I chose UPS Ground and got the equipment in two days. The order was correct and all brand new in original packaging. Very impressed. Will buy from them in the future.

Ive shopped here over the years but havent after moving to Dallas. I visited a friend and purchase a firearm or two from Primary Arms and chose to pickup. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I am glad nothing has changed from their great service years ago. Except with COVID it wasnt as busy. Definitely recommend them for your parts or ffl needs.

Two major issues with this place. I ordered a transfer rifle that was shipped and delivered within a week. It took these guys almost a month to find it and schedule me an appointment to get it picked up. After scheduling an appointment and arriving on time, it took over an hour to get it and leave. They need to have a better system of storage in there warehouse for the people they force to make an appointment and not just say we cant find it.Long story short; dont transfer your firearm here!!!

Always have a positive experience with this company. Ive bought a couple firearms, and built 2 ARs. Ive only ever had 1 issue and it was the post office losing my package not Primary Arms. Will continue to purchase from them.

Spam, spam and more spam! Placed an order for multiple pieces of gear, went well, shipped and got here quick. But now Im getting 3 spam emails a day from them. They would have had a repeat customer before the junk emails. Now I guarantee Ill never make another purchase from them.

Complete waste of time unless you have already bought what you want and just going to pick it up. There are about 20 optics on a table in boxes. There are about 6 computer stations along one wall so you can order what you want online. Then you turn around and wait in the same room with about 20 other people to have your name called. Once it finally is called you go up to a winow to fill out paperwork, and they then slide your purcases through the opening. This is a pick up location, NOT a showroom

I havent been able to get to the store in person, but they have been prompt, courteous and responsive. Decent prices and they are a local business (Support Texas Vendors!). I built a rifle or every now and then and they will continue to get my business!

Here I am, calling for an update, since its been delivered a whole week ago and the people on the phone seem unorganized and lost, had to call twice to get a response since they said they would call back. When it was delivered a week ago when I was in town they said it wasnt delivered and yet Im calling a week later when Im back working out of town and they finally find my package?!I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND shipping any firearms to this location. Drove 45 minutes to visit this place only to find out they are rejecting customers. Was told this was reflected on their website however at this moment it clearly says on their website to visit our retail showroom. Not to mention they have large posters on their doors saying you must bow to the crown and wear a muzzle before entering their establishment. I should have known better than to try giving my money to this place. Ill stick to Spring Guns and Armory where they actually believe in freedom and liberty.EDIT* Its funny how they updated their website to reflect showroom closure even though I was told (with confidence) that their website was already up-to-date on their plandemic guidelines.

The purchase process was easy. The delivery was timely.....but if there is an issue with your order, like mine, they make it all but impossible to do a return. The website has you fill out an email request for an RMA which states that it could be 4 days for a reply. Ive filled the form out every 4 days for two weeks and no one ever responds. The phones are offline so you cant speak to anyone either.If you do business with these guys, you better hope your order goes perfectly smooth or youre stuck with what youve got.

Well i exclusively used primary arms optics until recently when they decided to act like democrats and close their store front to walk ins. You can still order and pick up in store but I dont want to spend my hard earned money on something I cant put my hands on and look at in person, especially if Im shelling out $500-700 or morethat said I just called after the governor lifted the mask/occupancy restrictions to see if they plan to open up fully and they said no and gave me the covid excuse, then when i mentioned the lifted restrictions and asked to be transferred to a manager I got put on hold then hung up on... worst customer service Ive ever experienced. these liberals will never receive a dime from me again and I will have a PA 1x8 silver series and a 5x prism sight for sale soon.

I have purchased several items from Primary Arms website and have been extremely pleased by their customer service, shipping times and the products themselves.One example includes the purchase of the Primary Arms Micro Dot MD-RGB-II red dot sight... easy to install and hold zero perfectly. Purchased with Radical Firearms co-witness riser for use on 300 BLK SBR and could not be happier with the result.Spent a few minutes on the phone prior to purchasing, and had no issues at all.

