WORST BEAUTY SUPPLY IN HOUSTON.RUDE, UNHELPFUL & GHETTO.The employees are lazy, they do nothing but stay on their phones. Don’t offer help, & when asked to help dont bother getting up. Just lazy & rude.(I said ghetto because one of the employees had her friend in there talking LOUDLY about wanting to fight someone)

They werent very helpful at all. I saw like 4 people there working nice of them asked if I needed help.

As someone who goes to a lot of beauty supply stores, I was impressed with the variety of products and overall selection this place has. Store was in clean, organized well, and the ladies working here were polite and answered the questions I had. The prices were average-pretty good. Fellow ladies that go to TSU/UH, this is the place to go. There is also a beauty supply right across the street that is smaller, but also pretty good. The only caution I have is to make sure you are aware of your surroundings if you are by yourself/using Lyft to travel because the location of this beauty supply is not in the best place (it is kind of sketchy). Just be careful. I have went alone here and have had no bad experiences though.

Customer service is VERY low! Came in earlier today, and I was probably the only customer in the store. I went straight to the wigs, and not one person greeted me nor assisted me. When I did ask for help, the two Black girls and an Asian girl working seem like they would rather be else where and not helpful at all, as if me asking for assistance was a hinderance to them. Definitely not how you treat paying customers.Great selection of wigs and other beauty needs, but won’t be back for a while. At least I know not to come on a Tuesday ever again!

Whenever I am on this side of town, I stop by Jolla Bella. The people in the store are friendly, and I like the young ladies in the back who helped me try on various wigs today. Keep up the good work. It is not a big store, but it still has a good selection of wigs and haircare products.

I bought an electric straightening comb from here, read package before I bought it and everything. When I got home to use it, it did absolutely nothing for my hair. It was no where near hot enough as the package claimed it would get. I called and spoke with someone about returning it, and she told me that she could offer me an exchange. When I arrived to do the exchange, all of a sudden there is nothing they can do and I would have to call the company that makes it... um no. You sold it to me AND told me I could exchange it for something else. Even though this place is closer to me, I’d rather make the drive to Missouri City! They have way more informed employees and better customer service.

Very disrespectful, kept lookin at me like I was gonna steal took the air freshener I was gonna purchase and I said I was going to pay for it and she said I’ll put it up front until you’re ready, she put a bad vibe and once me and my sister’s came to check out she said I sprayed half the bottle and it’s still filled to the brim she also said the whole area I was in smelt like mangos and I haven’t sprayed anything at all.... she said why spray something if you’re not gonna purchase the item which I was, the African American lady was rude af and lost customers

Do not shop here. The owners are money hungry crooks. I bought a packaged bun piece here. I never wore the piece and tried to bring it back for exchange within the 7 day limit written on the receipt. However, when I get there they tell me they do not exchange hair pieces. Well then why isnt that written on the receipt??? The receipt says no refunds but you can exchange if you bring the item back in original condition! The bun was in its original condition because I never wore it. They never even tried to look at it. Then when I ask them where is this policy printed on the receipt, they point to a random sign by the door that no one is really going to pay attention to unless you point it out to them! These people are truly immoral crooks getting over on the black community. They just make up policies as they go. I will NEVER patronize this business again. If you like at least half-way decent customer service, do not shop here. Go somewhere where your presence as a customer will be respected. The people here dont care about customers. Only money!

I am always in this store, they have a wide variety, very polite and pleasant hard working staff they always have the New, New lol. One of my favorite beauty supply stores in the WHOLE Houston area, they AL WAYS have what Im looking for. THE Deserve 10 stars!!!

So I usually like this beauty supply but the cashier was basically rude with her body language I pointed out what I want she grab wrong one so I told her no the other one she act like she had attitude but was just singing when she was with the other customers smh very unprofessional the other ladies inside were nice and helpful first time I ever had the rudeness here so probably may come back in future but definitely no time soon would not recommend long as shes cashier young African American lady with nose piercing definitely need to learn customer service better

Terrible service unprofessional

This Store Does Not Even Deserve 1 Star. My Daughter WAS RACIALLY PROFILED BY AN OLDER BLACK LADY THAT WORKS HERE. My Daughter Went In This Place With A Pair Of Eyelashes Already In Her Purse From Another Store (Not Uncommon For Her, She Switches Almost Daily). She Picked Up Three Other Pair Of Eyelashes To Purchase, And This Older Black Lady Being Nosey , Was Looking In My Daughters Purse and Assumed She Was Stealing The Pair She Already Had. This Incompetent Lady Asked To Search My Daughters Purse and Requested That She Pay For The Pair She Had, and Accused Her Of Trying To Steal Them. My Daughter Clearly Explained She Came With Those Eyelashes. I Contacted This Store and Asked Can They Please Rollback Their Cameras. The Lady Told Me They Couldnt Do That. I Have Contacted The Houston Police Department To See If They Can Assist With This Playback , Just To Prove To This Over Zealous Woman That She WAS Wrong. If This Store Needs Money That Bad, That They Accused My Daughter Of Stealing, Then Fine We Dont Mind Donating BUT Accusing Someone Of Theft Is On Another Level. Eyelashes Are Something So Small That We Shouldnt Make A Fuss About, BUT Its The Principle Of The Situation.

Owner and employee are very rude and unprofessional! They lack the proper customer service skills. Also their return/exchange policies on the receipt conflict with their signs in the store (which are not very visible for customers to see). They won’t be getting any more money out of me!
