Updated review. I called one more time on 11/6 and finally got a response. It turns out they purchased a new phone number and were experiencing issues forwarding the calls. I called about 2p and they were able to fit me in at 4pm. It took about 30 minutes. The service was great. Would highly recommend.(1-star) Original review 11/3/16: I bought a Groupon for this business based on the reviews from other users. Ive been attempting to contact them for the past two weeks. Each time I call it rings for about two minutes and no one answers the phone. There is no place to leave a message. I am trying to book an appointment because I have to travel into Houston but it concerns me that this businesss isnt responsive.

Worst experience ever. Drop off my iPad. Came back the next day and my iPad is in worst condition than I left it. He got a list of problem. Try to sell me another one. I’m certain that they don’t really know what they doing cause i got that iPad fix before with no problem. without fixing my iPad he used tape to keep the iPad together and he also have the audacity to charge me $32. he claimed that I work on it for 3 hours that he didn’t tell me about. If he knew what he was doing he will not took him 3 hours: the last guy normally told me go walk around mall and he got me ready in 45 minutes. And yes I will be contacting Better business bureau cause they need to be reported. Not only my iPad in worst condition and he also charge me $32 that he didn’t disclose. Now I rather go straight to Apple than to take a risk going them small hustler iPad repair company that’ll do anything for a buck. And the price difference is not that much and it will be real worth it

The gang at G-Cell Phone Repair was very very kind and caring and patient. They werent rude and were willing to help me out with my water damaged phone. They put a lot of work into figuring out how to fix it, but in the end, my phone was unable to be resurrected. But, they didnt charge me although it took up some of their time.Very thankful for them and would definitely recommend them.

My screen stopped working and was completely black (as if turned off). I took my phone to 2 different repair stores. The 1st place told me that they need to open the phone and check what was wrong with it but by a quick glance they stated the repair should be anywhere within $120 to $250 so I left to look for a different option. The 2nd place was G-cell they told me that most likely it was the screen and it would be around $80 and it may take 3-4 hrs to repair.They called me 10 minutes after I left the store for me to please return to pick up my phone. To my surprise when I got there to pick it up they told me there was just a sensor that got disconnected and that there would be no charge. I could not believe it. They are extremely honest and sincere they have definitely won me and my familys business.

Ive been going to this guy since he was upstairs in Sharpstown mall, now he has a full on shop downstairs UPGRADE, great price for the quality of the screens he installs. Ive taken my iPads that my little sister has broken numerous times he always says an hour but he always calls way before the hour saying his done and yes perfection.P.S. He can fix touch IC on iPhones 6plus I doubted he could but yes he actually can and for the price $90 I will keep going to him and recommend him and his shop

We were visiting TX when my son dropped his iPod touch shattering the screen. . . my daughter had already broken hers a couple of months before, so we decided to try and get them fixed. They were open on Saturday until 10:00!. We dropped off around noon, picked up around 9:30 they had called earlier and told us the pods were ready. Easy transaction, fair price, and the units are good as new! Very friendful.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This business is not honorable. The first time I went there my screen broke and the tech fixed the screen but what I didnt know is that they glued the sensor down which he shouldnt have which therefore messed up my phones id touch. my screen broke a second time , me taking else where because the location that I had visisted first with this business is shut down, this new tech told me and SHOWED me where this piece was glued down and why phone did not work properly due to this . I called this sharpstown location to see what they can due , for the fact the their tech messed up my phone, they girl told me to come in to see what they can do . I came in which was a long drive approximately a hour away or so and nothing got fixed and then she called her boss and he had the audacity to say maybe this new tech broke it and there is only a 30 day guarentee , when I told her he fixed it a couple of months ago. I told her I understand policy of 30 days but that applies to problems of the glass screen , how was I suppose to know he half fixed my phone and glued something internally? She told me that her boss was on vacation just coming into town in 2 days and he would call me back. Did I ever get a call ? Refund? Apology? Nothing . So this is officially the worst business I came across , due to me being scamed , lied to and having to purchase another phone . So I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! BEWARE!

I got my phone (Galaxy S4) screen fix there. The staff was friendly and very polite. They fix it the same day. I would totally recomend this place if you need to get your screen replaced.

Took my iPhone 6 to repair the Screen & LCD for only 85$ due to a promotion they had going on that week. My screen was literally coming off my phone because the last place I took it to didnt do it right. I thought it wouldnt be fixable but the man fixed it in less than 1 hr. Idid have a little problem with my screen not responding SOMETIMES when I touched it. So I called the next day to let them know. The man kindly said to bring it over to take a look at it so I did & with in 20 mins my phone was looking and working like brand new!!. He didnt hesitate at all to fix the problem, Great Customer service ! I will be going back if I have to (Hopefully not) haha & I will recommend to my friends & family! Thank you!