Bought a red dot sight, and I have put about 5k rounds through my AK with it. It started having a parallax shift, and I spoke to Jimmy about it. I am getting it replaced; the process was very simple and transparent. They make great products, and their customer care is flawless. These guys are great! Brick-and-mortar place for pretty much everything you need for your build. When a safety plunger spring sprang its way to freedom, I thought my build was on hold for a week or more while I waited for a replacement to arrive. A friend recommended that I check with these guys, and sure enough, they had them on hand. (During the pandemic, they’ve been allowing you to order online and pick up at the store in the time it takes you to get there.) I got to finish my build that night.A short while after I found them, I ordered another couple items and tried to pick it up around lunchtime on Friday (7/3), but they’d had to close unexpectedly. I contacted customer service, and Rigo (with Storefront) got back with me in minutes. He explained the situation and I asked them to go ahead and ship the parts. Within an hour or so, I got a notification that the stuff was in the mail, and it all arrived today (7/6). That’s faster than I’ve received an online order in MONTHS, and over a holiday weekend, to boot. (Even Amazon isn’t promising next business day on much of anything these days).It’s nice to see a business go out of its way to take care of both their customers and their own people. I’ll definitely be back.

I have sent two emails over the past two days and have not received a response from this company. I consider myself a patient person but this delay is excessive.

Ordered some ammo recently and FedEx Packaged arrived completed damaged like someone ripped it open. Now I know that the package handlers at FedEx dont care about packages and just throw stuff around. Tried to contact Primary Arms via email, and got a reply from Van but never heard back again. So basically their customer service is terrible, and quality of shipping is terrible as well.

These guys at Primary Arms are the best. Been to many private arms rooms and these guys blow them away. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Didnt want to leave and I could have talked shop all day.

I understand it was 20 minutes for the store closed me and another customer who was parked next to me to pick up our order. Two employees saw each of us and didnt say a thing it was at 7:30 the other customer left and I walked up to the front door seeing that it was sealed up and locked so needless say I did not get my order. Ive been a customer for primary arms for a long time. the simple fact the two employee saw us and did not say a thing to either one of us is what upset me if they would have said sorry you came too late to pick up your order I would have been fine with that but nobody said a thing as I sit there for close to an hour.

A year ago their customer service was top notch. I have since seen it decline, under the excuse of Covid-19. Takes days and multiple emails to talk to a live person on the phone. Im shopping local from now on

Let me start by disclosing that I RARELY write reviews. Im the person who usually only comments when I have an abysmal experience. However, this company deserves the kudos.Simpy put, this is a fantastic company. Their customer service is exceptional. Their scopes are best in class for the price and their prices are very competitive. Anytime I shop for shooting products, I always go to Primary Arms first. Yes, sometimes youll find products cheaper elsewhere, but I recommend that you consider spending the little extra with PA. These are good folks that run an honest outfit.

Love these guys. They’re to busy to take a call but wow great shipping times. I think my gun parts actually arrived the next day.

Honestly it was a great deal since I only ordered 3 safety detent springs. Problem? Order arrived in a empty box. Honestly it was kinda funny. It was an empty box with two packaging air bags. What are you protecting? The emptiness within apparently. I just ordered a bcg too and lets hope they dont outright forget my order again.Edit: was emailed and the service rep responded half an hour later. Fast but unnecessarily convoluted.Pretty funny how little testing they did. Got a call from them and was left a message to call back with an extension to schedule a pickup. Call the number they left and was met with a recorded message saying they are not taking calls. Tried dialing with both , and ; extension and both didnt work. Its kinda sad that they didnt take the time to make a single phone call or two seconds to consider what they are doing. I always held firearms retailers to a higher standard and Primary Arms clearly did not meet it.

