What a cool service! I have two bikes, a 1973 Raleigh Grand Sport and a newer single speed road bike. The newer one needed a light tune-up, just some cables and brake pads replaced. But the older one needed a bit more work, as it had not been properly serviced in quite some time. Steve, the owner and mechanic, came by in his van(which is pretty cool in its own right), picked up both bikes, and called me when he was finished so he could bring them back. Overall he did a great job of communicating, explaining all of the work he did, and gave me some tips for maintaining my bikes. I gotta say, Im really impressed with the work he did on the Raleigh. That thing rides like a dream now and Im really looking forward to getting back on the road.

Steve was a pleasure to interact with and he really did some great work on my bike for a reasonable price. It didnt even seem like the same bike once he was finished. I had an excellent ride around downtown today and its all thanks to him.

Steve Wherry and Bike Doctor Mobile area Blessing !I am a U.S. Vet., Sr. Citizen whom was recently widowed and have been through a rough year in health myself. I have been wanting & needing to start riding again for my health & mobility, however @ my age I was concerned about purchasing and maintaining a bicycle. Steve set me right at ease.He was reassuring, accommodating, & equated me a price less then a brick-and-mortar bicycle shop. This was an answer to my prayers as my bicycle was delivered to my house and needed to be assembled. I was unsure how I would transport it to a bicycle shop. He was kind enough to carry the bike down the stairs to the mobile bike shop and not only listened to my preferred adjustments concerning comfort and control yet also took the time after assembly an adjustments, to give me solid tips on preventive maintenance along with teaching me features pertaining to my particular bicycle.
