They have a really good selection of hair products and great deals on hair. The owners are very friendly and dont follow me around the store. I hope they treat everyone else the same way.

Ok new owner. I guess I got used to the other owner. The new owner was nice but didnt know nothing and only one person was assisting in the wife area. I probably wont go there anymore.

Erin provided SUPERB customer service offering suggestive sales and great attention to my questions. Some of the cosmetics are GENEROUSLY overpriced but having knowledge of nearby options saved me from suffering buyers remorse later. Their selection of beauty supply items was not any more than average. The owner (tall, older Asian gentleman) is very stiff-necked & unfriendly. Glad this was an emergency stop... meeeehhhh, thanks for encouraging me to never return, Mr. Happy Holidays!

WHY DO WE KEEP SUPPORTING PEOPLE WHO TREAT US BAD ? Dude wouldn’t let me exchange and I’ve been a regular for years. They act like they don’t know what you’re talking about but have no problem using our money

The A.C. was out the day we went there and the boxes were all over the floor. It was a mess. We had to keep sliding the boxes, in order to make a path to walk and the lil Korean woman working there, still had the nerves to have a attitude. Not with us but with the young women who needed help finding stuff. We could hear her and we were in the back. We had to leave. Felt like we were running out of air in there. We drove down 1960 towards 1-45 to Beauty Galaxy and spent way more than we had planned. Oh what a huge difference. Go see for yourself.

It was horrible didnt get order right didnt give me right money back me and my husband ordered happy hour Route 44/ Slush But we got drinks in stead of what we ordered they didnt Taste right taste it was nasty horrible Just ask for refund money back and left will not be going back to that sonic no time soon😩

My experience here was horrible. My boyfriend and I came so I could get some makeup products and as soon as I walked into the store, we were being watched like criminals. I was walking through the lash aisle and could feel the employees watching me as if I would steal something. Im African American and my boyfriend is hispanic. It upset the both of us, naturally, for who would want to be treated like that?? My boyfriend hinted for us to leave. I had gotten somethings to buy and was starting to put them back when the employee came out from behind the desk and snatched the things from my hands and declared rudely ILL put them back! And pushed past me to start putting the items back. No one should be treated like this entering into anyones store. We will never come back here again and warn others to be weary of this store. The customer service and the treatment of customers is terrible.

Got what I wanted timely

Very organized and everything is nicely setup. They also have hats and clothing. I went there for bonding glue which they had btw for the same price as amazon. except on amazon some people are reporting that the glue is completely dried. I was not taking my chances with amazon. There’s a LARGE selection and variety of wigs here. If my family wasn’t waiting for me in the car i could’ve been in there all day.. I highly recommend if you are a wig person!! There is also quite a bit of weave but i didn’t have time to look.

This is my go to shop currently for quick pick up staff is very helpful. Decent selection. little disappointed to see prices have been jacked sky high so now its only if Im need of a unit asap. Otherwise I just go in get an in person look at the units I like textures length appeal etc and order for 1/2 of the cost sometimes a 1/3

Always have everything I need

I always find unusual little goodies that I cannot find anywhere else at beauty supply stores. I would have liked to have left my shopping bag at the front counter rather than haul it throughout the store-however since it wasnt asked for I hung on to it.I had a question, it was answered.Staff was easy to find.Prices were average. There are some places within a 5 mile radius that have more competitive prices.The high point were some of the dresses that were on display near the front door that initially caught my eye. Thats what beckoned me inside!

Do not shop or work here🤦🏾‍♀️, they are a come and go type business and does not value there employees or customer service. The owners and managers do not want there employees to carry conversations with customers they just want money. This is a small story so there’s little to no products for us natural queens.

The owner was in...they are so welcoming, the store is well organized. They also have all sorts of novalties.

Love this place. They have just about anything you could possibly be looking for as far as makeup, hair products, wigs, and extensions and all of it is at a very reasonable price aka cheap. Good quality too.

Excellent customer service

I bought 3 items one being a box of relaxer but I did not use it since I decided to try keratin so I wanted to return it but the cashier refused to do it although it was sealed. He said he could not because of a previous experience. I felt jilted because I should not have yo be held accountable for someone elses actions. The receipt said that refunds and returns are welcome within a ten day period. There is no clause about relaxers.

There terrible they accused me of stealing and made me dump my stuff out my purse and it was my makeup from another BEAUTY SUPPLY store and said that was it really I don’t recommend to anyone

They are very large with lots of great stuff.Friendly workers.I like that no-one follows you around trying to see if you are stealing anything.

My experience is always great when I go here . The selection is unmatched!!

Dont know their products. As in I asked do you have anything for my cuticles answer is I dont know maybe check by the things for the nails i may have. (They dont) Although Ive shopped here a couple times they still follow us around like were thieves. They dont have a customer restroom and wouldnt let my 4 year old use the employee. They have a sign that says you can try wigs but when a wig is reached for they say cant do hair here rudely. Im taking my business else where and see whats in that place in a year.

Horrible buy a garment and return to make a change and they did not want to change me even though they do not have a sign that says that there are no changes of clothes and the Chinese woman with a heavy attitude I would not recommend it to anyone

They had a pretty good selection of hair products and the greeter helped me but conspicuously followed me through the store. I started only ion olive isle because I couldnt make up my mind on what to buy.
