If I could give them 0’stars then I definitely would! Terrible customer service, overcharged and they destroyed my phone. Had to go somewhere else and pay even more money to get it fixed! 0/10 recommended!!!!!

My sons phone needed to be unlocked. It was being incredibly difficult. These gentlemen were so very patient and worked on it for far longer than anyone else would have. Truly, most would have given up much, much sooner. In the end they couldnt do it for reasons beyond their control. They offered my son a fair trade. We will definitely recommend this place. Also, when we left we accidentally forgot a bag full of hand sanitizer from Bath and Body works on the counter. That stuff is like gold right now. They chased us through the mall to return it! Kudos guys!

DO NOT REPAIR YOUR SCREENS HERE!!!!!!I brought my iPhone 7 to get an lcd repaired when he finished repairing it my phone still wouldn’t cut on he claimed I needed to pay more to get my battery replaced (note I never had battery problems when my phone was in a working state) then he said it could be the camera or the charging port. He said he would send it to get repaired he said it would be ready on Sunday called Sunday my phone still wasn’t ready, called Monday it still wasn’t ready it is now Wednesday and he’s still claiming something else is wrong with my phone I paid money for nothing I should have just stuck with my initial guy who repaired my screen the last two times smh save your money he’s gna give you the Tun around just so you will come out more out of pocket!!!

If i could give this place a 0 i would. horrible business practices, claims to sell new phones but they are not, and then they dont fix the phone they sell you. so you end up trading in your phone giving them $350 and still end up with no working phone in 60 days, they they want $280 more to fix the broken phone they sold you

I told my girlfriend not to fix her phone at the mall. She did it anyways. She fixed it and all her data is gone now. No refund. Now I gotta hear all about this and fix this problem myself.
