KVondrick Parker set me up on a new phone plan and sold me on the Galaxy S21. The camera alone is worth it! I am so happy with my new phone! K was knowledgeable about the pros/cons of different plans, knew the specifics on data usage, made me aware of the fine print with each plan, and was very personable. Set up was so easy. He made sure I got all the discounts possible and I was in and out very quickly. Im so glad I switched carriers. I saw a change in service immediately!

Very happy with my experience here today. Have been a Verizon customer for many years now and went in to talk with them about phones. I have quite a few questions and the woman rolled her eyes at me. Jorge, or George is VERY helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to help me find a perfect monthly package for me and my wifes cell phone budget. He also helped me purchase and update my iPhone. Then he set up my new phone and also helped me pick up all the great accessories I need to keep my phone safe, protected and easily charged up. He is a great sales person. He is friendly and very professional.

Great service, and got me set up with my new phone surprisingly quickly.

I got 2 lines with the understanding it would be 120 approximately a month. I asked every question in the book to not get hidden fees or a large first bill. With my experience with direct TV I knew it would happen. Also If a activation fee was needed to start service, about how much it was going to be a month and so on. I was there about 2 hours with thier computer glitches. My father was paying 50 a month for his phone bill so we added a line under my name. I asked for the cheapest phone. She said the Samsung galaxy A11 was free but I asked if was going to be making installments to pay it off. I did not want that. I just feel if like I was not told the truth in order to make a sell. I just got my first bill and and bam $214. You guys need to make sure your sales team people give correct and accurate anwers. When asked about billing before purchasing a phone. Now Im paying installments for 2 phones, which I didnt want and on top of that a activation fee (which I could have paid in store that day to not make my first months bill this much. Please stop adding fees and things to a bill I was not informed of when I signed up. Now I have a 214 bill that is due on the 19th and only had my phone for about 2 weeks. My goodness. Very displeased will not be adding lines or other service to my account. Also will let my friends and family know not to get wireless service with you guys either.

I switch from sprint (Sept.the 19th. 2019) because of the coverage that At&T offer. While in the store with preparing to move 3 lines over, the rep. said that the activation frees would be waved. Six days later I got my bill and it showed that i was being charge $90.00 dollars for activating my 3 lines. I went back to the story and tried to get the fees taken of, and of course they would not do it.After a while, I called in to At&t customer service and a new door of kindness opened up. Gretchen R. (the customer service rep.) took care of all the issues that I was have. I could not get all the fees removed, but enough to make me add another line to my account, with no activation fees..Gretchen, being a business owner I would like to say that the customer service that I received from you today was the best service that I have ever received in my life. Thank you for being understanding, and most of all, thank you for you 25 year of service with At&t..............

I went in with some internet questions. Roman was very helpful and made sure I got the best promotion possible. You could tell he genuinely cared about my needs as a customer and wanted to help me. I recently moved and had to switch from xfinity after being with them for over 5 years. I indeed was nervous at first, but Roman guided me through the process pretty easily. This will certainly be my new go to store.

I came to the store upset due to having a extremely horrible morning. All I wanted to do was set up a phone plan for my mom, who lives off of those little prepaid flip phones, and leave. I have to say I was in just shocked at the service I was given. If I could I’d give them 10 stars. The employees that assisted me were Tori and I believe his name is Eric. They we so sweet and understanding. They took their time with me because they knew I was in such a dreadful and unfavorable mood. I do apologize again for how I treated y’all when I walked in. Thanks again for your service! I will be coming back.

I have never experienced good customer service until I walked into this store. The staff was great, Eric went above and beyond to address my issues! I would highly recommend coming to see him!

Both times I’ve been here, it always the same, 1 guy who takes forever with one customer, literally I spent one hour each time and basically we were just 2-3 people inside. Losing a lot of time!