Twice now Ive tried to visit their location to make a purchase. The first time was on me. They were having a new years sale, so I went on new years day.Most stores just close early on New years day, so I didnt think anything of it. Turns out they took the whole weekend off. Odd that you have a new years sale then are closed the entire weekend... but thats their prerogative. Like I said, thats on me, it was a holiday.I tried again a week later and walked up to a few guys standing outside the store. Wondering why they were hovering outside the store, I asked if there was a limited amount of people inside and if thats why they were outside. Its Covid times, I understand that.One of the guys worked there, which I suspected given the way he was talking to another guy when I walked up. He said yes, and asked me if I had an appointment. I told him no, then he started to explain how I couldnt go inside, and curbside is down so they are shipping locally for free. I cared nothing about that. I was there to make an FFL purchase and know it cant be shipped.I flat out stated in a questioning tone, So I cant make a purchase? He told me I could if it wasnt a FFL related, I cut him off and said its FFL related, his response was not todayHe had other things to say, but I walked away. I cant hold a weapon and ask questions about it online. I cant make a cash transaction online. A google search said they were open in-store, not Open in-store* *with appointment.I know they wont miss me or my money, but I wont be returning.

Ordering and shipping are always timely on accessories. Friendly staff, great selection. They have become my goto provider on numerous categories. I do with they would reopen the phones, but I havent had much trouble with the email side of communication. I highly recommend.

This review isnt focused on the quality of products from other vendors, Primary arms specific products, or anything else they happen to sell this is based upon customer service. Primary arms has some of the slowest response times when it comes to their email. upon inspection of the website there is a number advertised at the top of the page. I called the number as usually you can speak to a real person and get your issue resolved relatively quickly. after calling their number youre told that they are no longer answering their phones due to COVID, and instead they advise to contact them through their email address. 3 days and 3 emails later I finally get a response. I have now had to contact them a second time for a different reason and I have run into the same issue and am still waiting on a response. I understand we are all going through a tough time but i get better communication from a Chinese amazon store then i do from Primary arms. Please do better

Customer Service Supervisor Darrell G just took 20 minutes out of his crazy day (highest demand ever) to call me back about an email from the day before requesting help with a problem/error on an order that was in process which I was worried would get shipped requiring a return or some such. He counseled me on all my options and was so patient and helpful, it was amazing. Great guy. Will most definitely buy from Primary Arms next time, probably very soon.

Dont use for FFL transfer if you want to see your firearm any time soon. I know its a pandemic and all but these folks are nearly impossible to get ahold of and if you have to change the transfer appointment, good luck getting someone on the line who can help you. I have bought so much stuff here and received many firearm transfers with them, but dont think I will use them again until the pandemic is over. Unanswered emails and voicemails are frustrating. I know FFL transfers are probably low margin sales, but if you cant do it well, why do it at all. Once there, I have a CHL and the process still took forever. I will still shop here and have stuff shipped, but wont do any more business that requires in person contact with them

Place online order for pickup. Never got email letting me know order ready for pickup so after a week I sent an email asking when order would be ready for pickup. Got reply within a few hours.... Arrived at store to pickup a few hours later. Texted upon arrival..... waiting 20 minutes.... texted again... guy finally came out with order... nothing complicated, just a few magazines. Always try to buy local when possible, but between waiting over a week for pickup confirmation and then waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for my order, will not be ordering from these guys again.

Top notch outfit. Most companies right now are 2+ weeks out on ship dates. I put my order in at Primary Arms at 830 pm and they shipped the next day. Parts were what I ordered and we will see how the fit and finish ends up.

I went on black Friday. Place was packed! I waited in line to speak with an associate and asked to see a rifle, he went in the back and brought it out for me to inspect and answered a few questions for me (first time buyer). I did all the registration there and was out very quickly (almost an hour and and a half). Staff were very polite and professional, always instructing people to make sure they practice safe firearm handling.Will be recommending to friends and do highly recommend.

First and last time I’ll ever order anything from here. I placed my order online and asked for in store pickup. I received a confirmation email stating that my order is ready. I drive over an hour to the store to pickup my handgun and I’m greeted outside the door by an employee telling me that I need an appointment and they will email me and let me know when I can pick up my handgun. Also if I would have read on the website it states you need an appointment (if you just so happen to click the right link), there are many. No where on the website when you’re putting your payment information does it say this, and no where in the confirmation email does it say anything. Employee at the door was not even willing to try and help me. I’ll never do business here again. You can’t even call and talk to anyone because they don’t answer the phone.

