Well… I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. He said he would come, no show. And when I left him an all day window the next day, not even a reply. I’m sure he’s awesome, but his communication skills suck. If you are too busy to take on more work, just say so. No one care or Is going to get hurt… but they will keep writing you 1 star reviews and bring your business down, if you even care about that?

I recently ordered an adult tricycle online because I was unable to find one in the stores. It shipped from China in a box with a million pieces. I recently purchased a rather expensive bike. Usually I can do minor repairs myself, I caught a flat and tried to fix it myself but this bike required an inner tube I could not find. I called Rob and I was rolling in no time. Great choice.