I stopped at this store to make a LARGE purchase and change of services. Then I was asked to give this store a good review (which I did but now regret)! I was told certain charges would be waived. This was done in front of at least three other store employees. I have dealt with these not-waived charges now for at least three months. AT&T services cant help me. Everybody tells me the store manager is the ONLY one who can. I have gone to the store more than once (which is more than enough) to catch someone who can help me, even though the store is a half hour drive from home (even farther from work). I ask to speak to someone above her and Im told there is no one. The shop is privately owned by a third party who seemingly cares nothing about the customer service experience, only about making profits. There is no way for a customer to feel as if they can go somewhere to get an issue finally and indefinitely resolved. I do not recommed you being a consumer at this store. Run away as fast as you can if you value your hard earned money.

Gary took his time with me and my husband on getting us set up with 2 phones and a tablet. Was even willing to stay past closing time to make sure we understood the products since we are not very techy. Went back today and met with Greg who took his time answering all my questions. Superior staff working at this location. Would highly recommend this location.

I walked into this location with 2% phone battery and was greeted by Fernando with a smile! I asked if I could charge my phone and he was very kind and allowed me to charge to 100%. This may not mean much to anyone, but some locations give you a hard time, if you are not needing service/sale items. All of the staff was really nice.

Could work on the initial greeting. Granted, both reps (guy and gal) each had customers. But eventually, the lady addressed me and directed me to tech support the efficient way (611)! I am always hesitant to go into authorized retailers bc I got screwed over once (by Verizon) but in the end, my rep and another lady, manager here, were very knowledgeable and helpful!! Sorry I didn’t note y’alls names! I spend hours on the phone with customer service and get little help. These two took care of 3 issues for me and my family in less than an hour. That’s a win for me.

I called them the moment they open to see if they had any iPhone 7, as I had broken mine the night before. They said that they had plenty in stock as well as no wait time so I rushed over. Gerry was my specialist. Not only was he extremely friendly and very informative (on upgrades, payment plans, new accessories) but he was very friendly and wasnt pushy when I declined any additional services. Upon check out there was an issue with the card reader, though he took care of the problem very quickly and effectively. Ive been an AT&T customer for six years and this is by far the best in store experience Ive ever had. Thank you again Gerry!

I HATE ATT&T. I’ve had ATT before and I hated it, I don’t know what I was thinking to give y’all another try. I came to this location to add a phone to an existing line and these idiots added a SEPARATE line. So then I owed $372 on my monthly bill for TWO phones. Like WTF???? FOR TWO PHONES?? LOL. Then I called customer service and they said I still had to pay it and would credit me back. NO. I’m not shilling out more money than negotiated because one of your associates made a mistake. THATS YOUR FAULT. I can’t believe ATT, the audacity! If you made a mistake, then YOU fix it. I CANT WAIT for my contract to end. NEVER AGAIN WITH ATT. Save your money and time! To ANYWHERE ELSE but ATT!

I worked with Neil in December to make some changes to my Family Plan. He walked me through my options and showed how we can save some money. When we were finished he gave me his card with direct phone number and said to call if I ever had any questions. Now in February I wanted to go through the bill to make sure everything was applied the way he described in December. I left him a voicemail and he called me right back. I don’t think any carrier is perfect but the customer service from Neil helps out tremendously!

The best staff I have ever worked with when dealing with cellular service! I transferred 4 lines over to ATT when they were running the special on I Phones with 22 GB unlimited data plans! Not only did they save me $$$ on my cellular service, but also cut my Direct TV bill in HALF! So far the service is great and my bill is EXACTLY what they said it would be! Thanks again ATT and your North Shepherd branch!!!

Not very good nor helpful costumer service

I was promised high speed internet ,guess what its the slowest thing in the world.Its never online when I need it and it can barely handle 1 device at a time.Even with the best deal which was $60 a month for high speed internet capable of handling any device and all of them ,its the worst ,if it where not for this contract I would throw this trash where it belongs. I will leave this review at all AT&T stores until you guys fill your promise of high speed internet.I barely leave bad reviews and this one grind my gears as we need it for work,college,gaming and many other things but guess what its offline or too slow to help ,I should have gone for comcast.

AT&T is the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life! Three times I have tried to sign up for their services and three times Ive spent hours trying iron out the mess. This last time was the last time I will ever try in my entire life. I was told three times on the phone that my credit would not be pulled and no hard inquiry would be made. In the end they did just that and refused to do anything to remove the mistake they made.