I tried to give these guys a chance, I placed an order back in June and after many failed attempts of scheduling an order. They said promised me an opening on the 3rd of Sept, I get to town and then at the last minute they cancel. Thats no place to run a business. I will take my money elsewhere. Website is horrible on their operation hours and how they deliver/sell to the public at the store front. Have everything shipped to your home or another FFL. It is almost like they dont know what a phone is for. Went there today and I will never go again.The online says the lobby is open as well as the phone directory.I get there after driving an hour.They tell me I cant come in due to the lobby being closed and they claim they dont have any inventory out.When clearly Im looking at items on the wall.I ask can they get me a few items such as a Kak Blade 2.0 and magazines they tell me I cant get anything I have to go online to order.I tell them even if Im here then I express multiple times Im driving from Cypress,Texas.I go sit in my car due to frustration,I watch 4 people go in all being white of course.Three of the 4 come out.Of the 3 only 1 have an item in their hands from ffl.I thought the only Gun company that treats Black people like 2nd class citizens was Carters County in Spring.Guess I was wrong . I’ve been shooting my whole life, I was in the military, now I work private security and also work for a different FFL. I’ve had a few orders through Primary Arms and each time go to pick it up in store. From my experience these guys couldn’t make it any better or easier. They know what they are talking about, have always had a “no problem” type of customer service.

PA wasted my time by accepting my money and my FFL order online and then turned me away when I showed up to pick it up. Telling me to make an appointment for anything involving FFL. I drove an hour to pick up my order, paid a bunch in tolls. NOTHING in the order confirmation (pic attached) indicates that I would have to make an appointment. Nothing on the item page. Nothing on the homepage.Steer clear of these guys until they figure out how to fix their process. Im clearly irritated by the lack of communication of the reality.Update: Once I finally heard from them and once I got my appointment scheduled, the pickup was painless. Im still disappointed in the broken process, but I am not sure if they have fixed it yet.

Dan Hernandez, the FFL Supervisor in particular went above and beyond in putting in extra time & communicating with the other parties involved when we hit an unforseen snag in a class III transfer. I recently made a purchase at Primary Arms in Houston, Texas and a few days later I noticed that one of my purchases went on sale. I contacted Primary Arms through email and asked them to refund the difference and a gentleman named Tony got back with me right away. He stated that they had a 45 day price guarantee and that they would refund the money right away. That really speaks to their customer service and the way they treat their customers is top notch. I will continue to be a loyal customer and I must say it is good to have a company like Primary Arms in Houston.

They usually have some good prices and run sales often. No complaints at all about the products. They are just resellers of other people’s stuff, so this is a review of the company itself. I’ve reached out several times to customer service and they always tell me I need to speak with a certain group/team so they transfer me and I leave voicemails and I get no callback. I send emails and get no reply. I used to do a lot of business here, but I’ve scaled it back because of their lack of customer service. Since you can buy pretty much everything at other places, maybe you should.

We returned a couple of unwanted items back to them but theyre not providing refund. They dont pick up calls; they are very unresponsive. Theres no way to contact them in any way. What am I supposed to do? Ive already shipped the products back. Very bad service. Very disappointed.

So I have a few problems with this company. The first is that they store your payment information without your consent. You have to actively go and remove your information from their site. Federal law requires that you actively give consent for payment information to be saved by any company. Even after explaining this to their representative on the phone, which the lady said she knew, I was told I had to remove it myself. She did not grasp that their storing it was illegal in the first place.My next problem is that if anything in their site has any form of discount they will not give any military/law enforcement discount on that item.So where is the motivation for purchasing anything from this company when other companies give military discounts even if the product is already on sale? The AR 15 upper I was going to purchase through them was $43 more expensive than a competitive store because that store gave me a military discount. I would recommend a different store.If you have purchased anything from here you better make sure your payment information is not saved in their database.

After contacting returns and finding the product was not under warranty, they told me I should send it in anyway, so I did.
